I bought my grandson a suit the sign said 50% off But my wife noticed it was dirty around the collar like somebody bought it used it and took it back, the lady said too bad we couldn't return it that we should have look at it better anyways the tag said 39.99 she said it was 49.99 horrible experience never again will shop there

Excellent Customer Service!!! I called this store to ask an opinion on sizing for my tween daughter to order a dress online and spoke to Anna who was so helpful. Would you know she called me the next day (found my number) to say that the dress I was inquiring about went on sale in store and to bring my daughter to try on the different sizes? I purchased some dresses for our daughters online for a wedding. I ordered a size 8 for my 7 year old (who typically wears size 8 clothing) and a size 12 for my 10 year old (who typically wears size 12 clothing). The dresses arrived and when they did the smaller dress meant for my younger daughter was way too big for my older daughter and the dress I bought for my older daughter was labelled a women's size 5 with large cups for breasts. It was clearly not a "tween" dress as they told me. There were no size charts online, so I figured it would be easy enough to return. This is where things really got messy. I emailed customer service for help with the sizes. The dresses we wanted were not available in sizes that would fit my girls. Their sales staff offered other dresses, but they were not in line with what we wanted. When I asked to return them at first they did not agree. Only after threatening to speak with Visa did they give me an RMA number. I sent back the dresses with Canada Post so that I had a tracking number and could tell when they arrived. They received the dresses Aug 12th and I waited to hear from them. I waited about a week and then emailed to ask when I would see a credit and was told that I could have store credit only, not a refund. With the wedding approaching, I didn't trust that we would get dresses sized appropriately for the girls. Finally they agreed to refund my card, but only after several emails without response and several more phone calls. So I waited. They said the refund had been issued on Aug 31st. I only just received it on my credit card on Sept 14th after yet another phone call to the store. They had said there would be a $35 re-stocking charge, but ended up charging $54 instead. Overall not a great experience and I would definitely never shop here again. Buyer beware.

I needed a rush order for my son's graduation. Paparazzi Kids had everything I was looking for. I spoke to Lak who made every effort to get my order to me on time for the graduation. I have used this company for about 4 years now to outfit my boys for weddings, school speeches, graduations, and a funeral. I like the quality of the clothing, size selection, and their fast service. I also like that they are easy to communicate with.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst online buying experiences I have had of late. I purchased clothes for my daughters mid Oct for a wedding late November, and the items never shipped. I gave them extra time and was courteous in my requests for timeline of when it would ship, especially give the supply chain issues everyone is having. They would never respond. It got to the point where I was calling both of their physical stores multiple times and no answer. Sent multiple emails and tried their online forms and phone #'s. Nothing. Eventually I had to get TD Visa involved to claim this s a fraudulent business to assist in at least getting an understanding of what was going on. Just today I received a refund on my purchase. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

I placed an order on November 12th 2020. They say it shipped in 2 shipments. I never received 80% of the order and we are now January 16, 2021. Nobody will return an email or a phone call. I have sent multiple emails, and left messages on the phone. NO REPLIES OR ATTEMPTS TO LET ME KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS. Very disappointed with customer service.

Customer service was absolutely AMAZING!!! I needed to buy a suit for my 10 yr old super last minute. I called and a sweet lady was able to verify if the items were available for curbside pickup at the store near me. I was not able to pickup on the agreed upon day and time because it was no longer convenient for me. Where it was no longer convenient for me, she made it VERY convenient. I definitely recommend this store. The products were beautiful and well made. This experience was like no other and I can't be thankful enough to have found this store and service from this wonderful lady.

We went to buy a suit for my son, but they did not have a size for him. They apologized and promised that they will get his size from their warehouse. It took them 3 days to get his size for the suit, but the best part is, is that they kept us updated everyday. When the suit arrived, they called us right away. We went and got the suit, it was a perfect size. The employees were very polite, and they apologized again for the wait. I love this place, I have shopped here before, and I will come here again. I will also recommend this location to others as well. Great job!

This is the first ever store I would discredit...I usually don't go giving bad reviews but I had to do this for the paparazzi kids store at brampton...your return policy is a No No... I spent almost $2000 in your store just to return a dress that doesn't fit my daughter within 3days interval of purchase and you(the manager) are saying I can't return for a refund for $180 after spending $2k at your store. I'm just so disappointed with your service. And stop using covid-19 as an excuse.. I will never shop in your stores anymore and i will tell lots of your customers and my followers not to use your services until you guys begin to do the right thing "(customer satisfaction)"... This is so bad...

