Had the worst customer experience here over the weekend, honestly don't think I will be back! When the manager treats you like garbage when you ask to for help on where to find something, that really says a lot about the store. I made my purchase only because it was something I needed and then went to La Senza where I got amazing customer service and double the product for what I paid at Victoria's Secret, of course I went back and returned everything. Customer Service makes all the difference and this location of Victoria's Secret has a lot to learn!

Staff was basically non existent when we wanted to try something on. Took over 10 minutes to find someone who just said she'd get another staff member to help. Took her at least another 5 minutes to get there. I also find it over priced...not that I don't love the product but u less I'm getting a sale I don't purchase.

The store as a whole I'd say is ok. I understand that it can be hard to keep things in order, but every time I have gone there things are neat and tidy yes but they aren't in the right spots. One time I was looking for a size small sports bra in the pink part but there was a couple random Victorias Secret 36D t shirt/push up bras in that section. I do understand it can be hard to keep everything tidy, it's just every single time I have gone there some things haven't been in the proper places. And I feel that some of the staff can be very judgmental, I have walked in there multiple times and not actually felt welcomed by the staff, maybe it was because I had something in my hair or I wore an outfit where the colours didn't coordinate together properly I'm not sure, I just felt as though the staff didn't appreciate my presence there. Don't get me wrong the staff are normal human beings just like us customers so maybe they weren't having the best day, I just know that some of my friends and family members have experienced feeling the same way by some of the staff in the past.

We were absolutely bombarded by staff when we were just trying to browse and see what was there. Was told the deals by different sales people at least four times. Had one lady give me the exact same speech word for word, including her name, three times. We couldn't even stand still and think without someone coming over to tell us the daily deals. I had trouble finding a bra in my size and when I found one to try that I thought I might like a very pushy sales lady told me I didn't want that one and then drug me around the store to show me the drawers of bras I had already looked. The entire situation was overwhelming and I left without a bra. It's great that your associates are so customer focused but I ended up feeling like a "helpfulness" punching bag. It'd be great if instead of having friendly platitudes thrown at me over and over until they stick, someone had just stopped and considered what, if anything, I actually needed their help with. If your whole store only carries 3 drawers of bras in my size, then I damn sure know where those are and what's inside of them. Helpfulness is great but so is understanding that different customers have different needs. The best way they could have helped me would have been simply to quit bothering me.

Super pushy sales associates. I was in the store for 20 minutes and was asked 7 times if I needed a bag for the one pair of underwear I was holding. Ans that didn’t include the amount of times people tried to up-sell me. I’m okay with being asked 1-2 times maybe? But that much made me head to the check out even faster ????

Left anti theft device on my purchase, I was from a city 3 hrs away and staying in a hotel 45 min away. I had to make a special trip back to the store to have device removed, I had to ask for a form of compensation and was offered 20% off my next purchase, which was of no use since there is no Victorua Secret store in my area, grudgingly they gave me 20% off of the purchase I had already made, I felt this was barely sufficient as my gas and time was worth more than the $14 savings. On the bright side, I'm glad I checked my purchase at the hotel and not when I got back home.

Was checked on by three different employees to see if I had any questions or if I needed help with sizes in the 15 mins I was there. Selection was decent although my size seemed to be missing in several colours the evening I visited (I guess my size must be the average for sports bra shoppers at that location). Store was clean and well organized and I find that the sports bras at VS fit the best and last a long time. No complaints ????

Awful selection of bridal items. There are literally none. And the service was TERRIBLE. I was told that their store is too small to support a bridal section and that the $215 gift card I got, can't be use online either so I was "out of luck" (literally the words she used).

Very disappointed in the quality of the bra I had purchased (may I add for the first time from Victoria secret). I had bought it approximately 4 months ago now and just today the clasp has broken off. When I called to ask if I could return it, the lady I spoke to wasn’t much help but had informed me I could not return it. What a waste of $80.

It was my first time in a Victoria Secret location. Found it super overwhelming when I first stepped in but the staff was super friendly and directed me. There was a great sale. I left with 4 bras and some underwear. Enjoyed the experience. Staff was super helpful. Over all great experience. Will be back next time im in Saskatoon.

Love shopping here. The people that work here are very helpful. Prices can be somewhat high but I think that the quality of the items reflects the price. They always have some kind of sale happening in the store. This location has the Victoria secret and pink by Victoria's Secert in the same store.

I don't know why like she asked me if anyone helped me when she asked me if I needed help finding something and I said no.. plus you need to ask someone working to try on clothes and find different sizes for you ??? ????????? bruh LOL

Staff were very helpful and very eager to help. Multiple staff members approached me asking if I was finding everything okay, as well as making suggestions. I was however a little disappointed in the lack of XL sizes in the products. Most the XL drawers were empty or only had one color option. As well as for the clothes there was no XL option. I really wish they were more size friendly especially in bras
