During the circumstances imposed by the spread of COVID-19, I entered this store in search of a specific apparel and walked out with something entirely different. The store associates were friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. They took the clothes I purchased to the front, delivered service with a smile, and helped me get the most value for my spending in the store. I hardly if ever meet people that are so genuinely determined to enhance the customer experience. The ambience of the store is relaxed and their planning as well as organization was excellent. They properly abided by virtually all of the health and safety standards regarding COVID-19 unlike the majority of stores that I visit. It is very refreshing and reassuring. I felt safe and content shopping here. The quality of the clothes is reasonable considering their mind-blowingly low cost. I will certainly be returning.

My jacket zipper broke and the manager (Colin) offered a full refund but I love the jacket so he met me in the middle and they paid for my alteration to have the zipper fixed. Did not want Colin's efforts to go unnoticed so thank you!

It was an obnoxious experience today at the store. After shopping, I was handed over paper bags to put my stuff into. I put everything in the bag and walked outside the store. Literally after walking two steps the bags handles broke and people started laughing at me. They came to put my stuff together. I went to the store again, this time they gave me two bags instead of one. I walked out again it broke by itself, again such a big embarrassment in-front of my friends. I went to the store again, they changed the bag sizes and gave me one medium bag and one small bag. To my surprise again one handle broke. This was so vexatious. I went to Tommy hilfiger store, did my shopping and requested for additional bags and put all my stuff from JACK & JONES into their bags. The JACK & JONES staff was really apologetic about this but there was nothing even they could do. They did not have any other bags. Poor staff I pity them. JACK & JONES, YOU NEED TO START WORKING WITH THE BASICS FIRST. TO START WITH, THE BAGS ATLEAST!
