A few things I like about winners is the friendly staff, the brand name items they sell. I like that the store is always clean. Speaking for the guys washroom anyways. Always spotless. Everything is laid out nicely, and always a friendly face greeting you when you first walk in. They're prices on the products they sell, even the brand name ones. I noticed anything the larger retailers carry as well, just cannot beat the price difference at Winners. Great place to shop!

Very disappointing customer service, no eye contact, no smile, no communication. I was waiting for 10 minutes to ask a question from the manager, just ignored me, chatting and laughing with a staff. After trying on some clothes and then paying, I said “thank you” to both fitting room person and cashier but no return or even face expressions. It looks like they are forced to work and customers are invaders.
