I've been shopping at Ricki's for about a decade and a half now and Hillside is BY FAR my favorite location that I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the manager (I assume she's the manager? Haha. I've never actually asked. But her Australian accent always makes me smile) always recognizes me when I walk in (which is really sweet because I can usually only afford to clothes shop a couple times a year!).

Normally I hate trying on clothes, I hate going into clothing stores, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and were SO friendly. I've been to places where the ladies have commented negatively on my weight (I'm 150lbs) but the ladies here were so nice and never made me feel bad about clothes I tried on.

I just want to say how disappointed I am with this store. I shop here regularly and for the most part the staff is nice. My boyfriend purchased a sweater for me over Christmas and it had a huge pull on the front of the sweater. I waited till they re-opened this week to make a straight exchange and I also had the receipt. The sweater was not worn or washed and I have kept it in my closet for 2 months waiting for them to open. I called and spoke with a Wendy who had no interest in helping me and told me that without a tag they can't do a return. I did not want a return, I wanted a straight exchange for a sweater that is not damaged. I called another location and they had absolutely no problem giving me a straight exchange. The other location did not even hesitate to help me. Even put one aside for me until I pick it up on the weekend. Cambridge customer service was very poor this time around.

What an amazing store! The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Mimi helped us the most and she was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend shopping here for all your clothes. The quality is amazing and the customer service is above and beyond. I'm usually a pretty anxious shopper, I like to be in and out of a store really quickly, but here they've created such a welcoming environment that it really makes you feel comfortable to take your time. I ordered a pair of jeans online but sadly they didn't fit. I went in to return them but it was about 10 minutes before closing. The lady there was actually super kind and found a pair a size smaller and asked if I wanted to try them on. I told her I didn't want to keep her late, but she said it's okay. Sadly the jeans were still too big in the waist.. but she was extremely kind and very helpful. Someone please give her a raise, she deserves it!!

I bought a cute tank top from ricki’s and loved it but it shrunk when I hand washed and air dried. I had my receipt and they still would not return it or at least give me a new one or store credit. I will not be buying anything else there again. Plus she was very rude as a store manager.
