Went to Laura for the first time today with my mum to find her a dress for my wedding. Their selection of plus sized clothing is the best we've ever seen and the pricing is very reasonable! The lady helping us (Rose) was FANTASTIC! She was very helpful, personable and kind, while also offering honest opinions which was a breath of fresh air. We will most definitely be back!

What an amazing experience i encountered at the Laura store at Stone Rd mall recently. From the moment I walked into the store I felt that I was a valued client. The store manager was so attentive to my needs and was so helpful assisting me with finding that special outfit. I would also like to point out that they have amazing covid 19 safety measures in place and never once did I feel uncomfortable. Great job and thank you again for your amazing service, I will definitely be back!

I went to Laura's to find a unique wedding dress and the customer service was over and beyond. Karen was so helpful and gave me the full bride experience with accessories and pictures. I didn't expect that going in at all. Probably one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and it was so unexpected. They made a sale and gained a repeat customer.

Today I went to Langley Store. Assistant manager Rose didn't allow me to go in the store, she didn't approve my face cover mask. I explained her I have a medical condition , but she didn't care. I felt very disappointed because is clearly she don't care about people, she is very close mind. I visited other location like Coquitlam store and never happened this kind of things with anybody. Honestly with this kind of employees I will not come back to Laura anymore. There is other companies were will be so happy to have me as customer. I am sorry for the company they are losing customers because of the result of this kind of people.

Cute and well-priced plus size clothes. I wish more Laura stores in the lower mainland carried these sizes because the clothes are amazing. Their petite and base clothes are great, too, I bought a blouse for a friend and xe adored it. And it has a fantastic clearance section for those shopping on a budget.

I wanna to thank you Wendy for her amazing customer service. She was in charge the day that I went there to return some dresses. I didn´t have the receipt. I went to another store, they checked my file and told that they won´t do that. They need to read 9 pages to find out how they can print out my receipt from my file. I had to drive to Langley, and took me almost an hour to get there and there was a bad accident on the bridge too. Wendy is an amazing lady, very friendly and super proffesional in her job. Highly recommended.

Taking my 17 year old sister shopping for a prom dress. We found one she wanted to try on and the lady said no because it wasn’t her size and wouldn’t fit. Not sure why she thought it was okay but I will NOT be returning to this location, if they think it’s okay to treat customers this way. Update: reading the review under “Nicole G” I can see this is the same lady. This has happened before. How does she still have a job!!

I purchased some shapewear for under a dress that refused to stay down. It was impossible for me to know this when I tried it on as it started happening after wearing it for awhile. I was very honest when I contacted Laura, letting them know I had worn it but I don't feel it is fair to make it final sale with such a major issue when worn. They refused to help in any way, shape or form; all they did was copy and paste their return policy to their email. I will not shop at Laura ever again.

The WOREST customer service I have ever experienced. The moment we entered we were told they are closing. We still had 30 minutes, they didn't want us to try clothes on. Only reason I can think of is that some of us had hijab on. The clothes were great but we just didn't want to buy anything and left. I hope someone from Laura Langley reads this review. Laura needs to hire some people of color and from different ethnicities. Having middle aged white women is not their only target customer I hope. 3 people working were white middle age sales staff.

The woman who followed my friends and i around the store on Friday February 1st was extremely rude. She explained to us that there are "very few dresses larger than a size eight," then proceeded to say "and you are not a size eight." She could have handled it much better. She is skinny and blonde, so it makes it easier for you to know who said this so she can be spoken to and taught how to approach customers. Maybe she should get a different job, one where she does not need to speak to people. Have a nice day, I will not recommended this place to anyone.

I went and the price sticker on my item stated $39.99, but when I got to the till the cashier stated that it was ringing up as $59.99 and put a more expensive sticker over top of the one that was on the tag (I did not switch the tags). They did not honour the price that was on the tag and the one cashier was kind of rude that I even asked to honour the sticker price. This is deceitful and dishonest sales tactics.

The clothes are nice. One of the store employees was very rude. (curly greyish hair and dark skin) Maybe she thought she was funny? I did not appreciate her asking me: "What do you need Shorty?" Yes, I am not the world's tallest by a long shot, but that is not how you talk to your customers. Needless to say we left without buying anything. Newmarket has a Laura's too. I can go there.

The single worst experience ever! Went in to browse and was hounded by what turned out to be the manager. She would not leave me alone and after 15 minutes i felt i was being racially profiled. After 15 minutes I had to ask her to actually socially distance before i asked her name and for the manager. Was shocked that she claimed to be the manager. My grandma is a frequent customer here and all of the sales staff know her! Their sales are usually quite good, too. I took my grandma in yesterday to help her do a return, and Karen helped us, and it was hands down one of the best customer service experiences of my life! One of the sales ladies did take a few of the dresses I was holding to the fitting room for me, but that was the extent of their interaction. No customer service whatsoever.
