The best customer service experience I’ve had in a clothing store. Had a smell issue with a jacket, got a full refund and called customer service who let me order it at the same reduced price with free shipping to my home. The new one smelled too so brought it back to the store where they kept the old one which meanwhile the smell wore off. They are so nice, helpful and their affordable garments look and feel great so check them out if you can.

We went to a few stores in the mall looking for men's jeans for my boyfriend. Needless to say no one helped us at other stores or even said Hi. We went into Bootlegger and Immediately was greeted by a friendly face. Her name was Sanya I believe (not sure I'm spelling it right) She was super helpful and gave us appropriate styles and sizes. She made our shopping experience very smooth and easy! Huge thanks to her for doing a good job :)

July 12th my fiancé and I had engagement photos scheduled for that evening. We both were in need of outfits stat. Sam gave us suggestions and paired outfits together for us to try on. She even steamed our clothes and put them in a bag for us. The whole staff there that day gave us their opinions. We have never had a shopping experience like this ever! I left there feeling extremely satisfied and confident in what we both purchased. Thank you Sam and the rest of the staff that day. You made our engagement photos that much more memorable.

This is hands down my favorite store to shop for clothing. The prices are so reasonable compared to what they were years ago. Not to mention their rouched tanks and tshirts are PERFECT for anyone who is pregnant. There is no where else in kamloops to buy maternity wear if you are very small. I am 8 months pregnant now and every top I own is from bootlegger and fits perfectly! The customer service is amazing and the clearance section is always updated and so cheap!!!!

One of the better clothing stores in Cottonwood mall. They have very helpful staff and the store is well laid out and easy to navigate. I'm just not a fan of the current selection of men's summer styles, hopefully once things are back to normal they can improve their selection a bit (their last winter clothing lines were fantastic!)

Bootlegger is one of my favorite stores. I do a lot of online shopping since I don't live close to the store. When I do go into the store, the staff are usually welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Other than one time when a lady said to me "that size won't fit, you should go up a few sizes", when I wasn't asking for help at all. Other than that, I love the store. It is very trendy and I would recommend checking it out. The photo below is a pair of capris I just bought.

Found 1 pair of jeans had to take other pair back to exchange the employee that worked there made a very huge issue when the tags wernt attatched had the recipt and everything i never went bk until 2 days before xmas asked them for my size said they didmt have it 2 secinds layer another cistomer walked in and thet all of a sudden had that size very rude employees working there, never goin bk to that store

Today spent a good twenty five minutes in bootlegger located in station mall, not sure of the correct spelling but we're helped by a very friendly approachable lady mackensiee, we have had some terrible experiences with this store In the summer so we were very spectacle about re entering the store today. But we were BLOWN away with this worker, twenty out of ten percent on her end. We also mentioned to her if we had our own business she would be the first to hire. Keep it up station mall with these new employees amazing outstanding experience today.

I went into Bootlegger 30 minutes before closing on October 30th. The one and only staff member named Kassidy assured me that I had time to shop and did not hesitate to help me find what I was looking for! I told her if she wanted to find a few extra shirts to go with my “new” jeans, I’d be happy to have her as my “personal shopper”. She found me the perfect combos and did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase. She also gave me her honest opinion while trying on the shirts. I felt like I was shopping with a friend! It was an easy going and relaxed environment and I won’t hesitate to go back!

Ordered online Christmas gifts. Received email with all payment and shipping related information as confirmation. 2 shirts received but I ordered incorrect size so tried to exchange in store. Those shirts not available in store so they asked for a the paper that came with the order. I didn't keep it as I had the email with all information which I assumed was perfectly fine. Apparently (even commented by the casher), their system's are very old fashioned and should be updated but as such, they couldn't accept my email (WITH ALL THE INFORMATION), they had to have the slip that came in the package (which had all the same info). So I am left with 2 shirts that are no good. I've shopped many other places and even exchanged things that very same day at other stores without receipts! (WTG Lululemon and Winners). Terrible systems in place which, in turn, in my opinion leaves everyone with terrible customer service. Oh, and I did email the head office. First email, they ignored (left 3 weeks with no answer but once I followed up, they responded in a day), and apparently due to company and "customer" protection, this is the way they do it. Not sure how that protects the customer because I'm out money. RIDICULOUS PROCESSES ; therefore, SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not set foot in their store again! (Wouldn't give 1 star but had to in order to post)
