What a scam this place is. My son called and told them he has a brand new pair of Jordans, worn once, worth ticket price $200 and they said they would give him $70. When he went in with those shoes and 2 other pairs if Jordans all like been barely worn, the same gurl tried to rip him off only wanting to give him $70 for all three pairs. Such a scam ????????????

There were 2 girls named Josey & Chloe. As a muslim women surprisingly I have never encountered anyone as rude as they were. When I was in platos closet, Josey kept following me around. They kept giving me attitude and even started gossiping behind my back. They were full of hatred and were very bigoted. Chloe was also very rude. When i went to buy a scarf, the original price was $5. She changed the price to $8 and I knew they removed the tag, and changed the price. I spent over $100 there. However I am not looking forward to shop at Platos Closet again

The new renovations look great and everything is well organized. The staff was friendly and helped with any questions I had. The prices were great and most stuff were great condition. Some of the higher priced "main" brands like Roots and Lululemon weren't in the best condition, but were still reasonable.

Mostly for teens, I get that, but they could mix in a few items for teens with class. Prices are OK but selection is mediocre. Considering adults have the money you would think think they'd try to target people older than 15 too. Literally NO designer items anywhere in the store. It's like they turn away quality items in favour of the low end brands.

I have been a fan of going to Platos Closet since it first opened. I find the quality of items and price in general was better a few years ago in comparison to now. I NEVER sell to them because I know I can sell my clothes on my own and get back much more as I keep my things in good condition. I once brought in 3 pairs of heels that were never worn and near new condition, as well as 2 brand name shirts and was offered $5.00. No thanks lol. Looking around the store I can see articles of clothing they are selling for retail prices (Forever 21 , Bebe, GUESS) because no matter what they tell you - half the ppl selling are SMART shoppers and bought the clothes on SALE / heavily discounted in the first place!!! And Platos prices are now like buying retail .example- Forever 21 crop top for $14...UMMMMMM...I could buy brand new for that price?? FOH! They also need to employ 2 girls for the change rooms AT ALL TIMES - it's ridiculous when it's busy to have to go up to cash requesting someone for a change room. Poor customer service.

I said to my wife that I was unable to find gym shorts in my size, which was fine. The girl who worked there I guess overheard me and told us to "try not to let the door hit us on the way out." She was tall with I believe red or blond hair and overalls. It was last Saturday October 16, 2021. At first, I thought maybe it was overheard from another conversation but she was standing alone behind the counter and looking right at us.

If you are looking for a deal on trendy clothes, this the place to shop! One of the only downsides I've found is there is a lack of selection of Plus Sized women's clothing (thought I've been told they sell it quickly).

I find myself going to Winners more than Platos Closet, but if you can find something here, it'll be nice and cheap. Platos Closet is great for small and/or high school aged young women. I didn't find anything here the couple of times I went in, and the pants and jeans section was especially disappointing. They have tops galor though

Store was busy, thats a good sign. Seemed pretty organized. Could use a good cleaning, i did notice the change room floors were a bit unattended. The change room my son used had a clump of hair on the floor against the back wall. Prices were not bad for the pants, i found shirt prices a bit steep and they tried selling me a plastic bag for 20 cents which i thought was very odd... IF places charge, its usually 5 cents.

An amazing selection and great low prices! Super fun and unique things I always find. Fully stocked and very well organized. Cute clothes and friendly staff. I also love how they play the radio in store as it's nice and refreshing! My only complaint is that I wish they weren't so far away as I live on the other side of town but that's in no way their fault.

Horrible treatment, I went a few times to bring clothing that are designer and they always have an excuse not to buy them, I tested them today by bringing a new dress and designer clothes again, no rips, the dress is new, Nike shoes, Jessica Simpson booties and she said that she couldn't take it because my clothes smelled??????? Seriously? They do not smell, that is your policy, to make people feel dirty? Never again I Will bring or buy clothes from them. Here is a few that I brought. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of yourself, if I would of given the stuff you would of made money off of these items. Shame on you. Here a just a few pics of what I brought.

You can bring your clothes in and they will check their system, if it’s in trend, then they will pay you cash for it! Which is very cool! A lot of great styles to pick from in the store! They got everything from jewelry, clothes and shoes. Definitely worth the visit !

They only accept certain clothes if your dropping them off, and overall good customer service and there is a variety of clothing. When we were there the machines weren’t working and we still got amazing costumer service and it got fixed almost immediately! Five stars for sure.

