The service I received at the store was horrible. The owner was really not interested in selling or showing any suits. Who serves customers with a wrap in their hands? Disgusting, felt very unwanted and don’t plan on going back there ever again.

This place is one stop shopping for the wedding and party outfits. Both the owners are very helpful and patient locating the right piece as per our needs. We forgot a pair of leggings at the store. At the end of the day the owner realized that we had left behind the package. The owner took trouble to call the alteration tailor to get our contact information. As the store was closing in few mts she specially drove to drop the bag at the tailor so that we could pick it up later in the evening. This is an exceptional service which we may not get anywhere. Highly recommend this store !!!!

SO WONDERFUL!! I came in to get some outfits and jewelry for a wedding I'm attending. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable and super nice, felt like I was around my relatives! First time been to Ash Creations. Amazed to see variety in the shop. Was there to buy kurta pyjama but the service I got was exceptional and warm. Vindi Aunty was busy with other customers but still I got full attention and was shown lot of variety. It was hard to decide for me but she suggested me with lot of colour combinations to match with turban colours. She asked me that which colours of turban I have already and let’s try those combinations. That was little touching and I decided that I will for sure put review about this shop. I have not Seen this kind of variety even in India. They have all the variety in traditional men wear that somebody will look forward. I spent more than an hour in the shop and felt like home. I miss back home and family but people like Vindi aunty and beeta auntie kind of fill that gap. She asked me about my family and what I am doing even though they were busy. I bought white kurta Pyjama and wore it next day to sikh temple. I will always go to this shop and will strongly recommend to other people.

I have spent the first two months of 2019 looking for sherwanis for my wedding. I have browsed for hours online, on Canadian and Indian websites, and in numerous stores in GTA as well and was not able to find the sherwani I have been looking for. On this particular Saturday, after visiting 4 other places, we drove to Ash Creations. To be honest, we simply ran a google search for Indian wedding stores around the area we were in. Quite serendipitously, we came across Ash Creations. I did not have high hopes of finding anything here. Beetaji at Ash Creations greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. As I was browsing through their collection, the first sherwani I came across was the exact style/colour I was looking for! Beetaji was very helpful and helped me pick the right accessories to go with the sherwani as well. I did pay a little more than I was hoping to but I am definitely happy with the service and the Sherwani I purchased from here. Beetaji gives you a warm wedding shopping experience which is largely missing from many other stores located in the GTA. She is a persuasive salesperson but she is quick to recognize what you are looking for and ensures you find what you are looking for! While you might not find the exact piece you are looking for at this location as its a boutique shop, you definitely want to add Ash Creations on your list of shops you must hit when looking to buying wedding outfits. And ask for Beeta ji. She's absolutely delightful!

I ordered my custom made Sherwani here, it arrived on time as per promised and it looked awesome, way beyond my expectations. The unique collection they have and the pricing for it is outstanding. I happened to run across Ash Creations while driving back to Chicago. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Beeta Auntie who was such a pleasure to work with. I had already gotten my reception outfit but as soon as I walked in I spotted a bridal reception lengha that I knew was the one. Beeta Auntie helped me put it on and I bought it without thinking twice. Since I was traveling and had such a short time frame to tailor items auntie assured me she would get it done for me in time. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Brampton. Don't think twice and go here for all your needs. They have a wide variety of all kinds of clothes, jewelry and accessories.

Then my friend recommended me Ash creations in Brampton, from where she got a customized Indo-Western gown for herself. I was surprised with the wide collection of Indian wear available at the store. One of the places that deserves more than 5 stars! They not only have beautiful stuff, their customer service is unlike most other similar stores. They were busy when I was there but the mother and daughter working there, treated all as their guests and help everyone! Seldom you find an clothing store that genuinely caters to a customer's needs rather than just idly selling merchandise. I found ash creations while shopping for a ceremony in lockdown-curbside pickup days. We were not sure if we would get the dresses of our liking or would have to make do with the limited options that we had. Ash creations had a wide variety of collection and they handpicked the best pieces that suited our needs, among which we were able to choose in a curbside pickup shopping. Not only we got the dresses of our liking, they also helped us with the accessories and alterations. Being away from friends and family and trying to put everything together on our own, shopping here, although curbside, was a very warm and home-like feeling. The response time and communication even for general queries were spot-on and friendly. Would love to come and shop again as soon as everything opens up.

