Horrible Customer Service!!! The way they talk make customers look down and very uncomfortable. Not sure what type of training code do they implement. Their staff's attitude toward customers definitely damage the brand image. Not worth for shopping there anymore.

They don't honour prices as labelled on products. Please update the tags or honor the prices as indicated. Increasing the price at the till is unfair to customers.

Not a friendly customer service from one particular girl. A girl was in the middle of helping me and was able to assist me with great customer service and the other girl cut to the spot and was all rude and rejecting to help me and was taking place over the other girl she told me no when the other girl came back and went above and beyond. My return was not processed because the other girl took over the ipad she was using.

Rudest manager I've ever met. I just asked some basic questions and she ignored me and just stared. The other staff saw this and helped me instead. I knew she was the manager because she directed the team and ignored me completely. You'd think how expensive their clothes are now they would do better in customer service! Will be taking my money elsewhere!

Came in tonight and my experience was not great at all. I was trying clothes in the fitting room and nobody was there for helping customer. I went to ask for help with some girl that was going in the room beside the fitting room she give me a dirty look. After I was done for buying my clothes no one was there at the till. It’s not my first bad experience at dynamite there that why I don’t buy clothes from there that often! The only positive things I saw is one girl working there her name is Patricia did an amazing job tonight and the only girl really working. The manager should really look at the store and have a chat with the team. I run a team and I won’t never let things like this happen !!!

One of my fave clothing stores, the fact you actually have sizes that fit many ranges is amazing. I found an incredible dress that I absolutely love that wasn't overly expensive either and great material. It's so comfy and cute. Thank you to all the staff, everyone was super helpful and kind! The dress I got was a recommendation from the staff too, so another win.

Service is bad, clothes are fine. Always someone stuck at the till so they can't really roam around and help, especially at changing rooms. They need a couple more staff on floor. Found a cute top so I'm happy

Beautiful clothing, however very poor customer service. Rarely am I ever greeted upon arrival or asked if I require a fitting room. Once I get into fits I always bring one extra size with me because the staff do not routinely check on how I am doing. The cashier was helpful in processing my birthday coupon. I am now ammending this review to include only 1 star. EXTREMELEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management did not address any of my needs nor did she seem slightly interested in helping me. Very disappointed in this store and it’s lack of respect in honouring store policy for use of incorrect signage or promotions. I wil not be returning to this location.

Best store to shop in pacific centre for any occasion . Really good customer service . All the staff is helpful . A staff member, Zoey , always comes forward to solve customers’ issues without any complaints ( doesn’t matter how busy it is ). Best place for clothing considering the price as well.

Won’t honour the price tag! I bought a lace dress, the price tag says $49.95, at the till the lady said the item had a price adjustment, it’s actually $59.95. I ask her if she can give it to me as shown on the price tag, she said no and asked me if I still wanted the dress!! I bought the dress, but went to the Metrotown store the next day and showed them the dress with the price tag and my receipt, they adjusted the price and gave me my money back!

Very customer centered! Polite, helpful, and vibrant staff that do their best to help you find what you are looking for. The girls working here are knowledgeable on the latest trends/styles! I came in just before closing, and they still let me shop around and try on my clothing pieces in the fitting room. In fact, there were quite a few of other shoppers that were still in there shopping too. Will gladly return again:)

I visited this store last week and my experience was not great at all. Poor customer service. I've shopped here many times but the store manager Ivy handled a large number of customer complaints including my own with "I can't help you". I plan to shop online to avoid this store. Do you really expect me to pay $50 for a NEW SHIRT which is damaged and I could not exchange just because I did not had the receipt. The manager on the other hand blamed me saying I damaged it. I see why people don’t recommend this location. I have shopped at Guilford/Metrotown location, both the location managers have been very helpful. I am certain if I had gone there they would have handled the situation better. Very very rude, disappointing and poor customer service at downtown location.

Customer service and communication is tragic at this business. No one on the customer service phone line knows what's going on. When they make a mistake they blame the customer and make them put in time and effort to rectify the situation.

Poor customer service. I was there earlier to exchange an item ordered online (never ended up wearing it), and one of the staff (very lovely) looked at it and said I could exchange it as long as I found the receipt. I found the receipt and came back, but another girl (who literally had just finished crushing another customer's dreams) told me I couldn't exchange it for a different item because it was in an "unwearable" condition. How could it be in an unwearable condition if it still had the tag on and everything from when it was ordered online? I was even exchanging it for another sale item. Ridiculous and a poor sense of judgement. Update: I went to another Dynamite location in Burnaby instead and they exchanged it for me without a problem. They even offered a full refund insead of an exchange! Like I implied, it was definitely not in an "unwearable" condition.

Very poor customer service. My friend and I were the only customers in the store and we were not greeted at all despite there being about 3 workers on the floor. Additionally, as one of the workers stood beside me to put clothes away, she didn't bother asking if I was doing okay or if I needed help with anything. I would understand if the store was super busy, but it was the morning and the store was dead.

Clothing falls apart shortly after you buy it but if it’s been a few months, they won’t help you to exchange. AKA - “fast fashion.” Dynamite, does something need to cost $80 instead of $30 in order to last at least half a year in our closets? Do you do this on purpose so that we have our hands tied and have to to buy the same type of outfit again? I take really good care of my clothes and having to take the sleeve into a seamstress to achieve a proper invisible hem on the blazer sleeve that’s unraveling is going to cost at least $20... Please offer better remedies for such occurrences and longer windows of time to uphold replacements to control the quality of your products.

They did not put all the items we purchased in the bag,when we went back to tell them said we have to verify,come back in a week! I'm flying back tonite to my home country but they refused to do any thing about it.

Love the styles! But I've noticed the quality of their items going downhill (e.g. flimsy materials, buttons falling off easily, color fading, clothes shrinking a lot). The return policy is also very strict and neither the store nor the customer service owns up to their mistakes. Instead, the customer is left spending time in frustration trying to fix problems that were not caused by them. There seems to be a lot of segregation among the staff too. I enjoy shopping online much more than in store because I don't have to deal with bad customer service and a narrow range of items. For now, I haven't found a store that compares in style.

Good store for casual clothing considering the price. But bad customer service: I was there for a return and they told me they accept returns after 1 pm only. I wonder if they” Sell after 1 pm only” as well?!!

Horrible customer service. My package was stolen and nobody was able to tell me what happened. I asked them and the courier service but got no helpful response. Just a plain “here’s your refund for the item you didn’t receive”. What a joke
