I love this store! First of all all the clothing is so cute and you never know what your going to find! Every time I have been there the staff is super friendly. The store is always nice and tidy lots of toys and other stuff too. Great place!:)

It’s a very clean, nicely setup establishment for sure but everyone here always seems like they’re just in a bad mood. Whenever we go to the ones in Winnipeg or Regina all the employees are amazingly nice and almost always start up a conversation. Here it’s complete silence while you’re paying and it’s very awkward. I do feel they can’t make up their mind on what they buy either. One day they don’t buy swaddles than later they do? Just not too happy with how the owner is running it.

I've been able to clear thru the baby/kids clothes I had stored away waiting for the time to have a yard sale or list them online. They bought so much of it that I've got money in my pocket, more space AND I saved myself the time of selling them myself! Lol. Awesome. Great staff and amazing selection of children's clothing and toys!

Don’t bother. Brought in BRAND NEW with tags from Carter’s, once worn PUMA and NIKE and they said “wear and tear”.. the people appraising the clothes don’t know the proper value of things. And then on the racks there are severely worn in clothes priced at like 10$... save your $ Don’t even waste your time. Thrift stores are WAY better. (This review is not needing a reply!! Don’t waste your time! it’s intended for other parents)

Do not sell your children's clothing here. I sent an entire tub of Carters Oshkosh and Old Navy with my grandparents as they were coming in for an appt. They took my grandparents for a ride and paid them $33.00 for everything when I was paid $56.75 last time I was there for half the clothing that was brought in this time. So I lost money when I could have put the clothing on the buy and sell and made much much more. Very poor way to treat elderly people. Will never come back, hope they enjoy those clothes because it will be the last lot they ever get from me!

Despite being incredibly busy (it was opening week!), the staff were all excellent to deal with, my items were done exactly when they said they would be, and I got more than anticipated back. Definitely recommend and I can't wait until I can go shopping there.

Just did a virtual shopping experience and it was great! But I did not get a call at the appointed time. I called them after 10 minutes and they had to find an associate to call me back to do the shop. When I went to drop off clothes for sale, they explained the whole process. I picked up a couple days later and they only took a few items and offered about a dollar for each item (8 items in whole Rubbermaid bin) so I was disappointed in the selling process. I will shop here again but likely wouldn't sell again.

Friendly hardworking staff. Gently used items are offered for sale at reasonable prices. A great place to shop as kids go through sizes of clothes so quickly!

I Know EVERYTHING

They're useless, don't bother. I brought in 2 items, both new in their original packaging. One was $39.99 new and one was $149.99 new. The offered me $20 for the $39.99 item and $30 for the #149.99 item... ???? umm OK. So I asked why would there be such a dramatic difference in item price? I was told "That's what they're appraisers came up with and once its in the computer, unfortunately it can't be changed." I was also told they sell everything they buy for 100% more than the bought it for... so a $20 item is sold for $40 and a $30 item for $60. This means they were willing to sell 1 item at store value and the more expensive one was basically reduced $100 in price. That makes absolutely no sense at all and further, is dumb. Your appraisers are out to lunch, your stores prices are clearly out of wack and your employees are out here acting like people are supposed to bring things there not they're lucky and thankful people bring things. Sad place, Terrible business practices, won't be back.

My wife brought in some clothing last week and they said it would be a few hour wait as we came in late afternoon; The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We received a great offer for the items we brought in and cannot wait until they open, this is a great establishment, great staff, will definitely be back. 5/5 will recommend

Been there 3x now......I'm done with that place. I really like Regina's. I took my name brand clothes in great shape. While looking at the clothes there, they were aweful!!! So I thought for sure they take all mine since they had junk there. Stained and holes everything I found. Nope! They keep telling me they have to many but yet post they want that size! Don't want us outsiders of Brandon. So I won't go back. Pricing is high, couple more bucks I can get new sleepers.

Will not be back. Came with 3 full boxes of close to new to gently used clothes. I would have thrown once box to the side sure as there were the I'd balls that were stained or stretched. I had 3 pairs of brand new shoes in there that apparently werent good enough. Tags attatched! Very good condition newborn items as he didnt even get to wear everything as our family bought way too much. They ended up taking a total of 23 items... for 23 dollars... and there was a baby monitor in there. I'll stick to garage sale sights. This was my first time there and my last.

Brought in a stroller and a bassinet, clothing, we had 9 bins of clothing and it did take a couple hours for the staff to go through, items were returned nice in our bins and previously i had labeled each bin with sizes and the staff kept said sizes in the correct bins. We got an amazing offer and i will be back when they open.

I brought some clothes to the store in excellent condition for them to sell. They offered me a little over a dollar per item. I was very disappointed in their offer and their customer service. The clothes were returned in terrible condition compared to when I took them in. I won't return to this store or recommend it to anyone.

Awful experience. I’ve been coming here for well over a year for my child’s clothing, have spent over $100 each time. I decided to bring in some of my child’s toys since I loved this store so much! As someone who works with the public, This staff was so unfriendly & rude. I brought in well over $200 worth of toys, most of which my child has played with for only a year & received $9 back. I was surprised but I was even more surprised when I struggling to get out of the door with my son & a giant box that no one offered to open the door or simply ask if I needed assistance but stood behind the counter on their phone.

We took roughly around 400 pieces of clothing here. They told us it would be a couple of hours. 4 hrs later and at 7:50pm at night they call to tell us they are ready. Drive across town to walk into the store for them to say “out of the 5 boxes we only want to keep these two” which was fine, but when they offered me $86 for the two boxes I quickly said “No”. They were shocked that I turned down this amazing offer. The thing that really upset me is when I got home with my 5 boxes of clothes. The 3 boxes they wanted to return to us, none of the clothes were folded. All just shoved into the boxes. All the tags were removed. That was awesome of the store to do before we even sold it to them. So they wanted to buy half of our clothing for 86$. Won’t be supporting them at all.

I had a horrible experience in this store. I came into the store. Not a single person said hello to me, not a single person looked my way. I’m not sure if it is because I’m native? But I wasn’t asked to join the 5 stars program, I wasn’t helped, wasn’t greeted. Items I purchased had holes, tags ripped the clothing. It’s disappointing as I came 2 hours to visit this store after hearing wonderful things about the clothing. The staff not so much and this just confirms Everything I’ve been hearing. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t even look at me (lady with short red hair?) I’m disappointed in my experience, I would rather drive the extra time to go to the stores in Winnipeg. Also their pride section is a joke, the boss is a homophobic human being and I’ve heard that from multiple customers and staff. Disgusting environment. No one looks happy in there.
