Some staff are nice. Some of them really have an attitude and are passive aggressive. They behave the most friendly when they ask if you need to start a fitting room. Other than the service, I love their clothes! Perhaps there is a lot of pressure working in Aritzia :(
I've been shopping at Artizia for a decade and I had the best service today and was compelled to write my first review for this brand. associate 135787 was not only genuinely friendly but also helpful and knowledgeable about the jeans I was trying on (the brands and materials). I also felt she went out of her way to recommend other styles to me and not just trying to up-sell or sell me clothes. She was just trying to help me find jeans or pants that I needed. Thank you!

Generally clean store and friendly staff. However, it's a bit crowded so the clothes aren't very organized. The sales also aren't very good - maybe $5 off here or there. I wouldn't visit this aritzia outlet for the deals. I'd rather shop at a less crowded artizia with organized stock and less people.

I like the store, is organized and very easy to spot from the street (the Robson location). One thing I can't understand is why aren't they having a better selection of their staff? They are pushy, arrogant, in a sort of a competition in between themselves for who is the "coolest" and not prepared to offer real customer service. Are they there to look down at clients? Because for that, some do a great job. Also, why are in so many in this store?? There are more staff than clients, especially with the covid restrictions. The stars are only for the online customer service which is awesome and for the clothing itself.
Either they're breathing down my neck telling me "that would look AMAZING on you" when I touch an item or they just stand around talking to each other and completely ignore me when I'm waiting for a fitting room. Last time I went not a single person checked on me (which I actually prefer cause the people who work at Aritzia are way too clingy) but as I was going to pay, a girl walked up to the cashier and said "this was mine" right in front of me... that was in June and I have not returned to an Aritzia store since. I hate the atmosphere and the employees are no better.

I have been coming here since they opened 4 years ago(?) I have met most of the staff over time and they have always greeted me upon arrival. I personally find them friendly, helpful and willing to offer ideas or suggestions to help with what I am looking for. Working in retail would be tough for them as they deal with so many different clienteles,sometimes I hear fussy customers in the change rooms and I would shake my head listening to them... I give these girls all the strength to please these people! I have found Aritza as my happy place not just to shop but to browse and relax my mind. I enjoy looking at all the styles and even just to say hi to the staff! I find myself popping in at least a few times a week just to take a peek at what new items may have arrived! Overall I love shopping at Aritza and love all the staff❤️

Had a horrible experience with the staff. One of the workers was super helpful with figuring out sizes and getting us what we needed, no one else though. My friend had a skirt she wanted to return, not realizing it had a hole in it when she bought it. The manager told her she could return, then went against her word and wouldn't allow it, and was very rude about it. Overall just not a great experience and they should hire new management at that store.

Had two terrible experience with the Asian “store manager”, she is so so so rude, inpatient and unhelpful! She asked me DO NOT return my online orders in store… Ridiculous! Who are you? Do you make the return policy??? She had a poker face every time I see her in the store. If you don’t love your job, please go find something else to do!

Aritzia is by far one of my favourite stores because of all the cute styles and friendly staff. The clothes are great quality and never go out of style. This Aritzia is really big and by far the biggest one in Vancouver. The staff are super polite and helpful.

