Wonderful! Staff!!! I went there looking for clothes for my Young nephew and one lady helped me find exactly what i was looking for! Every time I’ve gone they have been nothing but helpful! Lovely workers and so kind! I try to visit regularly! Only kids clothing store I go to!

Came for the return or exchange without receipt. Asked the cashier if I can put store credit. The girl was super sweet, polite talking. All off the sudden there is a lady called Michelle come in and very rudely told her I cannot do anything with this shirt, I can give away or anything else. Working as a retailer over 15 years I understand some return or exchange policy but she can tell nicely instead of rude or bossy. Worse customer service ever. The manager was so rude, cannot believe how this rude person can deal with children product

This store doesn’t even deserve one star. The manager at the store is not at all child friendly. The store manager all the time on your head. She has a so disgusting attitude. I had never seen a store manager using abusive language to children. She needs some serious customer service training. Be careful when shopping here

The clothings very cute, however I went to this store a few days ago to return an item that I had ordered online and the manager was rude in telling me the return policy. It is okay if you say it nicely that I can not return a certain item but there are nicer and more professional ways of doing that when I spend so much money with your company weekly.

The WORST customer service!!!! I will NEVER EVER step foot in the door again as long as the rude and just vile few staff are working. I hear there are a few nice staff members but I seem to only have gone in when the most impolite and terrible people with customer service are working. If the staff stays on then the store will fail.

Great store for children's apparel. They have a wide range of clothes to choose from for both boys and girls. Summer clothes, winter clothes, spring clothes and fall clothes. They have dress shirt and pants for boys and fancy dresses for girls. Flip flops, caps, sunglasses, sneakers, belts and blankets. There is always the occasional sale on majority of the product. I would recommend you stop by and get you kids clothes.

Stroller is difficult to navigate inside there and the infant selection is quite small, but it's a great place for pajamas and discount sales. Staff are friendly and always greet to make sure you are finding everything.

It is a children store but the staff is not child friendly at all. They will follow you and your children all over the store as pretending they are stocking the stuff. One staff person will tell the other staff person and then all staff will keep an eye on know. If you look at them, they will fake smile at you. It feel like as if they want you out of store asap. Not a happy experience. This happened all the time.

Worst customer service ever. I would give this place negative stars if that is possible. Most unhelpful staff. We were gifted a bunch of stuff which we thought would be too small for our kids so we decided to go in to exchange. Apparently their policy doesnt allow exchanges in clothes if you donot have a gift receipt only exchange in sizes. and they donot have all the sizes. refused to help as we explained we donot have a gift receipt but the tags were all on and were just looking to replace the shirts with trousers. would never shop again and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I like the stuf and price but the attitude of the manger stopped me to buy anything from this shop in future. Extremely rude and very rough regarding kids. She did follow my boy and asked him in a very rough tone get away from my way though she could easily pass from that place. I was not feeling good after buying more than 100 buks I left early the shop and did our rest of shopping from Hudson Bay nd Gap I got very good stuff in a v nice invironment .

The staff always goes above and beyond for you. I didn’t have my coupon and one of the staff members actually gave me one of her coupons. If they don’t have what your looking for, they recommend somewhere to buy it. I like the layout of this store a lot more than the other ones I’ve been too. The store is separated by age group/gender and it’s a lot easier to find things. It’s always super clean considering how big the store is and how much product they have. They also always have clearance that is up to 60%, and you can find some amazing deals. Always have a great prices, you just have to shop the deals. The emails let you know when the best sales are. My favourite location and kids clothing store.

TTherege change rooms are not private. The curtains hang with no where to tie them shut. By daughter was changing and a dad opened the curtain so his little guy could go in. There is no seating for parents who are waiting for their children to try on clothes. This is only an issue because there isn't much standing room either which makes it tough to watch and make sure no one opens the curtains. This location has friendly staff but they over watch and make you feel like you're a criminal lol. They also gave me a hard time about using place cash and my $10 thankyou coupon even though my order qualified for both.

Stopped in here looking for a birthday gift for my friends daughter, I don’t have kids of my own so i was a little lost on what sizes/styles would be good. A tall young lady with blonde hair (can’t remember her name) was very helpful in directing me to what I was looking for, ended up fitting perfectly and she loooooved it. Will be back whenever i need gift advice!

Was a first-time buyer of one item. Hard to tell where to wait in line for the cash register -cluttered store- so one of the two ladies pointed that out to me. Good, now I know where to wait. Both were helping other customers and when the one who told me where to wait was done she rumaged through some stuff and within 10 seconds left her post. Okay, great service attitude there. First-time buyer became last-time buyer. With staff like this I'll take my dollars somewhere else.

Every time I come here, this place looks messy, disorganized and it always lacks in sizes and models. I came in to spend my $15 coupon, looking for a rain jacket, swimsuit and clothes for my 6 months old daughter. Their selection of swimsuit was very poor, I asked help to find a size that was fitting my daughter and the sales associate said that all they had was displayed (zero help to look for the size I was looking for from her in that mess of disorganized swimsuits). Their selection of clothes 0-12 months is so poor that is a shame that they have such a sizeable store and so poorly organized and lack of those sizes. I ended up not buying anything, I was disappointed again from this store. Not worth my time. I won't come back. Not recommend at all!

