Easily my favourite store. They make is so easy to shop! The suggestions, the online ordering, Ive even shopped over Instagram via the comments! The staff are always friendly, but a special notice needs to be made of Alaina. She knows her product and makes suggestions that are spot on. Its like having a personal shopper with you! I go here for myself and when I need to buy a gift. The clothes are better than what you find at the mall, they've weeded out all the junk and just bring in whats best. Im happy with my experience every time I shop at Crush :)

Literally the best store ever. I have been shopping here for over a decade and am obsessed with every item they bring in. The dresses are adorable and the store is filled with sparkly things. The customer service is amazing. You feel like family every time you visit.

I had ordered two dresses online and the items hadn't been shipped for a few days so I called to check in on the order. Unfortunately one of the dresses had actually been back ordered, but the employee that helped me jumped on the problem right away and made sure my order was partially refunded and the dress that was available was immediately shipped! Awesome customer service, super happy!!

I can always find my favourite brands here! Freeloader and Barefoot Dreams. This store is well stocked and the owner, Alaina is so much fun! She keeps stock of the trendiest items too that you see on Instagram! If I ever see something I want that I’ve seen all over insta, I’m happy to find it at Crush so I don’t have to order online and wait for weeks! I bought some unicorn makeup brushes here a couple years ago and they’re still looking and working great! I get compliments on them all the time when I take them to a clients house for hair services! Always wearing SOMETHING from Crush!

Went here with my wife, so she could look at some clothes for our upcoming trip. I had bought her a shirt from her that i saw in the window a few weeks earlier and i got great customer service, from whom i believe was the manager/owner. This time, we went in and we weren't greeted, no assistance from the rep, just kind of did what she was doing, didn't acknowledge that we were even in the store. As we were ready to check out, she was so-so, polite and thanked us, what you would expect, nothing great.

I remember one holiday season I wanted a hot blanket and I called and she sold it to me right over the phone as I couldn’t get there. Knowing I would sell quickly in store. Top notch. I was so excited to get the Sierra sweater and it showed up with this hole in it. I paid to ship it back to be replaced and was sent the exact same sweater. I emailed to inquire about it and haven't heard a peep from the company.

Honestly quite disappointed - been shopping here for a long time and recently bought a ring for $25. After 3 days of wearing it my finger was SO GREEN. I couldn’t believe it - I’ve had jewelry turn my finger green before but this was extreme. I went back to return it & the lady said no returns as all their jewelry turns skin green.