Worst exchange policy! 10days even around the holidays unless you tell them you bought a “self gift” at time of purchase! Absolutely ridiculous. Every other store has a 30 days exchange policy and even longer during the holidays! Go with the flow Aritzia and amp up your customer service. Swarming clients the second they walk into the store ain’t it!
I have a suggestion. Put some mirrors IN the change rooms!!! Not everyone is comfortable playing dress up for all the staff and public. As a shy person I left as soon as I saw there weren't any mirrors.
This was my first visit to Aritzia. I went to the Robson Street branch. I was going through their stuff and looking lost. Then, Quynh Ahn appeared and took charge of me. She is an amazing person and brought so many designs and since I was looking for formal wear she designed an entire wardrobe for me. I bought them all. I am so happy with my purchases. If any of you is looking for quality, chic and stylish clothes, you have to visit this store. Yes, they are expensive but the way you end up looking is worth every dollar spent. I love the place and the care the stylists take to make each person feel special. If you are not sure, ask for a stylist. I am a fan. The Robson Street store is The Best.
Aritzia has a new fan, me! The store was clean, busy, well run and it was enticing with new fashion colour and textures!! I was assisted by Maddie who was professional and friendly! I was traveling when I 'found' Aritzia and I researched another store closer to home; see you soon Aritzia!!
Needed something for an important business meeting I was going to the woman was very pushy showing me things that is no way appropriate for a business meeting trying to push other items on me honestly just walked out
No monitoring for capacity limits which the store was clearly way over. Organization by colour looks cool but not very practical as everything I found that I liked was in the wrong size.
Nothing I could wear. At least I think there wasn't. There was no plaid nor cargo pockets so I lost interest. However they know how to treat the caring and attentive male shopping valets ( see photo). So my review will be of such. Really nice couch and free WiFi. Would be nice if the magazine selection included Field and Stream, Top Gear and Enduro. Not that I could find to take up said male focused hobbies with a role as a shopping valet. But it's nice to dream.
Aileen helped me at the store today, and I have never experienced a sales associate with such high standards of service. I was only buying one pair of shorts, and yet she got me so many different options to try on. She paid attention to exactly what I said I wanted, and helped my find the perfect pair. Literally the only reason I go to the mall. The folks working at Aritzia are more than just sales associates peddling clothes. They genuinely care about making women feel great in their attire and work tirelessly to achieve that goal. Since the moment I walked through the doors at this location, I’ve hardly shopped anywhere else, including for my wedding “dress”! Quality clothing sold by folks who believe in the product, in a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment: YES, PLEASE.
There're a lot of products on sale there, but most of them are last year's style or biggest sizes.
This place is a joke, im not a one time customer i do buy clothing for my sister and gf from Aritzia, they have very nice products but now im fed up with their service. I bought a few sweater's for my sister for Christmas, she asked me to get a bigger size in one of them, i came back 2 days later asked to exchange and one of the floor managers tells me "our policy during holidays is no exchange or refund, it has to be after the holidays, what you can do is buy another sweater the size you want and come back later to return the old sweater and we will refund you back". So i spent another $148 on the correct sized sweater, which the manager told me i had to do, sister is happy all is good, but i still have the old sweater with me. So today (Dec 30th) i went back to return the old sweater and they are telling me sorry we cant do refund we can give you store credit, LOL, almost lost it on them, just a bunch of kids working here with zero experience, a manager needs to know how to do their job, i wasn't asking for any favors just a simple return which was in my rights and its only been 10 days since the purchase. Funny thing is, i was at Nike which is across from them, and they exchanged a jacket i had bought for my brother to a bigger size, they were very nice and polite no attitude, they didn't tell me to go buy another jacket and come back later and return it. Your staff needs better training and better customer service.

The quality of the clothing has decreased since when I first started shopping there. Not worth it to buy the clothes because they will fall apart with little wear and the company does not stand by their product.

If there was a no star option, this store would get just that. The absolute WORST staff and service. Don't even bother wasting your time or hard earned money here. The people that work here are uptight snobs that think they are just too good. I received a coat from here as a gift, when I went to return it within their 10 day policy as it says on the RECEIPT, this employee decided to make up her own rules and say everything is final sale. This forced me to then pick something(s) out for the equal or less value of the coat I was gifted because she simply didn't want to even give me a merchandise credit to use on something at a later date that I actually wanted and not forced to buy. Very disappointed and will never be returning.

Aritzia has become a destination for young and hip women looking for the latest trends in fashion. Their buyers are very good at detecting the next big thing in shapes, colours and textures, season after season. Prices are higher than other retail brands, but reasonable, as their quality is pretty good. Staff at their Robson location is very interesting, friendly, efficient, distant. In permanent competition among themselves... who is the "coolest" one?

