We have been using Unifirst for 8 years now and the last year has been horrible. If our regular driver is working its fine. but if he takes holidays or is sick we have horrible service, they don't come in and see what we need, they just leave things even when we don't need them or not leaving things we need. I have called 3 times in the last week and still have not received a call back from the manager. safe to say, we are looking into using another company.

Unifirst designed and created a mat for the front entrance of my business, Two Fifty Two Boutique, and it is amazing! Our logo looks perfect and the mat helps to keep our floors spotless. The service from the sales rep to the driver that brings our clean mats has been outstanding. I would recommend Unifirst to anyone looking for a high quality item and awesome service.

We have used Unifirst for 5 years. The last year and longer their service is brutal and terrible in Rosetown. They don't show up on scheduled day and some weeks not at all. I have witnessed several staff changes on our route. I have left several messages to a manager to call me but no reply. I am on pre-authorized credit card payment and I see they never fail to take money when they haven't even been here in 3 weeks. We will be using another supplier real soon.

Our Company in Saskatoon switched over to UniFirst 3 or 4 years ago after continued terrible service from one of their competitors forced me to make a change. We had some growing pains in the switch over, but Andy and his team worked hard to help us get where we needed to be. Since then, it had been really good until our company was purchased...then we had some fun again...but through it all our Regular driver Tyler has been rock solid for us!
