I had such a lovely experience at C&L today. Victoria picked so many perfect bridal dresses for me to try on based on inspiration pictures I showed her. She was super helpful, friendly and overall super great to work with. I many dresses I liked, but one of them I loved and think it could be the one! ????????

I really like champagne and lace, they have a wonderful selection of dresses and oh my gosh, soooo much variety!! For a bride to be whom wasn't all to sure what design I was looking for, they were more then helpful, and willing to narrow down my search. It was my first ever dress appointment and it was everything I ever wanted, well kinda, it definitely could have been longer haha. Honestly thats the only thing I didn't like, they only give you an hour per appointment, and that definitely is not long enough! (Maybe it is for the average person, if an hour is not long enough I highly recommend booking a double appointment if it's possible) Anyways! The lady whom was helping me had great suggestions and was definitely in the right job. She brought me dresses I didn't know I would like, and she was very friendly! Although I didn't walk away with a dress that day I definitely haven't been able to stop thinking about some of those beautiful dresses, 10/10 will be back, and hopefully one of those dresses is still available ???? If you are considering them as a service but are on the fence, just jump in. You won't regret it! They also have an amazing prom dress selection for young ladies in need of a dress! Bridal or prom, whatever your need, champagne and lace can help you!

I had such an amazing my time finding my bridal veil at C&L. So happy I went to try some on as I ended up with a completely different veil that I wouldn't have thought to try otherwise! My veil is gorgeous and looks like it was made specifically for my dress. Everyone was super helpful and completely understanding of my budget and what I wanted. Everything surrounding wedding planning has been stressful for me but this appointment was nothing but fun and relaxed! Plus my step mom was also able to try on a few dresses for my wedding as well. We both had a great time! Thank you so much!

Ordered my 4 bridesmaids their dresses here in November. Becka was so helpful and so friendly. I also ordered my wedding dress with a few months until my wedding day. Karen and Robyn made every effort to make sure my dress would be here in time and it was! All the dresses in the store are extremely gorgeous, but the staff, they make the adventure of finding a dress something special. I highly recommend Champagne & Lace!

Their gowns are always current and flawless and as mother of a recent grad in 2020, I can testify to the superb service...even in the midst of a pandemic! My daughter found a gorgeous, one of a kind dress that we saw nowhere else... and we looked EVERYWHERE! Five stars all around for Champagne and Lace! This is an incredible bridal boutique! Olivia is a wonderful consultant to work with and she is so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I went in in January 2018 with my close girl friends and I showed her come photos of what I was looking for -- aline with lace and short sleeves. She was able to find so many dresses for me that were like the photos I had showed her. She was so helpful and when I asked about a payment plan, she was very accommodating mentioning that they would need half the payment to order and the remainder after the dress came in. I went in in March 2018 to try on more dresses and was constantly reverting back to the one dress that had fallen in love with back in January. I also was able to have Olivia be my consultant for this appointment as well which was so helpful -- she remembered me and the dress too. She was able to add some accessories to the dress as well such as a belt to add some bling to the dress. I am still amazed with how helpful and friendly she was for my entire experience. I ordered my dress and waited for it to arrive. My dress came in in July 2018 and I went in to try it on and again, Olivia was there helping me. Throughout this entire experience, she was there to help me due up the dresses and find me my dream dress. My dress was amazing and I'm so thankful for the amazing customer service that I was given. I highly recommend Champagne and Lace; the staff are so friendly and helpful -- I genuinely felt like I was valued and appreciated as a customer.

While I only got a dress bag here, I got such a warm and friendly vibe from this store. I'd been emailing with the owner, Robynn, and she was wonderfully helpful. She made sure I knew what my options were (and the pricing) and got me booked in for an "appointment". While I had got my gown elsewhere (sorry, I'm a sucker for online sales), I still felt wonderfully taken care of just getting a garment bag. I would definitely recommend checking this store out for your gown needs, just based on the service I received.

Beautiful store with a beautiful atmosphere and very beautiful gowns that I feel were reasonably priced. The staff were excellent and I was even even able to price match with another store in Langley with exact same dress and they matched the price!! The seamstress is very helpful and reasonable prices. And they have beautiful accessories to. We went there for my daughters prom dress and hopefully one day we will go there for her wedding dress!

I had the BEST experience shopping for my wedding dress at Champagne and Lace. I initially booked my appointment knowing my "dream" dress was at this dress shop. When we arrived my consultant was Karyn and she went above and beyond. We both agreed to save "the" dress for last and she pulled incredible options, similar styles, and was super efficient. In the beginning of the appointment I showed Karyn a few inspiration photos and when I tried on "the" dress we all knew! Karyn then paired the dress with the perfect veil exactly like the inspiration photo. I can't wait to go back to pick up my wedding dress! Thank you so much for sharing some tears with us Karyn. That was the experience everyone dreams of when shopping for their wedding dress.