I shop here often and love the clothes Aritzia makes— dependable, quality, and current. However, I ALWAYS dread coming into this store because the sales associates are like moths to a flame. There are always at least 3-5 sales girls who talk to me before I’ve had a chance to look around, and the moment I pick up one item someone is already trying to rush the item to the fitting room. It really takes away from the shopping experience as I usually love shopping, but I don’t even have a chance to think about why I’m here without being bothered. It’s probably the most unattractive quality of this store. Today I was in the store and overheard these sales girl talking about a customer, saying “okay miss privilege”. That is just insane. Obviously these associates talk about their customers, but to do it out on the floor in the fitting room area? Not very bright and very unattractive. Also the fact that the sales girls are so aggressive and pushy about the sales, some don’t even ask you your name and are rushing to get you checked out and out of the store — sometimes not even wrapping the clothes up (like today). All of this is just not acceptable Aritzia, I would even go so far as to y it’s repulsive. The clothes are great, but the employees do not reflect the quality of the clothes. I will say there are two sales girls there I really enjoy, one name I can’t remember, and the other is Melanie. They are genuine and give quality suggestions and are actually helpful. I dont know what management is doing about this stuff, but I assume they condone the behave for the poor staff behavior because it continues to be an issue. And the reviews of this store reflect that.

A lot of options from tna , wilfred to babaton.. just one thing i notice is the cleanliness of the floor but it was a very snowy day so i understand. ????????
Every time I walk in someone is always ready to help me! The store always has good sale stuff. The girls are fantastic at helping me out and are just so nice! One girl, Korrah, has went above and beyond helping me find the perfect items and making sure my experience is great! 5 Stars!

DO NOT BUY THE SILVER SUPER PUFF (OR SIMILAR COLOURS) the finish comes off so easily. I would review the product online but because I purchased in store I cannot! I bought one and in 3 days had the finish coming off in various areas. Returned hoping maybe just a bad egg but the next one did the same, though not as fast, but after a couple weeks now it's gotten worse. $250 down the drain. Really sad, I loved the feel of the jacket compared to other brands of similar price and it was silver! But now its ruined. I cannot trust the other colours won't do the same and I won't ever purchase again, nor anything from them. BUYER BEWARE.

We are Arizia's "Royal customers". After shopping at Arizia for many years, I observed that the work place is toxic. The ladies work in the store are not very nice to each others. They only see $$ in their eyes. They only approach to the customers when they are lining up to pay at cashier. The sales will aggressively grab your items and put their name or number on the items even though they don't even say hi to you when you are shopping in the store.

Horrific customer service!! I spent easily $1000 every year at Aritzia and there will be no more! The sales girl kept getting too close to me during COVID-19 times. When I told her I would want some social distancing, her reply was “you should’t care as long as you came here”. WTH??!! Then I got started on a fitting room, she came back again.. They run out of the size I need and she kept pushing me to buy a size smaller. I insisted on my choice and said I will wait, and she rolled her eye be like” the exit door is that way”. Followed her suggestion of exiting the door and I WILL NOT BE BACK!
I often don't post reviews, but Sidney was so kind and helpful there was another girl who helped me and I wish I got her name but they were all so kind. Aritzia employees normally have a bad rep but these girls were just so nice even when the store was super busy!

This store reminds me of a "Forever 21" type of store. Trendy clothing, eclectic style for young women. You might well find some great trendy pieces, but getting to the dressing room during busy times ... expect there to be a wait.
I am always a fan of Aritzia even if it's overpriced and their customer service can be really bad. That's why I shop online and try to avoid the bad experiences from their customer service. On Black Friday sale, I wanted to find a coat with a good deal and I needed to know if it will fit me so I went to the store. Of course, I had same experiences back again...staffs will come right after you grabbed one item and asked if you needed the help and they will mention their name. At the end, I did find the coat and when I was paying, the cashier didn't even say thanks back. I understand they may be busy on those big events but I think that's just basic simple manner of thanking your customers. Also, I paid over $300 coat and I asked if I could get a nicer bag which looks like reusable shopping bag, the girl said the bag is only giving out when u purchase the puffy jacket. Personally, I think Aritizia should understand when you buy a nice coat, a garment cover with a hanger should be a mandatory item to come with when you purchase the coat. They used to given out when you buy a nice parka so why they become so cheap. I think they should put this thoughts more. Also, they should educate their staffs to be more polite and less pushy for sales.

