Every time I go here I look at all the stuff I can’t buy. Even the $600 leather jacket that was there that one time. The clothes are very comfortable but very pricey. Staff are usually either talking to each other or never greet customers. That’s okay for me I like to shop quietly. Cool store!

The one particular girl we dealt with got immediately defensive, sassy and at one point even raised her voice at my boyfriend when we attempted to return a Christmas gift. All she did was kept on pointing at the returns/exchanges card that was stapled on to the gift receipt as if we were illiterate or something. We came on Boxing Day to attempt the exchange the first time, and ok, we get that on the card it says no returns/exchanges but it doesn’t hurt to try right? Especially if you’re from out of town. Because of this we even BOUGHT a new sweater on Boxing Day so that we could return the gifted one at a later date. The second time we attempted was on January 6th because that was the only free time we had to come back to town. We thought that maybe just MAYBE a manager could do the return for us as we live out of town and you literally give people 5 days to do a return after Christmas. Nope, not the case. All the manager said was “the computers physically won’t let us bypass the return” uhhhh ok.... whatever just give us the gift card then. You’d think with the amount of money people spend at your store your employees would be a lot nicer, even if they’re not able to process the transaction they could at least be a little more courteous, respectful or even understanding???? But like omg first world problems right? #toomuchtimeonmyhands

I walked into the store try-on and buy some new clothes I'd seen online. When I came in I saw my old manager who I worked with at another retail store in the mall. As soon as she saw me she made a B line to her coworker and I could see her whisper and look/point in my direction. I knew she was speaking about me and asking the associate to come and talk to me since she didn't want to, which is fine cause I didn't want to speak to her either. The thing that bothered me about this was how blatantly she did it, the whole thing seemed so unprofessional & petty. I felt really unwelcome in the store and walked out because of this encounter. Needless to say I'm never shopping at this location again (which sucks cause it was my go to store), I'll just take my money and shop aritzia online. Side note: I have been treated well by other employees but this PERMANENTLY ruined it for me.

The customer service at this location is through the roof! Every time I go I usually ask the girls to help me pick an outfit and they do an incredible job!! Thank you to your staff for always treating their customers right!

I'm a regular Aritzia customer. The staff at this location are SO helpful. Found some of my favourite pieces with their help that I know I'll have forever. The quality of the clothes are AMAZING! Definitely worth the money!! Atmosphere is beautiful as well. Always look forward to coming here.
