Having just moved here 2 months ago, I was very excited to find there is a Northern Reflections store in our city. While it is a little out of the way and definitely a destination store, I was pleased with the quality and variety of styles available. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the location was spotless and well planned out, making it easy to locate sizes and matching accessories. I will definitely be shopping here in the near future!

They have a very good selection of "petite" sizes, which are hard to find in other stores in our smaller town. So I like it, and I like their many "specials". I am never disappointed.

Very strange, i felt uncomfortable and unwelcome The lady asked if i was looking for something and i said a white shirt and her response was "well it's more of a spring color so you won't find much" It was the tone of her voice that made me feel like I was out of place. I thought of all the times I've been in the mall, i never check this store out. As I feel some of the other stores are "too young" for me. I won't be back and I know that's not much of a loss for this store.... but that's just a warning for anyone wanting to shop here.

I have been shopping at Northern Reflections for years. In the last 8 at the mall in Chilliwack. Service can be wonderful or very bad (in fact almost rude) depending on who is working on any given day. Both of the ladies I have encountered have been there for a number of years. However, one of those ladies should NOT be in retail! My sister was with me one day and now refuses to go back there to shop because of her!

Worst customer service ever. I went November 18 2019 was trying to find pants for my trip tried a couple of pairs on from a sales rack. The sales lady was on the phone complaining about the store,/staff and never let up. I tried the pants no help I came out of fitting room still on phone complaining. I gave up they lost a sale there were 2 pretty blouses I wanted but couldn't listen to her anymore and put up with not even being acknowledged. Won't ever go back.

Took my mother shopping for a new winter coat. Got a good deal for 50% off a quality coat. Cashier was helpful, getting us another 10% off, although was a bit preoccupied with the manager discussing a problem that should have been taken care of elsewhere, not in front of a customer. Nice, tidy, well organized store.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Selection is great and my wife always finds what she is looking for. Every year we buy a new sweater for my mother in the U.S, they always have something new and the staff go out of their way to help us find the right items for her.