LIFE LESSON: LOOK YOUR BEST WHEN YOU GO TO ARITZIA, UNLESS YOU will GET DISCRIMINATED! I tried to return my purchase the very next day that I bought it, after a long overtime shift at work I went to Aritzia Downtown to see if I can exchange it for something warmer or get a refund, unfortunately Keyla who happens to be the manager put a deadline on my receipt for EXCHANGE And said I couldn’t have STORE CREDIT. I was too tired to look for a new item! Thank god for their online services manager Nicole who took care of everything! Never going back! I think she was discriminating me for not looking great cause as I said I went there after a long shift.

This evening, Friday, November 27, I visited the Outlet Collection at Niagara Mall location. I am very disappointed with the service I received. My visit started on a positive note when visiting stylist Karina Lopez greeted me and offered to assist me with picking out a few items. She walked around the store with a friend and me to provide us with suggestions and styling tips. I appreciated this as sometimes it can be difficult to pick out items without trying them on. She also assisted us with ordering a few items that were not in stock. She then walked us to the register and got us set up in the line. From there, I purchased two items, one of which I had to order. My friend had misplaced her debit card, so I offered to purchase her items on her behalf. I used my card to make the purchase, however, the transaction was declined, although I had sufficient funds for the transaction. In further review, I noticed that the money had been withdrawn from my debit card. I brought this to the attention of the sales associate, Meghan. She quickly dismissed my concerns and indicate that the funds would be returned in a few days. We then paid for the transaction with another card, which was approved, and then we left the store. After reaching out to my bank I was told that the money was withdrawn from my account and was advised by my bank to return to the store and request a refund. I returned to the store to communicate this with Meghan and she once again dismissed my concerns without listening to the additional information I tried to provide her. I requested to speak to a manager and was told that no managers were available as they were all on lunch. I then told her I would wait, as I was very concerned. I reached out to another staff member as I found it odd that all the managers decided to take their break at the same time. This associate directed me to a manager that was available and on the floor working, contrary to what I was told by Meghan. Khloe and Biti proceeded to assist me with contacting the concierge to try and determine what had gone wrong. It is concerning that this action was not taken when my original concerns were brought forward to Meghan. I found Meghan's actions to be extremely rude, hostile, and dismissive, which has, unfortunately, tainted what had started as a good experience and made it a terrible experience. As it stands now, I am still not clear on what actions will be taken to address the missing money from my account. ________________________________________________________________________ Update: I have contacted their concierge twice now, and still do not know what will be done to return the money owing to me. They are unable to give me a timeline as to when this will be resolved.
I'm a recurrent customer and I really like the garments that this brand offers. However the service could be really bad. For instance, the ladies could be arrogant and use excessive hollow praising (probably to encourage you to buy the garment?). Furthermore, they forgot many times the security pins on! I had to come back for them to be removed or having to go through the inconvenience to have the alarm ringing and having to go back to the counter for them to be removed! It would be better to have a more through selection of in-store sellers.
They are way too pushy, and after I finally said please I do not want to look around I just want to do the return and go, she became very hostile. I think it’s reasonable to become annoyed if you had said no about 10 times. Let’s just say I’ll only be dealing with online orders and returns.
Great to have a petite shop
I am a huge fan of Aritzia clothing and I often come to the Robson Aritzia location to shop. I want to come here and write a review because I’ve noticed something that really upsets me and will no longer tolerate. Every time I go there none of the staff greet me.. But when a customer who is non-Asian come around, they immediately greet them. It’s so strange. I used to work at Aritzia Metrotown and it really sucks to see that the discrimination of the workers have become even stronger, it seems they judge you by your looks to determine whether you’re going to buy anything or not. This needs to be changed and I just wish the quality of Aritzia clothing would be just as good as the attitude of their employees.
Used to love shopping at this location but the last few times have been really disappointing. Yes things are hard with covid but that's no excuse. Back to online only :(
Why is there literally never anything in xs and xxs. Ever at any aritzia. Always sold out. You should know your customer base enough to have the right sizes in stock.
Selection is great, staff are helpful. But the reason I gave this store two stars is because every time I go to this location I get approached by 5 staff members asking me what I’m shopping for in a matter of 10 minutes. The last time I went into this store I was so overwhelmed I had to leave because I couldn’t even browse for 2 minutes without someone approaching me. The best feedback I could give to the store is just be more aware. I work in retail as well and the employees should keep an eye out of who’s already been helped so they’re not bombarding the customer with questions. It’s not a pleasant shopping experience at all.
Not one outfit fit. Not one person asked if I needed help. I found one thing that might fit but it was so see through that I didn't bother. No one should have pants/leggings that see through. I am not a plus size either. I was appalled.
I just wanted to take the time to express how helpful a worker was for me. I have been shopping at Aritzia for 10+ years and look forward to the season sales all the time. Megan- from Niagara on the lake exceeded all my expectations about customer service over the phone. She was so helpful and patient. I told her I was looking for a white body suit and She walked around the store telling me what item numbers she had available. She helped me with sizes and was patient when I had difficulty choosing a size. Workers like Megan is why I love shopping at aritzia!!!