Vindi at Ash creations is absolutely amazing. Through my entire wedding planning experience, I can easily say that Ash Creations was the best vendor that I had the pleasure of dealing it. I had designed and ordered a custom lehnga 6 months before my wedding for my reception from another vendor, and last minute (a week before my wedding!) it did not work out. I called Vindi right away, and she went out of her way to make sure that I got my reception lehnga. She was very calm, and tediously worked with me to find the perfect outfit - 7 days before my wedding. She also went out of her way to help me get the alterations done. At the end, I was actually really happy that my first outfit did not work out, because I had the pleasure of working with Vindi. It was the most beautiful outfit. Thank you so much <33333

We needed Indian dresses for a close family member's weddings. I needed multiple outfits for different parts of the wedding...but had no idea what would be appropriate for each one. Beeta and her team (3 people helped!) helped me pick out outfits and stay within my stated budget. I am impressed by their ability to pick out something that would look good on you the first time; all but one of the outfits I tried fit me perfectly and looked great me on the first time. They are a very good judge of size, body shape, and what suits what skin. The kids also needed outfits; I was a bit hesitant on how that would go as the kids are not familiar with Indian attire. Well, the kids were really comfortable and loved the outfits they got. Overall, we're very excited about our outfits and have recommended the place to our family and friends.

Being a plus size woman it's daunting to find ready made Indian outfits. It was painless and actually really enjoyable. Vindi made me feel so comfortable, and the variety in ALL sizes was amazing! Prices are very reasonable and variety is so much, you name any indian fashion thing and they have it... looks like they have very strong back end people. I got my outfit for a family function and got so many compliments. Bought some jewellery as well, they have mouthwatering variety in most of the items. Me and my sister went together and experienced very positive attitude and humble service. Aunty suggested us very right outfit . I tried 4-5 dresses and they were still so happy and positive . Other shops wont let you try more than one dress. She was kinda busy but still she got time to let us try out everything. I went to Ash creations for the first time on the basis of their online review. Initialy, the dress I selected was priced as 150, as told by the sales girl. However, on reaching the owner's counter for final payment the owner said that the dress I selected was much more costlier than 150. She asked me 299 for that dress. Later, did I understand the sales tactics of the owner, she brought down the price to 170 for the same dress and asked us to pay as cash for it. At the end she asked us also to put reviews about their store. I think this is how she has so many good reviews about her store. By cheating customers that they are paying very less but she is getting all profit from those dresses. I didn't like this money making cheap attitude of the owner. Will never suggest anyone to go to this store.

This was the first store where I felt like someone actually listened to me and wanted to help and was willing to stay within my budget. I was impressed with how patient and knowledgeable Vindi was. I ultimately ended up getting my husband’s wedding outfit, custom bridesmaid and groomsmen outfits and outfits for both our immediate families from Ash Creations. I can’t recommend Ash Creations more highly!!

With only about 6 weeks before my wedding, my bridal lehenga was not made properly by another boutique; Ash Creations agreed to make the lehenga I wanted scheduled to arrive a few days before my wedding. During those six weeks, I communicated with Vindi, who is very patient and responsive. She sent me photo/video of the lehenga in progress and we reviewed details including specific color shades, embellishment, neckline cut, and latkans. Went there on a Sunday at 4:15pm, they close at 6pm according to google. I had checked some reviews and Vindi had been the primary reason I decided to go to Ash instead of other stores. But lo and behold, she just wanted us out of the store. Literally anything we'd ask was answered with, "come next week", "that's not your size", "you pay for it". It's not my wedding so I was looking for something affordable, apparently that means I don't get information, assistance or even a proper response as a customer. Defiantly a bad experience.

Went to buy bangles and earings for karvachauth. Just because I didn't want to spend $165 on bangles, the gentleman didn't bother to attend us and simply ignored. I asked him for earings at the front, he said they are pricy and you can check less expensive ones at the back. Learn to treat your customers. Just because someone doesn't want to spend much, doesn't mean you won't attend the customer. Very rude behaviour. I would never come back here.

