This business has difficulties honoring their word--- I would only engage with them if a written contract is in place. They do not seem to understand the basic concepts of customer service, which is unfortunate, or, if they do understand the basic concepts of customer service they do not practice them. Product was substandard, did not last very long. Which is very disappointing on top of the lacking customer service. I do wish them success in their business and hope they rectify their difficulties with customer service and product quality going forward.

It is a great store to find most party supplies. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because there were no carts to put children in. I had to hold a basket and hold my 1 year old grandson's hand so he wouldn't grab everything. My shopping was cut short and couldn't get nearly what I wanted. Please get decent shopping carts so everyone can enjoy your store.

First time in the store since we’re from out of town, found everything we needed for a baby shower (seriously why make homemade decorations) and social fundraiser: drink tickets, raffle tickets, shooter glasses, stir sticks. Great variety of colours of plates, napkins, cutlery etc, great assortment of decorations. All sorts of parties: retirement, religious, birthday, baby shower....

Probably the best dollar store in Brandon. Generally prices are even close to a dollar! Hidden gem really. There are party/ decorations, balloons, crafts, houseware items, kids stuff, etc. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful too. Some of the quality of stuff is pretty suspect and very cheap/ knockoff quality.
