My partner and I always seem to be followed by staff when we so shop here. My partner loves the clothes and selection but we are both made to feel extremely uncomfortable when in the store. Perhaps they have a problem with theft at this location.

They always have nice clothes here and the staff is always friendly! When I came in there wasn't much of a selection of clothes , usually this place is packed with rows of clothes. The prices are a little high, but the clothes are very nice!

Hard to find a style I like and Maurices is the only place that's full of it. Love their clothes, friendly staff, bright store, good prices, nice change rooms (with comfy couches for those waiting for you to try on everything). Made a return because I bought the wrong thing, was easy and the lady was understanding, no questions asked. Money was returned on the card I used to make the purchase.

I was super disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have been to multiple Maurices stores and mostly shop there and this location I was thoroughly disappointed in. I was in there for easily 20 minutes plus and not 1 staff member acknowledged my friend or myself, just walked by us multiple times without a word. We helped ourselves to the change rooms and put back our own clothes. Staff were to busy talking to each other or setting up new displays right in the entrance way where all the foot traffic was. Poor customer service is a big turn off for me to want to come back. I will not be returning to this location and hope for a better experience at the other locations I have been to.