Just purchased a suit for my son tonight. First of all the lady said that the suit was going to be 50% off and I paid $25 even though the suit was originally sold for $39.99. I was expecting the suit to be cheaply made because it was sold for cheap however the suit was in disgusting condition. ???? She told me that I would be able to exchange however when I went back she said that I could only exchange it for the same suit which I found ridiculous. I would’ve expected her to be embarrassed at the fact that she even sold me that but no. I use to shop there all the time to buy clothes for my son. However after that visit I will never return this store again. Terrible customer service ????????

Spectacular Customer Service! I needed a suit for my son's First Communion and they went above and beyond in helping me pick the perfect one with the perfect fit. As I was ordering online, I called to ensure that the colour match was exactly what I was looking for. They then offered suggestions on other suits I may like. They sent multiple pictures to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Staff were so patient and answered my many questions. To ensure the perfect size, I submitted my son's measurements and they helped me choose the perfect size that wouldn't be too small and would allow for some growth. They even compared sizes by measuring the pants so as they would not be too small. Once I was ready to order, a link was sent to me directly with the selected size. Checkout was super easy and super quick. Not to mention, fantastic prices. To my surprise, the suit was shipped in less than an hour of me ordering it and I received it within 2 days. When it arrived, it was just as the pictures showed and the quality and fit were fantastic. Thanks for all your help and I would definitely recommend Paparazzi Kids to anyone and if you are hesitant to order online, don't be. They will guide you to making the right choice that meets your needs, fits your budget, looks amazing and fits perfectly. Definitely my go to place for now on. I don't want to give any stars but however there is no option. Sara is the owner of the store and I've worked for her in 2016. I worked in the Erin mills location for a few months being told I was going to be moving to the Bramalea location which is a 15 minute walk from my home. Instead I was told that my job at Erin mills location was temporary and I was guaranteed to move to the Bramalea city center location. Instead she hired another person and PAYED her more than me. I had 8 years experience while the other person had none, SARA KNEW THIS. The only reason I found was that the person was my tenant. I had small children at that time who I had to support and instead I was traveling 1 hour everyday when instead I could be at Bramalea in 15 mins close to my kids. She had promised me and I had faith that she would accommodate me and I waited for 4 months but that did not happen , so in the moment I decided to quit because I don't want to work with people who are unfair. This was my worst experience I've ever had in my careers. Please be aware that this environment is toxic and is unfair. I have been at a different job currently and I love it so much it has been the most peaceful and every employee is respected equally. So I learned a lesson which is don't believe these people right away, they will cheat you. Why am I sharing? just to spread awareness to everyone.

I just had a wonderful experience with Paparazzi Kids. I ordered 2 dresses for my step-daughter and new niece, online, as I am getting married in July. These dresses were on sale. A beautiful pink. I called, because I needed advice on sizing, and the gentleman really helped me. He was patient with my questions, and lack of knowledge on 8 year old girl sizing. I really appreciated his help, and he really knew his stuff. He told me all about the dresses, and advised me on sizing based on measurements alone. This (already) stressing bride is thankful!

I had a wonderful experience at Paparazzi Kids. I needed a suit for my 9 month old son and the lady who helped me was super pleasant and extremely helpful. They have a great selection of suits and dressy outfits for infants and young boys (I did not look at the outfits for girls). I bought a suit for a great price, and I was able to switch the colour of the shirt at no extra charge. A couple days after I got home I put the suit pants on my son in order to hem the pants and the zipper clasp broke. When I took the pants back today the pants were fixed no questions asked. I definitely recommend Paparazzi Kids and I will definitely be back.

Customer service was horrendous!! It’s Christmas, wrong sized gifts are bound to happen. They wouldn’t take back an NEW and UNPACKAGED clothes (would exchange but they didn’t have the correct size). The manager advised that this is store policy, well your store policy is losing customers. The place also smells kind of funny. Will not return here - save yourself some trouble and avoid this place.

