Amazing selection, fantastic service, and they had items for a giant! Needed to rent a costume to go running around downtown Kelowna for a scavenger hunt and Calowna had exactly what I was looking for. Very good prices for rentals, and a large selection of items for purchase. Not to mention, they are open year round, so no matter the time of year you can get what you need!

I was looking for a costume last minute because the one I ordered online didn’t arrive in time. I tried several different costumes at this place but fell in love with the panda one!! My favorite staff there is Victoria, super helpful and really friendly. She did her best to help me find what I needed, and made me feel very comfortable asking for help. The rental prices are pretty good, so I don’t think I’m ever going back to Spirit Halloween or Halloween Alley ????

The staff are very helpful they have helped me find a costume many times. They are very creative and good at putting together different costumes. Great selection of custom as well as "in the box" costumes. The rental prices are good. They have lots of different make up and effects and videos to show u how to create cool effects like scars or blood. Best place in town to get a good costume.

I would HIGHLY recommend Calowna Costume to anyone! Great service, very friendly staff. I rented a costume for an event and would up returning the costume two days late - they waived the late fees!! Really good prices, too.