What a wonderful experience! I went with my (future) daughter-in-law to find her wedding dress and C&L's Karen did such a fabulous job of streamlining her likes/dislikes. She really listened and was able to find her THE dress! It is perfect! I can't say enough nice things about the entire experience. So I decided to try C&L for my "Mother of the Groom" dress...and Karen helped ME find the perfect dress too! What a gift she has! Both experiences from start to finish were absolutely wonderful & stress-free! No pressure sales, just helpful information. Their appointment system, attention to detail, listening & suggestion skills...all top notch! The entire staff is courteous, friendly & so welcoming! (I love their slogan "We can't wait to meet you!" It fits & you feel it as soon as you walk in the door!) Well done C&L!!

I went to C&L to look at wedding dresses in March and the lady who helped us did a really good job at finding dresses in my style. I did not find one that I liked enough to purchase same day however, and I felt a certain amount of pressure to purchase a dress that day because of how long it would take to get in. I understand these things take time and due to Covid I started planning a little late, however one of the things that I had heard about them before was that they will do everything they can to help get a dress for you even in a short amount of time. In my experience however, they just kept repeating that I needed to order that day or else it wouldn't be on time. I also felt like once it became apparent that I wouldn't be purchasing a dress that day we were ushered out really quickly and forgotten. Since then I have also seen them make comments on social media about people not coming in to look at dresses if they weren't going to buy one, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that times have been really hard with the Pandemic, but this doesn't just apply to the businesses but the people shopping there as well. I went to 3 other wedding dress stores and none of them pressured me to make a purchase the way I was pressured that day.

C&L gave me the most incredible bridal shopping experience. The gown selection is SO intimidating in such an amazing way. But I am so thankful for my consultant. Karryn was so knowledgeable, helpful, FUN, empowering and protective. She made sure I was good, every step of the way, always bringing the focus back to how I felt in ever gown. She took one look at my photos and went to work getting ALL of the different styles I had been looking at, and even brought some extras for fun. It was amazing. I'm not surprised, though, with Robyn as her boss and the owner. The apple doesn't fall far. I can't recommend them strongly enough. It was my only bridal shopping experience and I'm so incredibly thankful for it. I obviously said YES to my C&L dress and cannot wait to marry the love of my life in it. THANK YOU is inadequate, but thank you anyway to Robyn and Karryn and everyone at C&L.

We showed the staff member the dress so we could get the right size and she knew exactly what we needed. We were even given a coat hanger and instructions on how to best care for her personally designed dress.. We left feeling that we were cared about even if we weren't buying a dress..

What an amazing shop with amazing people! This was the first place I went in my wedding dress search. Sydney was beyond wonderful.... so personable, patient, helpful and honest. There was zero pressure and she truly went above and beyond for me. I ended up finding a dress I loved and they were very accommodating, squeezing me in for a second try on when they were already booked up. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere and cancelled my second appointment, but they were so sweet and genuinely congratulated me anyway. They had a ton of gorgeous dresses here, and out of the FIVE stores I went to, their dress was the "one to beat" the whole time. I will definitely come back to check out bridesmaids dresses, as I saw a couple beautiful ones there as well! Will highly recommend this place to everyone.

I can't recommend Champagne and Lace enough. We went in today, without an appointment, to a very busy store. Initially our thought was to browse the prom dresses and then book an appointment to try on dresses with an associates help. Needless to say, we walked out with a dress. This couldn't have been possible without the help of both Lora and Celine. They were both instrumental in helping my daughter find her dream dress. I came here with my mom 2 weeks ago to purchase my wedding dress. Karyn was so helpful and truly listened to what I wanted, and did a really good job of listening to my feedback and altering the styles of dresses she pulled. She was so quick at getting me in and out of the dresses so I felt I was able to try on all the dresses in the styles I liken within my 90 minute slot. I ended up purchasing the last dress that Karyn pulled from the back. My mom cried, and my MOH cried on whatsapp. I was so happy it was the perfect size and I was able to take it home that day. I live in another country and was so happy I was able to shop with my mom, and take a dress back to the UK with me. We had heard about champagne and lace from a number of friends who live all over the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Everyone had great things to say and I can now see why. I will be recommending this shop to friends!

No joke, THE dress was the very first one I stepped into. And it was love at first sight. I tried on the others but it just solidified the first dress.