I will never buy anything from this store again. Worst experience ever. I had bought a dress for my 1 year old but it looked small compared to her other dresses at home. So, I took it back for exchange or store credit within 2 days as I already knew they don’t do returns (cheap store policy). Anyways, the lady disagreed first and told me that I have removed and re-attached the tag on the dress, so she won’t exchange. Such an insult for me, I would never do that. But then she let me exchange after some arguement. No costumer service, they just want to make money.

This is worst store in bramalea city center mall for the fact even in brampton..Customer service sucks and the young lady in the billing section is so rude and lacks basic coutersy .Only store in Canada.. who sells damaged party dresses for 50% off...those dress doesnt even deserved to displayed in the rack..overall please stay away from this store..even by mistake don't go near it.. How can you price a dress where threads are coming out big time for 89$ and then give 50% off where on the first place the dress should have not been displayed at all. By All means it deserves "No Star" but without any choice and with lot of hesitation I am giving "one star" for my review People in billing section please learn how to speak to customers as you are so rude...!!

We requested her to just exchange but she was so stubborn and said NO. One more thing I checked their website there was a pink cindrella dress.that was on sale for 40 dollars when I went to the store she said this is for 90 dollars and no sale on it. If you want to buy please avoid order online. ????

My husband and I went to buy a dress and a bolero for our 8 yr old daughter last Sunday, April 8. Our daughter wasn't with us when we picked out the dress so when we got home and showed her she liked the bolero but not the dress. We did not realize that the dress did not have a tag but the bolero did. Long story short, we went to exchange the dress and brought our daughter this time so she can choose. The store won't exchange the dress saying the tag was missing although we have the receipt. The store clerk said they added a note that a tag was on, well it could have been the bolero. Anyways their exhange policy sucks and is very inconvenient for customers. They should know that they're selling dresses for young kids who change minds often. Now we're stuck with a dress that our daughter won't wear. If the dress did not come with a tag then we should be able to exchange it. Can't put everything in writing but we were frustrated to say the least. Having to travel 1 hour in freezing rain and end up not being able to exchange the dress. This is the first time we've bought something from store and with the negative experience it was the last. Avoid this store. 100 bucks and 3 hours of our precious time wasted. They should not be in business. Too bad Google review does not allow a no star rating as that is more appropriate for this store

Order #3401 Ordered 2 dresses for my daughter online and got my order yesterday. Good collection of dresses . Excellent customer service by the gentleman Mr.Lak. Very responsive till I received my package.I was able to change the colour of one of the dress ( dress that I ordered out of stock) with no extra charge Would definitely shop again at paparazzi kids.

Excellent customer service experience received while phone shopping from all the way in Newfoundland! I called the store and was very lucky to speak with Sarah and get her help on finding the perfect suit for my son’s first communion, Sarah was great in listening to my needs and after sending her my son’s measurements she recommended the prefect suit and matching shoes! I just received the items today and they fit amazing, no need for alterations whatsoever and the quality is amazing! Sarah also sent a little hairpiece as a gift for my daughter! I am beyond happy with the quality of service received and will surely contact Sarah for all my kids clothing!

Horrible experience at the Bramalea Mall location. Purchased a suit for my son at the end of January and when we purchased the suit we explained to the employee we have a wedding in march. We were concerned that the suit may not fit as well. We asked if we could exchange it close to the wedding if there were any issues. She said no problem just make sure it was 7 days before the wedding. Now it is 7 days before the wedding we tried the suit and it didn't fit. Original manufactuer tags on and accidentally my 3 year old son tore the store price tag. We went to the store and the same employee was there. She refused the exchange..said the price tag was off and didn't keep her word about the 7 days prior to the wedding. She called the manager on the phone. Manager refused to talk to me and said to the employee she was off duty. Horrible treatment horrible service. I would not have purchased the suit if the employee didn't say come back. Never never will I shop there again!

Buyer beware of false advertising on their website, the dress I found online while was a beautiful blue colour, did not have the sparkly belt as shown and when asked they do not even carry them, additionally they are poorly made, my daughters fell apart within 1 hour of her putting it on ( all the wire that holds the bunting together came out due to poor stiching) and I had to fix at a wedding with tape, for $89.99 I would have hoped it would last for a few weddings/parties. The boys suits shown on sale do not exist, it is a bait and switch l, they only carry $129+ suits.
