My friends and I popped in a couple days ago and the staff working there were heinous. First, we were told to use hand sanitizer which was fine but then we were told we couldn't touch anything. I'm not sure how you are supposed to buy something when you can't read the back of a product, etc. We were in the bachelorette/bachelor party favour section and I pointed to something on the lower shelf with my leg extended. The cashier barked at us and said "Can I help you find something?" I replied "No" and then she said we were not allowed to point at things with our feet, only our hands. The difference between the two still baffles me. Especially since nothing was touched. We left immediately. The staff need to be reprimanded.

I always feel comfortable talking to the ladies who work here and they're great at explaining how their products work and making recommendations. Store is clean and bright, not at all intimidating or creepy feeling.

Visited this location for a few pieces of intimate wear and the ladies in the store were fantastic. Jen and Morgan assisted with all my sizing needs and brought smaller or larger sizes back to the changing room anytime I asked. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They both had bubbly personalities which I believe is necessary when working in an adult store. Great customer service ladies!!! Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I will definitely return to this location.

I have a product that is currently not working (which I have a warranty for) the woman working (Bree) was extremely rude with me and very unhelpful! While I was trying to explain the situation she continued to cut me off and said I would not be able to exchange my product at any stag shop. I was trying to reiterate to her that I have a warranty, she again cut me off and said I would just have to buy a new one, turned her back to me and walked away.

I usually have no problem going into this store, the atmosphere is usually very welcoming and the employees are usually very helpful and know when you are in need of help. HOWEVER, I had the worst experience coming to this store the day after Black Friday, the woman that was working around 5:00pm was rude and unwelcoming. I understand the need to check ID when someone looks young, but to do it in such an unwelcoming and rude way is unacceptable. She asked if we needed help condescendingly and immediately asked for ID, did not say any of the promotions or what the deals were. Some people can be uncomfortable going into the store already and to have someone who barely greets you treat you in such a manner, definitely does not make you want to stay. We left almost immediately, the judgement was tangible and uncomfortable. The man who was working there was very nice, I saw him helping a couple other customers and seemed to know what he was doing and had a great air to him. I am disappointed. BUT the other girls who work there that were not present, I do not know their names, but they are amazing! They, and the guy that was working there, are the reason this review is not lower rated.

We bought a toy, tried it three times over a two month period. We didn’t use it for about a month. Tried to charge it and it didn’t work. Brought it back to the store to find that they wouldn’t exchange it, and the clerk working at the time was rude with us. We will never go back.

Came in last week and Kaleigh was working alone she is an absolute gem. if I owned a shop she is the type of girl I would hire. Best customer service in the area she was helpful and informative. I left with more than I came in for and was more than satisfied with everything I bought. If I was her boss I'd giver her a raise! 10/10 in customer service and product knowledge.

My experience with Kaleigh at Bryne location was amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked into the store (already unsure) her friendly face was the first I saw. She was patient with me while we determined what type of toys or lingerie I would be comfortable in which made the whole experience that much easier. Corsets zipper quality isnt good, wore mine once and it wont zip back up. Went to go return it and Stag Shop wont allow returns.
