Off brand items, at Off brand prices. not a terrible little dollar store, though i wouldn't go out of my way to come here unless i was already in the parking lot and didn't want to drive or walk across the street to dollarama. This place has the slowest cashiers I have ever stood in line for. Seriously I have never waited so long for someone to scan 4 items and then take payment. I'm not kidding, I almost walked out it took so long and I am normally a very patient person. I don't know if she was stoned, extremely bored, maybe seriously depressed but wow, i can not stress enough how slow she was.

One of the few "Dollarstore-esc" stores that still price everything at the same price. Decent selection, although not even close to RamyoDollar, but still worth the trip. At least here you weren't surprised with an item that's $30 when you get the check out. Friendly staff, but as a the store seems to be busy in spurts, usually only one till is open, until they open another. When there's a line there's a Line. (;See 19th of every month)

The Service is terrible. I lined up after I finished shopping and the cashier saw me but left immediately right after, she left me waiting for like a good few minutes until some other people showed up behind me. The cashier acknowledged them and totally ignored me. I immediately felt judged. I hated the experience, and I’d never want to go there again.

I love the dollar tree. It has a wide variety of everything for very cheap! It’s just like the dollarama but with totally different products so it’s a fun change. The staff here are very very nice. Everything in the store is easy to find. The place is kept quite clean and shelves organized. Love this place. There’s a parking lot right in front and usually always has parking available close up.

It's a great place and there is a lot of negative remarks but when you have staff quitting due to theft and rude customers and all, next time just thank them and smile....it will change how the staff feel. Clean up after yourself too when touching stuff. :)

Horrible customer service, poor management to handle people at check outs. Hardly I go there, yesterday I was waiting in line there was two customers waiting behind me, one associate came and took them for check out. Even though its my turn. Then a supervisor came and close the register I was waiting for without saying anything to me. Why she closing that register and where I suppose to go? I will never go there again.

Clean for the most part; usually have shelves stocked well. Everything is 1.25 or less so great for decorations, party stuff, and small stiff that you need. Shop here before dollarama as sometimes they have the better deal. Also great stop for movie munchies

The Dollar Tree has some really decent stuff at low and affordable prices. I prefer it over Dollarama sometimes BUT the 1 in confederation area only ever has 1 till open with a line of people down the isles. Always 1 till. Hire some staff maybe. I walked right out.

Yo me and my girls make dollar tree apart of our Saturdays every week, my girls are 6,8,9 and if they take out the garbage and they clean there rooms we take a trip to dollar tree where they get to pick 5 things each, they are always excited they get a basket and run around looking at all the different items and it never fails they always find something different every Saturday its nice to take them to a store where I can stroll around and my girls get to pick there own treats we always have a good time and the staff are very friendly and helpful you will definitely keep seeing me and my girls every Saturday. The Saturday you don't see us there you know what that means girls didn't clean there rooms,but I can't see that happening they always like going to the dollar tree on Saturday

I had a bad experience today with my balloon order. My wife paid for the balloons weeks in advance before the party for a certain pick up time. When i got there first of all, they were just starting to inflate the balloons but secondly I was already running late so they should've been already done. Third, the manager was making excuses about past customers not picking up their balloons after they were PAID. Then she blamed me for not showing up at that certain time but would've made no difference as they weren't inflated regardless. She gave me another excuse about running low on helium when they had enough to inflate all my 14 balloons anyway. She lied about an email confirmation because my wife only left a number with the store, then continued to badger me about whose name was on the receipt, which was my wife's. If they've come across these problems in the past then they should have better management. The customer service was overall unacceptable because the manager had an attitude for something they did wrong, had no remorse and did not apologize for.

I really like this place. Everything is literally only $1.25. I mean most of the products are brands I've never heard of and are obviously super cheap...but what do you expect for a buck and a quarter?! There are some things I just would never buy here because I need and want good quality. For the most part though it doesn't really matter and the deals are too good to pass up. It's a great place to get good bargains.