Can never Find staff members to help. When I directly seek one out they are short and rude. Never want to ask for sizing or a specific item because it's like I am bothering the staff or interrupting their other jobs of the day. It has never been busy when I've gone in, so not sure why the service is lacking.

It was a bad experience ever with Children Place. I have been shopping with CP in Fairview many times and they are great so I thought it would be the same with CP in Cambridge Centre. But it is obviously not. The girls at the store was not helpful at all, did not want to answer any questions. Once we asked for the winter pant for my girl, which was thick, Candice - one of the sale staffs there - ignored us and tried to show us some other thin pants they have which was totally not what we were looing for. We asked two times and finally gave up after she kept talking about something totally confusing. When we was at the check out, she even did not get our email correctly even I reminded her to check once more time since my email was a bit long. My conclusion: never come back there again since it will ruin my day.

I returned some toddlers pajamas a day after purchasing them with the sales receipt as the seams had already come apart. Because the toddler had eaten breakfast in them before the holes were noticed, the store refused to exchange them for an identical pair. They couldn’t put the flawed ones back on the rack for a discount if they weren’t clean. We are only talking about $16.99 but now they have lost a good customer who will never shop there again. Manager was abrupt & rude.

We visited the store today to get some baby clothes. One of the store employees told our five year old to put the gift card the took back on the cashier's desk (no problem about that, or course he put them back right away) What bothered us was the tone she used while talking to him, and most importantly, the fact that she talked directly to him without even looking at us, his parents. I truly dislike shopping at stores whose employees talk rudely to my children; particularly if they are a children's store. Sadly, this particular employee was rude and had no customer service training.

This is a review of the online ordering service. Today was my delivery date but both the tracker and Canada Post show that my package hasn’t even been picked up from CP yet. I emailed customer service for an update and haven’t heard back in 24 hours. I’m not impressed with the lack of information and the lack of response. I see that my email inbox keeps getting filled with marketing from CP, and feel sorry for anyone else that’s making the mistake of ordering from them online with the intention of having gifts under the tree.

Shitiest location I have been too yet. I use this app called sezzle spent $240 on a gift card for there store they tried once and that was it said they couldn't do it cause no expiry barely did anything to try help I will not be back. And now I am stuck with a childrens place gift card I can only use online now or maybe the other location. If I could give them zero stars I would. I won't be back to this location EVER. I even called the gift card company they said they must of put it in as a credit card cause gift cards don't expire

Limited selection of infant clothing. Do not recommend going there for infant clothing. The bathroom is not very clean and I don’t think the change table has been cleaned any time recently, if ever. It’s tough to get a stroller between the clothing stands. I was pretty disappointed with the experience.

Place cash is the best deal ever! It saves me so much money. This is the only Children’s Place I will shop at because it is by far the nicest and cleanest layout. The store is divided by sizes which made it a lot easier for Christmas shopping for my nieces and nephews and it is always super clean I have shopped at the Cambridge location and the Hamilton one and it was always so messy in there.

I have never had a problem with their customer service in store. I once questioned the cashier why prices are higher in store then online and she said they can price match to the current website if you show them. So always check your prices! However their Customer Service over the phone is the worst I've ever dealt with. I purchased a Gift Card and received a "Bonus Gift Card" which never worked. 2 months of numerous emails, phone calls and many different customer service agents and the best they could do is give me a coupon off my next purchase instead of replacing the $20 Bonus gift Card.

I think that if the woman who posted a review about her kids being told to put the gift cards down has gotten all bent out of shape, she should give her head a shake and exercise some basic control of her kids. It’s good store with lots of selection, but very poor quality, I bought a few pairs of 5T jeans they are wore through before they are too small , my son has only worn them for a few month which is a ripe off , especially if you pay a good price for them in the first place you want them too last .

Their return policy is the worst! I tried to return a gift to the store but because I didn't have a receipt I cannot return or exchange, not for store credit, not for anything. I left the store and called customer service. After wasting my time on the phone for 20 minutes I was told there is nothing that they would do for me. They told me I need to go to the person that gifted it to me and ask for the receipt! Do you know how ridiculous that is?! The person that gifted me this is not in my area, and I would never go and tell them I don't like what they gave me and that I need the receipt so I can return it. I know of someone else who had the receipt and they would not return or do an exchange. I will never shop here and I will advise other people not to shop here either. Unless you know for sure that the product you buy is what you really really want.

I had the worst experience with this store and will never shop there again. I was dealing with the store manager and it was the worst experience I have had in retail in a very long time Louise did not represent the brand or company in any sort of positive light. Doing a return with the original reciept, tags still on the items and trying to get a refund on the same form of payment and the store refunded. WOW, I am very very there are children retailer out there. I would tell everyone spend your money at any other retailer please

Terrible service today. We bought many items for a family members birthday and requested a gift receipt for the items. When they tried to return the items for a gift card, they were told that the gift receipt had only one item on it and the others could only be exchanged for another size. I called the store to explain that I had requested a gift receipt for all items (why would I want just one?!) and they were of no help. Buyer beware if you are unsure of the gift!
