Super friendly staff. And they carry qualatex twisting balloons which are much better than the ones sold in other stores at the city. My toddlers even got helium balloons.

I got a laser fringe curtain here. Then I found a pack of cheap mardi gras beads. It's party stuff but you don't have to buy a party load, you can just get some for yourself.

I called ahead to ask about balloons and the man on the phone was impatient and gruff. When I arrived, they were upset that I wanted to fill more than 24 balloons with helium for an event, and told me to my face that they should charge higher prices for filling balloons because they hate doing it. I understand having regulations and we would have been fine filling balloons on our own, however I found their rudeness quite appalling. They need some advice on customer service. It's not the customer's fault if you resent doing something you offer as a service.

Didnt find what I was looking for. I asked but was told that this is what they have and that's it. Maybe I was expecting a little bit more engaging response. The balloons I bought were not very good quality even though they were pricey. Every single one I inflated (100!) had some sort of film on it with lots of dust/hair , very dry and static. I may as well buy balloons at the dollar store.

I had 10 balloons filled on a friday for a birthday party saturday morning. I explained to the a male staff (i now assume the owner) that it was "for a 100th birthday party tomorrow". He showed me 100th balloons, and I had that filled as well. Saturday morning at 9am the balloons were all deflated. I called and the lady on the phone said she would fill new ones, and asked if they were supposed to be high height(?or something like that) I said how would I know that- I dont even know what that means..... I went there at 10:15 as the party started at 11. When I went in the owner was very loud, aggressive and snappy, he said it was my fault for not communicating! I told him I had explained it to him the day before. No apology was ever given by either. I feel it was their responsibility to explain their product when selling it. I have been there several times, this man has never been super friendly and always seem to be annoyed to have to answer questions, but I just excused it as being busy or perhaps his personality. THIS was completly unacceptable!

Super friendly, well stocked shop! We got the ribbons for our kids horse show here. In and out in 15minutes and they even gave a helium filled ballon to each of my daughters who were tagging along :) we will be back without a doubt!

FIreworks did not work properly. Not refund for items that do not work. $40 firework doesn't work but will do nothing.

I live two hours outside the city. I dropped a trophy off for engraving and I'll be honest I forgot about the trophy for a number of months. It wasn't till yesterday when I needed that trophy did I realize I never did go and Pick that up! So I called and asked about the peice. Guy answers the phone and looks through papers And says "no sorry not here". I explained what the trophy looks like and it's like he didn't care. He said well I'll look through the papers again. Still nothing..not once would he go actually go look for the thing! Guess I'm out a trophy!! Place apparently has a hard time gluing name plates on straight also. Numerous times we reglued them on previous trophies. Have just always gone to this store for trophy needs. Will be looking for a new place to go from now on.

Amazing prices for fireworks! We looked at Canadian Tire and online a bit and didn't like how much we were going to spend for what we wanted. Went here and got amazing fireworks at an amazing price. They also have great treat bag fillers for birthday parties at a way better price than Party City. They gave great customer service, we were acknowledged and asked if we needed help by two people working there, super friendly and helpful!

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly and helpful. Great Fireworks inventory! Lots of party supplies, flags, balloons, etc. They also carry some commercial style items like aming tables, bingo and raffle supplies. Ill definitely return on my next visit to Saskatoon.
