The employees here are so kind. My friend was looking for a shoe and one of the employees searched every inch of the store to find it for them. Another guy greeted me and calles me 'friend' and I absolutely love that sort of attitude. There is a big clearance section at the back (with $30 shoes) and lots of clothing variety/brands. I am pretty sure what did it was how good the employees were to us, and also because it was really clean too. I would recommend!

They have some items that are on sale which are all good. Once i have a problem with the shoes that i have bought .. they did certainly entertained me and deal with the problem. Cashier and the supervisor were nice and helpful.

Non-helpful staff. Very rude. Treated me horribly and acted as if I had no money. I work hard for my money and I do not appreciate being treated unfairly. I thought this was a store I could get new shoes but obviously I wasn't welcomed. Never stepping foot in there again.

Customer service is pretty terrible here. Came in to do some light shopping, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I needed to go to the employees to ask for a fitting room. I was not informed that my purchase was unable to be returned, so when I tried returning it, they said no (even though it was just 10 minutes later that I needed to return it. When I went to return the items, they said I should have checked the receipt. I was not informed to check the receipt or even before I paid at time of purchase.). Poor customer service, cussing from the employees, and just an overall unpleasant time shopping. I work in retail, so I understand how difficult being a sales associate is, but being the only shopper in the store with 3 employees gives you no excuse. Poor shopping experience.

I am absolutely appalled at what I witnessed today while shopping at this location. There was a very nice, helpful, young blonde girl that assisted me when I 1st entered. While looking around I heard someone speaking very rudely to someone else. I turned to see that it was the employee that helped me getting spoken to inappropriately. Imagine my disgust when I later learned that this woman that was yelling at her was the MANAGER! Shame on her, I will be emailing head office as well

DO NOT shop here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've never been so creeped out before. The other day I traveled to Saskatoon with two friends, we went to the mall to buy shoes and that's when we went to boathouse. We were in there for 20-30 SECONDS literally. The guy said "hows it going?" then followed us and said hows it going then came around the corner and said "hows it going?" and so I gave him a funny look because he just asked us 3 times in about 15 seconds the same question, I was getting really creeped out and told my friends that we should go to a different store. Then he asked us a 4th damn time "hows it going?" I don't know what he was trying to accomplish but I was definitely fuming. I regret not getting his name to tell the manager... He was some blonde guy. So yeah, way to go blonde guy!! You just lost 3 loyal customers.

My husband and I went to the Boathouse Outlet in Niagara on the Lake. We have such a positive experience. The employee who helped us is named John and he was so very helpful, and informative. He helped us purchase a pair of boots for our son. He finished at 5, but stayed to make sure we were completely satisfied and didn't pass us to another employee . We need more retail people like John! Thank you

The white tall boy in the front had an attitude the whole time. All he does is mug and stare at me as I was shopping. You can tell the employees think of themselves highly and think their better than everyone else. Nobody asked me for help or even try to interact with me. The short Asian girl just glared. It’s a whole bunch of teenagers that get paid to stand there and judge people and don’t have any type of enthusiasm. Never coming back that store wack as hell.

There was such a large selection from clothing to shoes to accessories for both men and women. There were so many nice items I wanted to get, especially with the great prices. You can find some really good deals here. I had to be careful to not end up in a slippery slope of buying too many things.

Went in the other day to grab a pair of shoes. They didn’t have the white ones on the floor that I was looking for, asked the employees if they could check in the back and with no hesitation Michael went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for!! Bag secured, happy customer. Awesome service as always!

Terrible customer service, the lady welcoming guests was very rude and after her terrible attitude refused to let us in after explaining I get a reaction to hand sanitizer. Not only is it illegal to not allow entry because of that but it gives a bad name to the company as well as being a terrible human being. Wont be shopping at boathouse anymore.

I ordered 2 shirts and 1 sweater from boathouse over 2 weeks ago and all I got so far is a email saying your order is confirmed.... I ordered a pair of shoes 2 days after from Italy and my shoes are already here, before boathouse can even ship there items?? Can ya maybe ship them for me sometime soon would be appreciated

Went in with my sons today, thought there would be plenty of boxing day sales and was disappointed there wasn't as many as advertised on the website. That part is understandable as it is corporate's decision on sales. What bothered me was the utter lack of customer service. There was about 4 sales clerks standing around the til, not doing much, one was folding a few things, acting busy, the other three, did not greet anyone and one was on her cell phone as I inquired about the sales. There were about 8/9 customers in the store and not one was approached or greeted. My prior experience was also not great. The line up was huge while only one til was open. Not sure what happened but when the previous owners (Campus) operated the store, it was full on customer service with both tils in use.

Tried to exchange size 9 crocs for size 10 from a Christmas gift. The return policy states you require a receipt. The crocs were not worn and still had all the tags on them. Next time I shop for a gift I will go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing I hate your store.

Rude and disrespectful employees, went there with a friend and when we went to purchase our clothes the women behind the counter was on the phone dealing with another customer or store of some sorts. There were two other employees behind us hanging clothes (one of them i assumed was the manager or supervisor) and neither of them bothered to come ring us through even though the other girl was busy on the phone, in fact the one lady asked her "can you not do two things at once?". She then continued treat her as if she was an idiot when she was having issues with the person on the phone and completely embarrass her right in front of us. Could not believe how rude and condescending someone could be to another employee right in front of a customer.

I went in there a couple days ago, and I could not have experience the worse costumer service. I wasn't greeted when I entered the store. When I asked for help, I was completely ignored. Then I asked for a second time, and they just looked at each other as if they did not want to help me. Finally, the girl with the glasses stepped up and gave me this weird and unsettling look. Then she asked me what I needed help with but her tone was just disrepectful. I would not recommend shopping there, i would give them zero stars if it was an option. If this is the kind of costumer service they offer. What does this say about the entire company?
