Honestly the customer service from the manager (the blonde lady—didn’t catch her name) was great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable & knew exactly where certain supplies were when I asked questions. I was honestly shy to go into a sex shop like this since I haven’t been previously, but I was super comfortable & nonchalant going in... but I’d have to say the manager did a great job being professional & fun at the same time. She was very kind & outgoing, she made the experience that much better/more comfortable for a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody.. great experience. Good products, great customer service. 5+stars!!

A couple of months ago I came here. It was my first time coming to this store and I was very happy with the service. The girl ( Her name is Kay) who helped me was very knowledgeable about the toys and was easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable talking with her. Now I only go to the store when she’s working. Hands down, Kay provided the best costumer service experience! Thanks for the help gorgeous ;)

Iv been here 3 times and each time the same woman was serving. I simply asked about silicon lubes and got yelled out for the very idea of using them on my wife. Why sell them then ? Im not comfortable going there any more.

Went to see/pick up a specific item I had researched on the Cupid Boutique website, and received friendly help and info on the item I was purchasing from the sales person (Kadee?) and so was able to complete my shopping easily and quickly. Nice store. I’d shop here again!

Love love love this place!! It's like an adult toys r us! Any weird fantasy I've ever had is met and exceeded every visit. A couple comments to improve the experience would be that they need to carry more male on male toys and lubs.. also, as awesome as the staff always is, they don't appreciate when I try the products out in the store... I need to know it's exactly what I'm looking for before I purchase because their return policy isn't great once the item has entered your body. They carry many inflatable companions but not male on male specific but you'll be happy with the out cum regardless. Ultimately, this is always my weekend getaway and sometimes my escape during the week if I've had a hard day at the office.
