Will never shop here again. We had our professionally trained service dog in training walking with us in the store, with her leash on the ground - a perfectly safe and reasonable exercise. A fat, bad tempered manager came over, yelling at us to control our dog. …. Who was patiently sitting at our side… This fat manager was so incredibly rude and ignorant, he’s ensured we will never set foot in Petsmart again. Lots of competition around that is much friendlier to deal with! Can’t wait to give those fine folks our money from here on out.

I can not say enough about Ashley the groomer. Ashley groomed my dog after a very bad Skunk spray with awesome result. My dog Jake absolutely loves her. I highly recommend ASHLEY, you will be very happy with her work cause you can really see her love for our pets. Thank you Ashley, keep up the great work. ????????????????

They have a pretty cruel setup for birds, and inexperienced employees. The latter is fixable with time, but isolated birds in reflective glass cages is pretty terrible, and I won't be shopping here again.

Absolutely horrible experience. took my cat for a hair cut. explained to the person how we wanted my cat's hair done. took 3 hours to them and when we came back he still had lots of hair around his neck and when asked to get it done properly, the lady (ASHLEY) who was cutting his hair got upset cause we send our cat back for get it done properly. she THREW MY CAT OUT OF THE BOX ON TABLE and threw the box on the floor.. all while we were watching her. the assistant manager also saw this and came to her and talked to her i don't know what. I will advise never ever go to petsmart and specially to this lady named ASHLEY. she has absolutely no care and love for pets. This kind of people should not be working with Pets and should not be hired at any PET GROOMING SALOON.

Experience here today was great! Costs for pet toys is pretty high but this is what we do for pets we love. Cost for care such as bathing dogs is really reasonable at 21.00. Overall I do recommend PetSmart

Very poor treatment of the fish. I’ve seen multiple dead fish in tanks that have been left there for days, and a majority of the fish have very bad ich. I’ve spoken to managers and none have seemed to care at all. Unacceptable care, and I will not be supporting petsmart unless it’s fixed.

Iv always liked petsmart because of its friendly atmosphere and selection of products and services. However I'm very disappointed with the one in prince Albert I went in looking for medicine for my fish and was told nothing helpful nor given any advice for similar anticeptics. Further they never have the product I'm looking for always making excuses about stalk . The one in Saskatoon is better , won't be coming back to this one in prince Albert again .

Work well with your schedule if need to postpone, they do a fair job cutting, they leave some longer uncut parts for the most part ok, washing and cut usually around the $80 mark for a small dog

I love the customer service and products PetSmart has to offer but they need to fix their online grooming options. I called and asked about getting my cats nails cut and they told me they do not do cat grooming because they do not have anyone to do it. ??? Doesn't say that on the website.

I am always greeted with a smile and the staff all know me. I come here for all my pet supplies. I have had my fish filter die on me a couple times. They happily fixed my issue within minutes. If I have any questions about my fish they have staff on hand who know exactly what I need. A great place and great friendly staff.

Went to find ear mites drops for a kitten that was found outside. They told me that they didn't carry that and that we would have to go to a vet. And their medication prices were very high. I know that our vet at South Hill would have insisted that we bring our cat in (so they could charge us more). We were able to go to the other side of the parking lot to Pet Valu. They carried a big container good for dogs and cats for $12.99. Sorry to say, more of a recommendation for Pet Valu than for Petsmart.

Best place in town I find for pet goods. Especially aquarium I tried everyone else and no selection if at all for aquarium goods and fish. Fish are healthy and prices are reasonable aswell. Wish they had more exotic fish to be honest but still a nice selection. Awesome staff aswell very helpful when you need it. And the other selection of pets is nice aswell. Definatly would recommend for your pet needs

I routinely take my dogs to PetSmart grooming salons and they always have a good time. Afterwards, they look and smell great. The prices are reasonable and the staff take good care of my pets. One black Labrador retriever and one Shih Tzu.
