I hate when the vendor dont have respect with the client. First time in 4 years coming here i feel treated like garbage, and that additional you pay, and they throw the bag to the inn, without even giving thanks for coming. Likewise, I already escalated a direct claim to Columbia for the WORSE TRAINING in customer service.

Not very knowledgeable on their product and what's on sale. I spent an hour there because they had the wrong item on the 50% off rack (6 of the same item) and said it was 30% off. The workers also said Columbia does not offer military discount even though all the US stores offers it. The last time I checked it's the same company whether it's in the US or Canada. Then they tried to give me a refund when I told them I don't want the item and gave me too much so now they had to give me another charge. It's chaos!

I'm usually a person who smiles a lot and is pretty polite to salespeople. When I made eye contact accidentally and smiled at the employees while shopping for clothing, every single employee here glared at me as if they resented me from the bottom of their heart. Got me wondering: am I the the customer or am I the employee? Also, after we paid, while my mom counted the change ($58 plus some coins), the male employee stared at us while rudely saying "we don't have pennies." First of all, I'm a Canadian so obviously I know that and second of all, we were counting the money; who said anything about pennies? Just because we were taking the few seconds to count money he counted hold in a snarky remark? Well, obviously I'm adding this location to my blacklist. No thanks.

Good selections of winter clothing for a whole family. I got a nice winter jacket. It is a bit expensive but if you wait for a sale you get pretty good deals. Store is midium size kind of compering to the others at the Outlet. It's a bit crowded and over stocked so be prepere for that. Service was ok but there is always room for an improvement.

HORRIBLE experience with exchanging products. They refused to price match a product that I had bought twice, once on sale (too big) and then one at full price in an attempt to exchange (right size). Turns out this is a Columbia-wide protocol. No exchanges and no price matching. Ridiculous. Returned both.

For shoes or other products, I would suggest you visit their online website since this store does not have any footwear; only clothes are available. I was disappointed when I went all the way to try on their boots and couldn't find any. As for the clothes, you can find a wide selection at a decent price with good discounts.

I used to come to this store ten years ago and Columbia is a good outdoor clothing to wear. It is a very popular brand worn by Asian celebrities. The store is massive and I would recommend to buy their outdoor clothing as it is good for cold and rainy weathers.

The SA called Pinky (not sure if I spelt it correctly) was so rude. There were dozens of snow pants without clear price showing in clearance area. What I could see was $59.99 something, so I randomly picked ones. The lady helped me to ring them up, and the register showed $99.99 before tax, so I was curious and asked her again about the price. And she just said “oh yeah there are some snow pants with different prices” (some words like this), without any further check or clarification for me. I mean this is fine. But then she just throw the bag on the table heavily. That’s what I cannot stand! One star for the nice man standing in front of the door who greeted me. Thanks!

Good place to buy winter accessories - all types of jackets, bags, etc. But I won't suggest you to go on Black Friday. Go on any other day and you will find much better deal. 1 star less because on Black Friday Sale, the items were bit pricy. I purchased a jacket in September which was way more costly on Black Friday. And I thought on Black Friday I would get everything at cheaper price. Did this happened with anybody else? Did anybody else found any item costly on Black Friday Sale as compared to any other day?

Very satisfied. The store was small but with wide variety. Agnes helped me to find a jacket. I had told her I was looking for a good quality that I could use for a long time and she suggested multiple jackets and I walked away with one. Danielle who helped me with my purchase was amazing. She informed me that the jacket was marked wrong and was on the wrong rack. Normally with my past experience with other stores they wont even let you know until after you've paid. But she informed me right away apologized and asked a manager to correct the price. Manager also apologized. In the end I was very much satisfied and happy with this experience. Definitely coming back!

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is just a bit crowded, but acceptable. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Price is not bad after discounts. Free outlet parking available. Public restrooms available in very short walking distance.

Very poor customer service, I was not given a copy of my receipt. When I tried to return the assistant store manager who refused to say his name acted out and told me I can take 52$ in store credit for a 100$ merchandise purchased. Weird flex!

I came to the store a few days ago. I saw about five employees as I entered the store. NONE of them greeted or offered me help. I saw some of them just chatting with each other totally ignoring customers. Some were fixing merchandise without acknowledging that there were customers around. I ended up just leaving the store without buying anything. If I was the manager at this store, I will definitely re-train my staff on proper customer service. Right now, they are doing really bad on customer service.

I have owned 3 jackets by this brand. Their excessively POOR QUALITY ZIPPERS routinely fail long (years) before they should, making the quality of Columbia products insufficient for an active adult. Its really to bad because most of the rest of the coats are made reasonably well. Its to bad Columbia is not serious about delivering acceptable quality. Avoid this brand.

Wanted to purchase an item I saw on their Canadian website. The customer rep said they don't carry items that are online in-store, I had to convince her to check her inventory. She then tells comes back on the phone and tells me she actually does have the item in the store. I ask how much and she says regular price, even though it's half off online and she simply said she won't sell it for that. Awful customer service.

I own a newly purchased, poor-quality jacket from Columbia that ripped after 2 uses (walking by trees). Unable to return because it is no longer "brand-new". I call BS. Better to shop elsewhere with a more reasonable return policy.

Lots of variety here. But, you can't get Columbia shoes here. Finding smaller-sized clothes is also a challenge. Most items with big discounts are L, XL, or XXL.
