I usually love this store so much so that many of my gifts come from there. I have to say, not sure who is marketing the current products but I didnt find one item that I liked enough to buy. It even seems like the quality was sub standard to what it is to be..wondering what changed? It actually reminded me of a bi- way or old k- mart for style and quality. I do hope the marketers, window dressers and bulk buyers go back to their old way of doing business.

Recently learned of poor treatment of staff by Manager Kaley who should have known better how to handle schedules and staffing of employees who were willing and able to work but got strung along with little to no hours and then fired just before Christmas. How totally unprofessional. Be warned if applying for a job.

Had all the details about 2 pairs of jeans I was looking for and asked where they where in the store. The sales associate asked if I looked them up online. I said no. He suggested I look them up and show him on their website. I told him the type of pants as well as the size and the style I was looking for and all I wanted was direction as to where they would be in the store. He seemed incapable as he asked someone else to help me. That person looked at me and said he was to busy to help me and passed me back to the first associate. I found what I wanted and only purchased because of the items ... not the service. Next time I shall order on line. I try to shop in person partially to preserve jobs for my fellow Canadians however poor service may change this habit!