This is my favourite Aritzia location. The staff are all so nice and helpful (and stylish - great for outfit inspo). The selection is pretty good, different than some locations I’m assuming cause it’s an outlet? But still tons to pick from & lots of sale items. Every time I’ve been in the sales associates have been SO friendly, it makes shopping there a really enjoyable experience.

I bought two items from this Aritizia and specifically upon checkout confirmed the days I had to return - which was 10 days from purchase. When I tried to return the items I was told that it was final sale when this was never explained to me upon purchasing and never told I would not be able to return. Very unprofessional.
was at this location and had to talk to 3 different employees to get help… each one ended up leaving me and going to help another customer for some reason. pretty sad that you cant get help when you pay prices like this. i now have a pair of pants that i paid about $150 for that dont fit me correctly considering i couldnt get help and now i cant return or exchange because they were on sale for $10 off. very disappointed with my visit
The Robson Aritiza has serious management issues where managers and senior employees(SSAs) display a patterns of inappropriate behaviors towards newer employees. These behaviors including hazing, micro-aggression and unequal treatment, sometimes led by bigger managers, other times tolerated by them. This team at Robson seriously judge team members based on appearances, class and race. If you are a new hire, you will be put on base salary ranging from minimum wage to $17/hr, and you would be expected to generate thousands of profit for the brand, while earning nothing. The GM needs to be fired immediately for mismanagement, turning a blind eye and acting ignorant towards this on going issue for 5 years and more. This experience is shared by many of the girls that have filtered through this store.
Quite dissapointed with the robson location. Please don’t tell your customers that you are out of certain stocks even after checking to see if other locations had it and which they did after myself had to physically go to the other one. Staffs don’t look so approachable as they look unhappy to work but PC Aritzia staffs were super friendly!

For FIVE hours, I called repeatedly to get a hold of someone and the phone just rang and rang. They only answered once... I was placed on a hold and then hung up on. TERRIBLE customer service. How is this even allowed? Completely unacceptable.

