Whenever I visit Vancouver, a stop at the Club Monaco Robson is always a must. I've been going here for about 23 years since I was a teenager. Regular prices make their clothes expensive but they do tend to have good sales throughout the year. Quality is high. I still wear some pieces I purchased over a decade ago and they are still going strong. I have a terrible time finding the perfect fit when it comes to pants except when I shop here. Love their Merino wool items.

A nice Club Monaco. Good size main floor, all women's. Small section for mens upstairs. Nice friendly service, and like how clean the store is kept. Quality wise, their clothes are a bit better then standard Zara or BR.

The Robson store is warm and inviting; looking into the windows from the outside one notices how clean and brightly lit the interior is, and the merchandising is captivating, propped up by the store's decor. I'm not a fan of the scent that greets you at the entrance. It's like a musky mix of wicker oil, incense, perfume, and other things... Menswear is located up the stairs to the immediate left of the entrance. Their selection is casual focused, procured with Vancouver's demographic in mind. They carry a few items from partner brands like Golden Bear, Reigning Champ, and Gitman Bros., but floor space is about one-third the size of ladies on the ground floor, and opts for a drab backdrop and dimmer mood lighting. Club Monaco is a mid-level bridge-to-luxury brand, and not fast fashion, so expect moderate to high prices. They use mostly natural fibres and fabrics sourced from Italy and some from Japan. Garment construction is well done and attention to detail is noticeable. Please read labels, as some items are made in the USA. I shop most during sales season to score on deals, but browse otherwise.

I have never entered the store simply because as an Architect & Interior Designer I don’t like the flower pots they have by the door. In my opinion they are simply ugly and don’t make any sense. It looks like someone went to a trash facility and grabbed every flower pot he/she could find and mixed them all together. Besides that, it’s a beautiful store, with modern architecture. This "garden” is the one that “kills” all good taste regarding decor, sorry to say. Finally, in my opinion the flower pots make the store’s entrance ugly and I also find the sidewalk gets uglier (specially because it’s hard to clean around the pots). Ok, this is just my opinion.

It's expensive and honestly somewhat uninspiring for the men's side at least, I remember owning dress shirts and sweaters from years ago that were good quality but now the prices have shot right up and honestly the quality IMO isn't where it used to be.

I went in to return a sweatshirt I bought online because I didn’t have the time to pack it and go to UPS. The sales associate at the counter was friendly and incredibly helpful. I couldn’t get the refund in-store because I forgot I had paid via PayPal, but she told me they could pack it up for me and have UPS pick it up from the store to ship back. She even emailed me a tracking number right away, and sure enough I got my refund in less than a week. I’m so thankful that she made my life so much easier, all the while being so nice. I would definitely shop at the store rather than online from now on!

A tailor not associated with this store has ruined my club monaco blazer so I have brought it back just to see if they can help. Nate from the mens clothing department has offered to see if their tailor can fix it for me. One week later I had the blazer back and it fit perfectly. Moreover they had a sale going on at a time and they gave me money back for the blazer that I have purchased prior to the sale. No questions asked and all with a smile. Superior service - I will definitely be comi g back to shop there again. Thank you guys for keeping the standards high at Robson street!

I'm partial as I used to work at this location for years back in the day! CM is my style for the most part and I'll continue shopping there for the foreseeable future! Some items might have become too hipster in recent years but the spirit of the old CM still lurks in the atmosphere!

Personnel with languid faces spends too much time on the phone, not seeing the huge line up. After standing 15 min we were told that by the way the line up is on the other side. Get rid of stupid papers, computers are there for a speedier service.

(Original) 2층 황인 직원이 "여기 없어도 재고 확인해보겠다"라고 얘기했고, 흑인으로 바꼈을땐 '진열 안되있으면 없는거지, 얜 왜 못알아먹나'라는 느낌이 드는 말투였음. 캐셔는 "데빗 or 크레딧?" 물어보는데 짜증내는 느낌 물씬. 관광지에서 외국인 상대하는게 짜증나나... 솔직히 미국보다 다 비싼 캐나다인데, 기분 나쁜데서 쇼핑할 필요는 없다고 봅니다.

Love Club Monaco as a brand, and the product seems to be getting better but I find the aesthetic of the Robson location to be quite bland. As a store front on a main shopping street the look of the store does not draw me in. The women's floor seems generic and unoriginal while the dark and messy men's floor does not showcase the clothing well at all. Maybe a paint job like their stark white Metrotown store would help brighten up the space. The service also comes off quite pushy. It's a fine stop on a casual Robson shopping trip but unless there is a sale I'd rather shop elsewhere.
