Poor customer service and bad management experience at Saskatoon location. I was charged for an item that I didn't buy. Went back to get this corrected, waited over 45 minutes. I was told manager will give me a call after checking in camera. It's been couple days, never received a call. Definitely not going back.

Rude entitled-staff, the male employee that assisted me at the till with checkout and returns (April 2) was extremely rude and should not be working customer service/ retail. I hope management realizes this and relieves this individual of their duties. H&M needs to rethink the employees they hire as the current staff is extremely sub par. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

I like the clothes there, can’t say the same for the customer service though. Very disappointing. They need to hire more-qualified people.

Very bad experience. Very disappointed. My 3rd and last trip to store. Every time i thought this time i am going to find something new. Or maybe some help. But nothing change. Look like this is only store where fitting rooms are closed. And the cashier told us this is because our store is bigger. But i went to many other big and small stores where fitting rooms are open. Very slow customer service very slow cashiers. No one's wany to help but today had another experience there was some associate following us pretending to work and disappeared after few moments and then when we went to the checkout one of the cashier/manager call that same guy and aske something as my husband has worked in lost prevention at one of the bigger store in the city and have been trained he figured it and was upset about it as well and would naver go there and nither let me .

Horrible customer service I asked if they could swap out a dress on one of the mannequins so we could buy it instead I got snarky remarks about how I needed to wait 15 days it's their rule only issue is I drove 3 hours to buy this dress and now I'm going home empty-handed they lost a sale and gained a one-star I hope somebody's paying attention because by the looks of these other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this place needs a wake up call

I have been a professional medium for 15 and a half years and am VERY sensitive to all of the energy forces that surround us. The clothes are trendy and the store is clean but when I walked into the store I was ASSAULTED by the dark energy radiating from Rudy in the Mens section.

Poor poor poor customer service. Been to other h&m in different cities but the one we have in saskatoon is very bad. Very bad customer service. No one is ever around . And if you saw someone working there they dissappear within a blink of eye. Fitting rooms never open.

Customer service is not great, employees need to be trained more. Asked for help finding a dress and the associate said she didn’t know, could have easily got someone who would know but instead just walked away. Will definitely stick to online shopping or a different city.

The store has the worst customer service. I usually like shopping without any disturbance, but none of the staff greets any of their customers or bother asking how they’re doing and or wanting any help. When I asked for help, the associate barely made an effort to try. I see how other associates treat other customers as well, they’re all rude. Most the time they chat with their friends and other coworkers, purposely ignoring customers. Part of being a sales associate isn’t just cleaning up the store which by the way isn’t that organized, sales associates greets and ASSIST customers the best they can which no associate on the sales floor does. The only associate doing their job and being polite to customers is the girl at the register with short hair. The company should look at the reviews because clearly I’m not the only one who thinks this and have a talk with the management at this location.
