Personally, I hate doing anything related to wedding shopping but this place exceeding my expectations due to it's customer service. A lovely young lady named Mandeep helped my sister pick a choora and design it the way my sister wanted. She also helped her choose a necklace and earrings. The selection is alright (not my personal taste) but if you need wedding/party related accessories this place is worth a visit.

Worst customer service ever. Came with my sister to look at jewelry and the ladies were busy talking to themselves, I even asked them to help me but got no response. It was my first time, and will definitely be my last. Don’t ruin your day by coming here, trust me you will find way better places.

Never cared to mention anywhere that bangles won't be sold in this so-called "50% off Sale". Their instagram page says "Bangles are not a part of sale" rather than saying "Bangles won't be sold in the Sales period". Waited for an hour outside in the cold to get into the store, only to be refused by store associates to sell the bangles which were right there on the shelf because of "crowding in the store" and everyone "trying to look busy", even after making multiple requests as I needed them for an event the same day. No one cared to help, not even the managers/owners. Absolute waste of time. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional behavior. Knows nothing about Customer Service. Please avoid this place.

Recently visited them for the annual sale ! Got so many super deals. Very nice staff. Even though they had a long line up everything was very well organized. Never knew such selection can be found in GTA. Dont think I need to shop from India anymore for jewelry as they have everything here with competitive prices.

This store is one of the best one in Brampton compared to other stores in the market. I went there with my dress to match the jewellery the owners were very helpful. The lady not only helped me choose my jewellery but also treated my mother n law very well. They are very friendly people. I have another function to attend that I need jewellery for and will definitely go there. They also helped me find a tailor for alterations.

If i could give zero stars i would. You walk in noone greets you. Your basically been hawk eyed while your loooking around by yourself. When you ask for help you get attitude and stuff thrown on the counter and if you're in a bind you'll pay without being told a total just the debit machine being turned around on you and thats it. A huge selection of jewelry. Quite possibly one of the largest collections of costume jewelry that I have ever seen. However, the prices are super high. The pieces are quality, but very expensive. Their bangle sizes might be off. They seem smaller than most other Indian places. Double triple check your bangles, as I got screwed over with my purchase. Of course as with most Indian places, "no refunds no exchanges"

Horrible Quality. I was first happy because comparatively price is low however they bring stuff from back home which they get for even cheaper prices. These guys are good at fooling people. I bought a jewellery set for $120 after a few days without me even getting to wear it more than 1, the!polish came off! I tried to complain, they blocked me! Horrible customer service! Pls don't waste time buying.

Probably the worst customer experience I have had in a while. The lady who seems to be the owner is extremely rude. You would think that if a customer is going to be spending money on your products - you could be a little nice? I will never go back to this store. I've been here several times with family and friends to make purchases for costume jewelry and have almost always bought something I loved and was super happy with. They have a wide selection of options in varying styles and colors which really helps to make it a one stop shop for your Indian jewelry needs. My most recent trip was to buy a nice set of bangles for my own wedding event and one of the girls sat with me for a solid 30 minutes piecing together the perfect set. I also once had to video chat my sister who lives out of the country and needed a new set for her lengha, and the staff was super friendly and helpful in assisting me to show her stuff through the camera. Overall, I have always been quite happy shopping at this store and likely will be back in the future if I need more stuff.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. We came into the shop and didn't know what to do. There were 2 women there who continued to do whatever they were doing- posting pictures on instagram of their sets and they didn't even look at us enter or bother to help. We had to ask for help and when we did they just said its over there you can look. There are better places than this for jewlery and customer service. i wouldn't want to give my money to people who don't deserve it.

I love this store ! I went in looking for my bridal jewelry. They were super accomodating, had a huge selection to choose from, and most importantly, REASONABLY PRICED! I'm quite picky with accessories in general. They easily let me mix and match from different sets, NO other store allows you to do that. I walked out happy after purchasing a full BRIDAL set for $121. For the ladies that helped, Thank you :) I'll be back very soon.

I found Sapphire Hut via Instagram and messaged them through there. Experience and quality of work was a 10/10!! They were so friendly and were willing to make any/multiple changes to my order. Whoever I was messaging on instagram was never rude and always remained professional. I received the orders (very quickly) in perfect condition with the exact designs I asked for and correct sizes (I ordered 6 chudi sets and 1 bridal set). Also-I accidentally paid extra from the US via western union, and they returned the money-they didn't keep it-speaks to their honesty as well :)
