Worst experience. A product sold at Walmart for $7, same at shoppers for $9, at rexall for $14, and wouldn’t price match with online proof. Lots of vacant parking though. So one star for one good thing.

I thought this store was closed at 7 p.m. When I got there tonight it was already closed and it was only 6:40 p.m. Sadly just one star tonight. Maybe when they start closing at the time they say and not earlier.

I really wanted to support this independent local store but they always seemed to busy to bother with service. Everything was too much trouble even though I was terribly ill and getting my medicine was very difficult. I got fed up with their excuses and lateness and quit going there. Too bad. I guess they're busy enough to lose me if they're too busy to serve me.
This by far is the worst pharmacy in Brockville. They r incompatant, very unfriendly and have no sense of urgency for their patients. I am not one to complain but this is supposed to be one of the best. So far i have not seen anything good about it. Something needs to be done about this location. There is no need for the mess ups or long waits. If they can't handle the demands they shouldvnot be running it. Please do not send me the same message u always do to your complainants. Just do something about it.

I tried for three years. Feels like thirty. This is the most disorganized pharmacy one could imagine. Only once in three years did they get my adult son's prescriptions done on time and correctly. Every other month there was one problem or another, excuses, new promises to get it right. Now I'm done. I am looking for a new pharmacy. It is really too bad, because Rexall is one block from my house but I can't keep going through this, and much worse - putting my son through being out of medication almost every month. Why did I stay with them for three years? I guess I love to give second, third and 25th chances, but enough is enough!! The staff are friendly and doing their best, but something must be broken in the system somewhere.

I have been a customer for at least 20 years. During the last 2 years it has been in a state of chaos. Corporate office use "corporate speak" to defuse concerns, but nothing changes. Please do not respond with " thank you for bringing this to our attention........", do something about a systemic problem. Whatever you are doing is not working.
Horrible customer service. Waited at drive thru for 20 minutes. Not one person came to the window or even acknowledged me. I beeped twice (which I don't like to do) and still ignored. Time to switch pharmacies. Ended up driving away after wasting 20 minutes of my time. Oh and yes I even tried calling but the line was continually busy. Rexall you lost me us as customers.

They never seem to have prescriptions ready on time and the staff is generally impersonal. They make me feel like I am wasting their time. They have also made errors on prescriptions for dexamethasone (a heavy duty steroid) on three occasions. I am thoroughly displeased with the service on all levels.
This Rexall is terible, chronically late. If i could give it no stars i would. The staff at most times seem stressed and a lot of them (not all) are rude and rushed. Walmart is at least 15% cheeper and our prescriptions are ready when they say they are. They have been through a tonn of pharmacists and i really believe its the owners fault, i would hate my job if i had to work under her aswell. Save your money and time.. shop elsewhere. A former customer.
Had a few issues when first doing prescriptions but good since.. having issue getting bonus pts with app paid purchases but confident bug will be fixed
The price gouging at this store is infuriating. I had been going to this location for over a year and was being charged $95/month for my prescription. Because this medication was new to me, I assumed that's just what they cost. I finally switched pharmacies after the horrible disorganization of this location and I went to pick up the SAME medication at another pharmacy and was charged $23!!! I've seen the pharmacist here yell at seniors that 'no, your doctor wasn't calling us- nobody has been calling us, we answer the phones' all the while the seniors are saying 'we were there with our doctor, trying to get a hold of you over the phone, we finally came in person...' and the pharmacist just yelled that they were lying (Instead of saying, sorry, we're so busy..how can I help you.) There's hardly any seating, I've seen people with mobility issues have to STAND and wait and be ignored because they're so understaffed. I feel so sad for the few employees who are running around, trying to do a good job because their boss/head pharmacist is absolutely awful. It's really gross that any pharmacy would be allowed to jack up prices on essential medications that much. Period. DO YOUR RESEARCH and shop elsewhere.

I purchased an expensive wrist band for it to break. I have receipt and they would not refund it. I understand policy of receipt but not having the box. Unacceptable yo say the least I would never shop there again . Products are eligible for refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, as indicated on the receipt. An original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Refunds will be provided for the original purchase price as stated on the receipt and in the same tender provided by the customer for the original purchase (cash, credit, etc.). First of all, nice to have a pharmacie that CARES about the patient. ALWAYS a great experience. Very polite and friendly staff. I love my staff at Rexall. I look forward every month to go in and pick my scripts up and see those smiles. Thank you for ALL your device Rexall...
Finally, after being with rexall Brockville since it first opened, we've now jump ship. Unorganized chaos at its finest. Its embarrassing to use this pharmacy because they screw everything up and make excuses for it. Adios...
Pharmacy staff was so rude until the store manager stepped in to help me. 5 stars to the store but the pharmacy turned me off Rexall for good.
Pretty nice store, would also be pretty nice if they could put a lid on the prescription bottles.
I've never had my Rx filled on time and I receive bad customer service more than not. Either the staff are incompetent or they have too many customers. As a pharmacy with the highest filling fee in the city ($12.99) they need to improve their customer service. I will be taking my business else where. Wake up Rexall, you aren't the only pharmacy in town!

The store itself is great some staff are great but Pharmacy staff need some attitude adjustment at times but my stuff is never ready on time blister packs messed up it took awhile to get things on top .

Pharmacy needs additional people working there since they cannot keep up with demands. The last few visits I have considered changing pharmacies which is unfortunate as I have been going to this one since it opened. Sit in the drive through for ten minutes when just dropping off a prescription watching people walk past the window with no acknowledgement. I was sent to a different pharmacy because they were so backed up.

I get prescriptions one month after my doctor sends it to rexall unless I call them and even then they are a hit and miss. I would not recommend this rexall to anyone: I would like to see a more active pharmacy staff.
Gave them 48 hours to have 2 prescriptions. Then went in they weren't ready they said come back in 15 minutes and gave them atleast half hour and they still weren't ready we had to wait atleast another 5-10 minutes for them to be ready. Will give this store one more opportunity to prove us there trust again.
Worst pharmacy in Brockville. Have been going for over a year for my perceptions. They constantly mess up my order, don't have it ready after I called. The prices in the store are never accurate, item's marked on sale not actually on sale. Also they quite often change my pills for a cheaper version. The ppl who work here are not all bad but I think rexall in Canada is a joke
The store itself is great, wonderful deals friendly staff. The pharmacy staff can be quite impatient, rude, and not very helpful. The pill delivery service is the only plus.

A one star rating was given due to the total incompetence of one pharmacist (Nasaeen). Please do not get me wrong, there are a lot of great and competent employees at this Brockville site. In particular Priti, Dave Christine and please forgive me for others I may have forgotten. I can not overstate the incompetence and rudeness of this pharmacist.