They were honest up-front to tell me what they could and could not do, and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted (including hunting down the right sari border and blouse fabric). I really appreciated that they created a first piece for me so we could make any final changes before the rest of the outfits were created - and no hassles with changes at all! She did my groom's sherwani, the outfits (suits and sherwani's) for our bridal party and many other odds and ends I needed for the wedding (including the cutest outfit for our dog!) and everything looked so amazing and classy and was affordable. She listens to what your vision is and gives excellent input into what will work. Selection of clothing is also beautiful. My sister bought all my wedding event outfits from Vindi and loved them. They have a very big selection of all kinds of outfits and thus picking one was not an easy task for me. The lady who helped me, Beeta, was very patient and helpful. Even though the store was closing soon, she stayed with me well past the closing time until I decided on an outfit. She even helped me coordinate the jewelry to go with it. I will recommend this store to everyone I know. Beeta definitely deserves a big raise. It is thanks to her that I left very happy and will be sending others to the store

I bought my wedding jewelry in 2011 from them and was very happy with it, although a bit expensive. The customer service was great. I walked in awhile ago, and the woman in there was pushy, and all about sell sell sell. Granted I was already dressed for the party and needing jewelry. That was a big mistake. Got ripped off big time, and yes, it was my responsibility to say no, but I will still never go back there again. There is something called integrity. The price she gave me for the necklace and earrings would have bought me another beautiful outfit. Will never go back.

I came in here because it was on the way home and I was desperately looking for a last minute outfit. So I walked in and the lady was sweet and helpful but now I see that she definitely uses the sweet old lady tactic to get to you. She kept calling me beta which was sweet and made me feel comfortable with her but then I heard her saying it to someone else in the store so blahh I didn’t feel special anymore. (hah) Okay so let me start by saying I was very clear that I needed a suit with sleeves as I was to attend a religious wedding. She assured me all the dresses come with sleeves. I asked can you put it on for me and she was adamant that she has a lady who will do it for me on the spot. << Now let me just say all other places I have gone to purchase dresses from either 1. Tell you the extra cost of alterations OR 2. It is included in the price of the dress. I have never had to or heard anyone else having to pay extra to put sleeves on a dress that they paid over $300.00 for. (Plus tax) Anyways so I go down the street to her alterations lady at 7 Tumbleweed and once I got there she measured my arms and it was after that that we realized my sleeves were actually cap sleeves. (like 3 inches long). If the lady at Ash Creations had told me how short these sleeves were I would not have purchased this dress as I had told her this was for a religious wedding. Once the sleeves were attached the woman was like that will be $10.00. LOL. I told her I do not have any cash on me, was not told I had to pay for this and why am I being charged to sew on sleeves that are supposed to be on a dress regardless. She became pretty aggressive at this point so I said call Ash Creation and let’s find out. The old lady at the store was all like “no beta you have to pay for this” I’m like I paid you with card, I don’t have cash on me, you did not tell me this was something I would have to pay extra for” Then she was like “I do not know what you have in your pocket cash, card..” -Like not to be discourteous but what were you doing when I told you I am leaving the store to go to my car to get my card. What were you doing when you saw all I had in my hand was my key and card. There was only one other person in the store when I was there so I am not sure how you could have missed what was in “my pocket” when I was holding everything in front of you. You seemed to pay a lot of attention to me before I paid for your item…and when I was telling you my husband gave me a budget of $300.00. Why you would assume I would pay extra to put cap sleeves on is beyond me. ANYWAYS The alteration lady started telling me “All of her [Ash Creations] regular customers know they have to pay for alterations” I said “I am not a regular customer…she did not mention a word to me about extra charges.” All in all the point of my review is for people to be aware of what could happen to you. This is my experience and I probably won’t be going back to this place because I did not like how she tried to pull a fast one on me. I may not look Desi but I am and I know when other Desi's try to take advantage of me based on how I look. 1 star because I like the suit I got + 1 star because my husband said i look "fantastic" in the suit :-) 2 star total.

Store owner did not uphold their end of the agreement. Alterations were included in the price and they claimed that I would be able to raise my arms to an agreed upon range of movement. Their tailor did not perform the alterations they said they would do. In fact, we waited months and on the day we needed the Sherwani, their tailor said it wasn't ready and to come in a few hours. Adjustments made were minor to non-existant when we arrived. We then returned again after waiting another week, adjustments were not made as agreed on. Then on the third visit, we decided to go back to the store owner since their tailor failed to adjust the sherwani to the required specs. Store owner tried convincing us that the current state of the sherwani was acceptable and the sale was final. It didn't fit so we took it to our own tailor. When they opened up the sherwani, they were baffled at how ash creations tailor butchered the sherwani. Luckily we were given extra material and were able to make it wearable. I guess in all fairness, the clothing quality provided by ash creations is good, however, beware of using their tailoring services - their workmanship and customer support is very poor. The reason for the 1 star review is due to this establishment not honouring their end of the agreement after the sale was made, which is fraud. In this case, a refund was in order, but the establishment didn't honour it.
