Might be a decent place to shop but I would recommend selling your own baby items (swings, playpens, baby seats etc..) I sold a travel basinette that my baby used as a newborn, and a swing that she never took too. No stains, rips or missing pieces. They gave me $52 for both. When brand new they each separatley cost over $140. I'm new to this and this wasnt a great first time experience, I wasnt expecting dollar for dollar but certainly at least $40-45 a piece I'd be happy with, not $26. And being new to this I had no idea what to say or how to object they took my items like it was a done deal before handing me my money and I feel ripped off, so I'm creating this review to prevent future parents from being taken advantage of.

Good items to buy, but as a consignment they don't always take what they advertise they take. For example, I brought in a baby bathing suit amidst other items, it was returned to me with other rejected items while they told me they were now looking for things like bathing suits. Clearly they weren't or they didn't actually look through the bag.

A well lit, spacious second hand store for children's clothing, toys, games and items like strollers and high chairs. The prices are excellent. The clothing is usually clean and lightly used and often unused. An excellent choice for the young family to purchase children's necessities without breaking the bank.

It's a good store, nice selection, clean, friendly, etc. The prices don't reflect used items though...things have definitely gotten more expensive to the point where I might as well go buy brand new instead.

Went to buy a jolly jumper with a stand and couldn't believe the price. Asking 169.99 for an item I can get at Walmart for 109.99 or Babies r Us for 119.99. I was not impressed as they advertise to be 70% below retail cost and walked out.

This store has so much to offer. There is such a wide variety of toys and clothes for kids. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location can be a little confusing to find if your first time trying to get to the store. Google maps doesn't help much with this. The prices on some stuff are quite high but you can usually find a good deal.

Took in 3 extra large totes of freshly laundered great used condition girls clothing today and am missing stuff that was not in their container they "purchased" and they never went through all the items neither. What a disappointment of a business. Will NEVER return NOR recommend. Only gave one star as would not be able to post my review... negative stars is my rate for a review.

Once apon a child is a great place to buy clothes especially when they have their clearance sale on I bought 6 pairs of overalls there all for $1. Each I mean you can’t beat that price . And I find there selection of clothes shoes etc. To be totally awesome my favourite store for kids . I even buy baby gifts here cause once apon a child has only gently used items love it ???????????? keep it up ????

Only giving a 1 star. Have problems everytime i go in. I get next to nothing for my daughter's toddler bed and clothes ect. Worse experience ever!! Never going back!! I go in with three bags of clothing thats hardely worn no stains or tears i then walk out with 3 bags of clothes! Very disappointed!

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Their used prices are ridiculous (I've seen the same clothes on clearance at Carters for less than they were selling used here). What they pay you for used items is a complete joke. It cost me more money in gas to "sell" items to them than I actually got back. I brought in 7 large baby items/toys to sell that I had to leave there while they assed them, they said they'd call back in an hour, I had to call 2 hours later to see if they were done. Drove back to the store, was given 3 of the items back and $12.30 (even though they said $12.50). The items they kept cost me over $130 new! They paid me less than 10%. I will never be going back there to sell or purchase and I strongly recommend you do the same.

Google Maps doesn't have a clue as to where this place is. It will send you into a residential area. The store is actually next door to Fairhaven Bowl. Store is well-stocked, everything is well labelled, and the staff is very friendly. I found the prices to be terrific.
