Well organized store with easy to read signage that is self directing. The associates were all busy arranging sections and did not readily come out to help(could be due to covid) but they were prompt when called upon. Over all a smooth shopping experience.

Helpful staff, clean, fairly good selection though they did not, yet, have the items we'd found online and came to see. Accessible ramp to sidewalk is at far end of building, narrow, and steep, and the door-assist was not active when we arrived, so accessibility suffers. Parking entrances are close to stop sign so lot is difficult to enter/exit when the mall is busy.

Great selection of shoes! The outlet store has an entire rack of wide shoes, which can be hard to find elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very good. They have a great clearance section as well. A very good amount of men's shoes.

I prefer this store over the so called "trendy" shoe shops downtown, mainly because of the speedy service. You don't need to wait a long long time until the attendants check the back for a pair of shoes and come back with "sorry we are only left with a size 6 and a 12..." Also, they have the best ankle socks in town.

This place is a joke ! It’s designed to give the appearance of a large store with different styles of shoes , but if you look closely as to what’s displayed it’s the same shoes just different color. Extremely overpriced for cheap foot wear . Decided to checkout the clearance section and thats even worse .i could go to my main mall or even Walmart and pick up the same shoes for less than clearance price. Needless to say this store is a waste of time money and space . We could definitely use something better in this space besides this store .

Good selection and decent prices for shoes that have served my family well for several years now. Getting a pair of shoes that last elementary aged kids all year is an impressive feat. This particular store was a little disorganized (likely due to back to school shopping), but the staff were friendly and helpful and we found what we needed fairly quickly.

Only getting the second star b/c I liked the shoes that I got and they were a good price. The 4 staff waited at the counter and when asked they were still not very helpful. The music playing in the background was less in the background and more drowning out all sounds in the place. So if you like to go find what you like by yourself there are lots of choices here.

Worst shopping experience to date. Staff avoided everyone in the store. When I arrived I was the only one there. Wasn’t acknowledged, didn’t ask if I needed help finding anything, nothing. The only time customers were acknowledged was to remind us they close at 5:00pm. And then proceeded to talk about their SGI insurance running out and getting their vehicle impounded. I’ll shop online before coming here again.

The staff provided no assistance whatsoever and I gave up on finding my size in certain things because they were all mixed up or too high to reach. No size 10 on bottom shelves. Nobody helped me. When I went to the cash register with a pair, the man didn’t even say “hello” or “thank you.” It was silent and weird.

I was very disappointed in this store today. Took my mom there to buy sandals and only one staff member working. No one at all to help you out, she had to work till and serve customers. My mom needed to sit down and they dont even have a decent spot for you to sit down and try on shoes. Went to Fosters, sure paid more but excellent staff and service. Get it together,a store so big and one person working is so sad and unacceptable!!

I give a 1 star is already too much to give. I asked for assistant to help me but was quickly shown where to go to & then she very quickly join her colleagues to chat. I asked another assistant to bring me the shoe that I am interested in. Guess what she told me this is the size of the shoe & the color of the shoe. So if you want this size you just have to see the size number of the box & get it. It is very easy , you can just get it yourself. Oh well, I have never experienced a self serve big store. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Honestly we will continue to buy her as they have good prices and my daughter fits in the shoes with her brace. We get her new shoes about every 3 months when the brace changes but I will say every time we have been in their we get no customer service. I have yet to have one time where the sales person comes to us before we are ready to pay at the cashier and at times we have had to wait at the till for someone to show up. Please change this as the store is good but your customers matter as well.

Second time being in this store looking for shoes, first time was for myself and could not get any help as works are to busy chatting to each other, second time was for my daughter and exact same thing with employees. Myself and my daughter along with another family were looking at shoes and both of us needed help but could not get help. We left and went to another shoe store and got help there and bought two pairs of shoes for my daughter. Would not recommend to anyone to shop here.

The Sketchers Outlet store used to be our go to store for shoe shopping for the entire family. I visited the store a few days ago, for our back to school shoe shopping, and the prices were terribly high. They have taken off the buy 1 get 1 at 50% off offer in time for back to school, and the clearance section which used to be 50% off only offers $10 off the original ticketed price. It took us more than an hour to find 1 reasonably priced pair of shoes for my middle schooler, and they weren't shoes we'd have bought otherwise. Shoes for my younger ones were wayyyy overpriced. We visited this store in March and the shoes were all reasonably priced. Outlet stores are usually cheaper, not the case for this store anymore. Not going back!