Every time I walk in this store I feel like all the associates are judging me. I shop at Aritzia a lot, but I recently had my worst shopping experience with a girl who claim herself as the "store manager". She was so unprofessional, so rude and inpatient, she keep interrupting me when I was trying to communicate. She forced me to picked up the order that I want to return, then the item become final sale, she probably thinks that I don't know the return policy, so I call Aritzia and fixed it, but she did wasted my time. I'd like to make a suggestion to all the customers who had bad experience in the store to go above their head to fix the problem, it's totally waste of time to communicate with the "store manager".
This store has great service. The girls are very friendly and helpful. They have good inventory.
The sale here is pretty good. However, the sale associates were chatting with each other on the side rather than helping customers. There were only 2 customers in the huge fitting room, but a girl was left standing at the door with no help. I asked one of the sale associates for a size smaller for something I was trying on, the response I got was “whatever is there, is there”. Not sure if its different at an outlet location, usually staffs are very nice to help me find a size or even bring it to the fitting room. Overall bad experience, very different compared to other aritzia stores. I left without getting anything.
I had a fantastic experience. The sales associate Maddie did a very good job of helping me find the right size and give me fashion advice. She was very through with her help and I could tell her genuinely enjoyed her job. Throughout my shopping experience, I had many other employees approach me asking if I needed assistance. Overall great customer service!! Very happy with my experience.
Terrible customer service! Would not let me get a refund for a Christmas gift that was bought online and I had the receipt. Will not be shopping here ever again
Lots of sales people on the floor talking to one another, but no one just standing at the cash register. While this is understandable, it’s hard to approach then as they are chatting away. Waited till another customer was going to up to pay and lined up behind her to do my return. Sales person was kind and pleasantly offered to help me find a different item and was willing to ship it directly to me. It’s a huge store with their brands/styles divided up into various rooms.
Ciara at Halifax shopping centre Aritzia was so great! Pulled me selections and made shopping super comfortable.
Be prepared to have the worst customer service experience. I am very rarely acknowledged when I go into this store .. Even when it isn't busy and there are 4-5 salespeople on the floor. Doesn't help that there are no mirrors in the fitting rooms?? I'll stick to the website.

4-5 associates working with barely any customers in the store, but no one ever acknowledged me or offered to start a fitting room with my items. I ended up dumping them and leaving.
Amazing clothes that make up most of my wardrobe! And they fit my tiny Asian frame without alteration! Will always shop here.
I’m a little past the age of most women who would shop at Aritzia but I love their styles. Whenever I’m in Vancouver I make it a point to stop in and see what they have. I find the staff to be somewhat ageist...they don’t give the same amount of attention to older women as they do to younger ones but that seems to be the same wherever I shop. The clothes are priced moderately and the quality is commensurate with the price. But the styling is great!
First time in. Took a hat to the counter to find out the price as the sign beside the hat said 30 to 50% off. I waited while 2 clerks looked after 1 customer. Another customer came along and a 3rd clerk came from out back and said she could help her. I was next in line but ignored. When the other customer was finished I asked what the price was. I was told full price. My first and last time in Aritzia! Maybe I wasn't young enough!
Super nice staff! An item I put on hold was accidentally put away and it was found eventually. The staff truly did their best to look around for it
Not all employees are friendly, sometimes no greetings towards Asian or not providing help at all.

