Customer service was terrible, if you don’t fit into a certain image of their perfect shopper you will not get any attention or service. Staff was too busy having conversations between themselves than to help. It’s too bad there isn’t any other Melanie Lyne stores in this province or I wouldn’t be back to this store.

Very bad costumer services. I was at their place trying some dresses and the employee wasn't dealing as expected. She was very tough and aggressive. I bought a dress and I didn't like it, next day I went back to return it and she refused. She claimed that she told me that it is final sale but I swear that she never said that. When I told her that my husband is saying that the dress is not beautiful she became angry and aggressive. she calmed down when I said that he think that it is not beautiful on me. I will never buy anything back from this store. Very bad experience. I am not happy at all with the service I got. I Wish that there is zero for rating.

I found the staff member extremely rude. Before I picked out anything to try on, she said I'd be better to go to another store that suited me. I guess if you aren't a size 0-8 you shouldn't shop there? Then when I was trying on some clothes the same lady, patted my bottom and said, "this is your problem" and I should try another store. I know what my body is, I don't need to be told that, plus that is completely and utterly uncalled for! I think she needs a lesson on customer service. I will never be back in that store. It is too bad, because I spent $400 at another store that had the most helpful pleasant staff. I will be returning to that place!
