I went to this store few days ago, to return an item that I purchased online, one of the associates was so nice and helped me get my refund, but the other lady working there told me you can not return any item bough from guess factory in the guess store, I said oh ok I didn’t know that, but thank you. Then I was looking around for some stuff, few ladies came in and this associate went to welcome them with a big smile on face and told them welcome to our store we these items are on sale for 40% and u can get extra 30%, I went to this associate and ask oh u can give 30% additional discount she didn’t respond to me and I ask agian I thought maybe she didn’t hear me out and she didn’t reply, and I felt so awkward I just continued looking around and then she went to the girls that helped me with refund told her something and that girls came to me and said I’m so sorry, but can u take the box ???? u brought the ???? inside, I’m so sorry but she saying u have to take her back, she said sorry to me and said I’ll leave the box on the floor until u don’t with ur shopping, so probably the other lady was the boss and telling her do this and that, and that was so rude telling me take the empty box back. Most of the time I buy the stuff online if I don’t like it I return it, but this was my first and the worst experience in this store, I have been in many stores and I never been faced to such a situation, I still don’t know why she did that to me. Maybe I was wearing a scarf or just I don’t know I don’t see any other reason that she behaved this way. I would never go back to that store again… I feel that every customer deserves to welcome in a proper way, no one has the rights to be rude with out a reason, I contacted the district manager also and I hope I was the last person faced to such a situation.
