I have no clue what is dragging the reviews on this place down. Is it the prices? You know they do sales relatively often, right? Not to mention these are all brand name hats, and doing brand deals for Lids Exclusive hats to exist costs the company money. The price is the price, and if you don't like hats that much, or like taking good care of your hats and clothing maybe don't buy brand name? Also these hats will practically last forever if you keep them clean and don't sit on them (unless you grow). Anyways, with that out of my system I would like to say I am always super pleased with this Lids. It's the one I almost always go to and the staff as well as store is always pleasant feeling, clean, and warm.

Was in there on Friday just in time to listen to a supervisor berate a staff member while patrons were in the store. Went on and on about the kid being late for work and then sarcastically encouraged him to go get a coffee. Just thought it was a bit unprofessional for this guy to go on as if he was taking Donald Trumps spot on the Aprentice. Then as we had a couple of hats to purchase and stepped to the cash expecting to buy one and get one half off (as per the 99 signs about it throughout the store) that same guy was very snotty as he said (with a “I’m rubbing it in” tone to his voice) those adidas hats aren’t part of the sale, didn’t you read the fine print? The fine print said nothing specific and that we needed to speak to a store rep. I’d rather purchase my hat elsewhere, somewhere that the staff didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and like we were part of some kind of inside joke. First and last visit!

There were lots of options. I went and got hats for fathers day which were decently affordable and you can get pretty much anything stitched into the hat of your choice which is pretty cool! They even have a book of autographes you can choose from if your into that sort of thing. I would give a higher rating but in my opinion its a little expensive though i dont know the value of the hats to begin with

If you love hats and poor customer service, this is your store! Ready to pay for your cool new hat? Awesome! Just wait for a cashier to quietly ignore you and then become visibly irritated when they do ring you up. And don't worry, the entire staff is horrible. Great selection of merchandise. Staff could be a bit more attenative. I have gone in on several occasions to staff on their personal cell phones and they don't even acknowledge customers in the store.

This girl working there gave me a really weird look there like I was gonna steal. Even her services were lackluster. I just bought a cap from there and I was with my friends at the entrance , talking. My other friend was still inside looking to buy. She gave us a really intense look that made us uncomfortable. So we had to walk out. Maybe she didn’t like the color of my skin. Maybe she thought we were gonna steal. I don’t know. But it didn’t feel good.

Okay selection of hats. Absolutely unprofessional customer service. Response to owner. I asked for three different hats, none of which was available, no effort was made by the staff to help me out in finding them. At best what I got was a very lazy finger point towards the general direction of what I might be looking for. It seemed like my business was unwelcomed. I was the only customer at the store at that time. But no worries, I won't be visiting again.