The service was great and I love the clothes but they double charged us for several items. I didn't realize it till we got home when I noticed 2 items were missing. They only offered a small credit (less then 2%) so pretty dispointed.
Yesterday, my wife bought 3 hats with (different colors), to choose right color at home. Today they told her that she can't return it, because the discount was final. Yesterday nobody told about it. I can attach receipt and provide any details. Do not recommend to buy here.
I used to absolutely love Aritzia. Used to. I was so excited when I learned a store was opening in Niagara I went early December to purchase a winter coat & to my surprise I found a gorgeous parka from last season I fell in love with & turned out to be discounted, even better. Sales associates were great particularly a girl named Brooklyn. The debit terminal was not working with my RBC card, apparently a common issue so the other clerk working on cash tried her machine in $100 increments so tap would process instead. When 100$ of purchase went through she said she called the company to reset them & that it had not actually processed, that I would see a refund within a few days & if not to contact them. Once the terminals were up & running I was re charged full amount. A week later when my coat arrived I called about the overcharge that was not returned as I was instructed. My bank assured me I was in fact charged and no refund was pending. The store manager said she couldn't refund me and to go through customer service which, made no sense to me. After a lengthy explanation with customer service, they agreed & said she should have just processed the refund at the store & not instructed me to call in. They looked into it regardless and said my overcharge was not closed out as such so on their end that's all they could do. My bank cannot do anything as the funds did in fact charge and because it is not a credit payment, I cant dispute it the same way. It has been about a month and Im still waiting to be refunded the $100 overcharge. Its unreal the retailer did not notice when they closed that day they were over $100 and are denying the charge. The only proof they sent me was a screenshot of of my bill not closed out on their computer. I have open claim with my bank but I was charged with no proof I didnt authorize and so it is not looking promising. I am simply missing money I did not approve. The run around is very disappointing and lack of ownership to the error to say the least is so disrespectful. Yes I got the coat on sale but the principle of the matter is the money whether it was $1, $100 or $1000 how can they overcharge me, say they did not and get away with that? Totally dumbfounded at the incompetency here and although I love their products I will never shop Aritzia again. Perhaps they need to train their managers better. Ive read through their other reviews at this location and found another customer had had the EXACT same experience I have. They are literally stealing money from people and refusing to deal with it.

I had one of the best shopping experiences at Aritzia. Not only did I feel like I had a personal shopper but the person who helped me was genuinely kind. I'm sorry to see that this store had a couple of bad reviews but that definitely wasn't my experience.
Rachel was very helpful and patient with me while shopping for multiple items, she had lots of alternative recommendations and I was able to leave satisfied with my items. Her genuine attitude made the shopping trip much easier. She really made my day, Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Was made to feel not welcome by elitist staff. Also, I find it disturbing that staff ask people if they “have a job” in the middle of a pandemic, to see if their customers can afford to buy their clothes. Blatant classism.
I found the associates of the store very rude! They were really not welcoming i felt they were more looking at me as i am there to steal from store, pretty racist. May be 1or 2 employees were nice one was asian girl she was pretty friendly. And associate 136261 was nice.
Pushy staff that will not leave you alone. She kept pushing recommendations 100+ my budget on me and when I said I wasn’t interested she still wouldn’t just leave and find someone who actually wanted help

Staff are overbearing and extremely aggressive. You can't shop without someone breathing down your neck trying to grab things out of your hand. Really uncomfortable experience and seems they are solely commission based.

Tried to make an exchange because the sizes that my boyfriend bought didn’t fit me. Cashier accused me of wearing it then trying to return it even though I was trying to explain they don’t fit so how could I have worn it in the first place... She was also extremely condescending and rude. I’ve spent so much money at Aritzia, it is unreal, and this is the way staff treat a customer of over 8 years. Will not be shopping here any further and will advise everyone who buys gifts for me from here not to either. You’d expect that they would have better customer service or even try to look into my account but she did neither. Extremely disappointed. P.S. staff will only treat you nicely if you dress up and look like you have money. If you are in a rush and are dressed down they won’t even acknowledge you. What a shame.

What's with the staff at this location?! Every single one of them looks like they hate themselves, their lives and, of course the customers. There's never any greeting upon entry. They are SO rude, pushy and insincere. The ONLY thing they care about is getting their name under the sale. This is a signal that management is in seriously bad shape. Love their clothes but will NEVER shop there again.
My daughter and I visit Aritzia stores as far a s toronto. The Niagara Outlets store has the friendliest , polite and efficient staff. it is a pleasure to go there , always a pleasant experience.
Don't even hate the store but when your the only customer in the store with 5 people working and can't greet me? Pretty sad I walked around the whole store for about ten mins and nobody helped me. You need some new people working there. Sorry but I'll stick to the online store.
don't buy the kitten sweater(Sunday Best)crew neck version. they have quality problems which the sleeves are way too shorter than the measurement they provide. Although they noticed the problem they are not trying to fix it only ask me to return it and without giving any proper solution.And I am trying to post the reviews online and they block it.