I would rather donate my clothes. I don't think ill ever come back to the store and waste my time. i was in today and tried to sell some nice clothes, barely worn and when i was waiting at the counter saw that one of the brands they like to buy is roots. i had a roots sweater and roots pants in my basket. when i came back to collect the stuff they didn't want and get my money they told me they were only going to give me $13 for 4 items (including the roots pants) so as you can imagine i took all my stuff back and did not sell because honestly... $13 is just insulting. Such a bad location. Staff is unfriendly on a good day. The last time I came in to sell I did not have my wallet (you need to show identification) but my husband had his, so I asked if we could just put his information on file to which the extremely cold, rude employee refused as they were "women's clothing not men's".....not really sure why that was an issue as we were both clearly present upon presenting the clothing for sale. I explained that I did not want to drive back home just to get my license and the employee said that as long as I had the same last name as my husband that she'd take his license? As if you have to have the same last name in order to be married. It was an entire waste of my time at the end of it all because when I went back to pick up my clothing, it had not even been touched. I used to manage a clothing store for years and had folded my barely used clothing pristinely and the piles were exactly as they were when I dropped them off. Also, WHY are there cameras directly above the fitting rooms? There are minors using these fitting rooms. Who's viewing this video? So. Creepy. This location is a joke. Drive to the Newmarket location where staff is actually friendly and welcoming.

I love shopping here but I’m finding it hard to find good quality clothing. There seems to be a lot of dynamite, fashion Nova, shoedazzle, Justfab and other fast fashion brands. Everything from stores like this is thin and made of cheap material. Plato’s shouldn’t accept these kinds of clothing because they’re garbage. Staff is friendly and the store is organized but I’m tired of finding nothing but fast fashion.

I went to Plato's yesterday and were told to leave because my child wasnt wearing a mask. I was. My child is exempt from wearing a mask because of her disability. The government of Ontario website clearly states that those "receiving accommodations according to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities act" do not need to wear a face covering. I would suggest whoever is running this store reevaluate their policy as they are discriminating against people who are granted legitimate mask exemptions. Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities act, businesses are required to provide equal opportunity for people with disabilities to access their goods and services in the same way as everyone else. Very disappointing.

Before trying to sell some clothing at this location, I reviewed the website to ensure that everything I was bringing in was exactly what they were looking for. When arriving, I was greeted by a boy who looked at me and said that they don't take mature clothing, but they'd look through what I brought in. I waited 30 minutes for them to look at my clothes, only to have everything returned to me because my clothing was too "mature" and they are looking for younger more in style clothing. When I looked at my bag of clothes, it was left in the same condition it was in when I brought the bag in making me believe they didn't even look at my clothes, instead they judged me based on my appearance or age? I am only 25!! A lot of the clothing that I brought in was from Dynamite, which is listed on their website as a preferred brand, and was in perfect condition as I had never worn it. Maybe don't leave the decision making to judgemental teenage girls. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because my old a** buys clothes here and I like the pricing and variety.

Huge selection of used clothing. If you are willing to put some time and effort to pick out what you like, definitely worth the visit. Most prices are good for brand name, some are from Walmart or Joe Fresh and can most likely be purchased for the same price new. All and all a good store however

Surprised to say the least. Went not thinking to find much, but found more clothes than I was gonna buy with the entire day of shopping. Got pretty much brand new American eagle shorts for under a quarter of the price, tag still on. All 5 items were under the price of just the shorts new. Great place to do some thrifty clothes shopping. Mens selection was decent those shoes were lacking.

Lots of Blue Jays items here, such as slippers for men. I purchased a brand new and good quality pair in a size 11.5 for my spouse, for $16.00/ea. I picked up a large, lightly used denim jacket, a light shell for myself to use during the fall season. The jacket was from Sirens and very stylish and fits bigger, I use an XL usually. I paid a whole $10.00 for my "used" but brand new looking jacket! I would guess that Sirens would have charged $69.95 for this jacket, I find that store to be overpriced. So my 2 hour drive one way to this store for a first visit and for 10 minutes of shopping was worth the drive. Great customer service. They accept credit and there's free parking. There are other stores there as well, for example: Winners. Nice day trip for some. I didn't mind the drive from Toronto. Please recycle your items because there are people who need them and it's easy on people with low incomes. This store is very organized too. I enjoy finding new places to shop at and save BIG!

Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents worth, and share my experience with Plato's Closet. After decluttering a few closets, I had several items that were new, and some items that were almost new, and in very good condition. Friends suggested I at least try to consign these items, because they were lovely, lovely pieces. After a "not-so-nice" experience and rather rude response at a consignment store in my town, near Barrie, I thought, what the heck, since I've gone to the trouble of decluttering, let's see what the response is at this store, and I am thrilled to write that it was very good, and worth the 45 minute drive. Though, I was not successful in selling all my items, there were a few that were purchased, but more IMPORTANTLY, it was the initial greeting and customer service I received from the team at Plato's Closet. They were lovely, and kind, and super efficient, and that is the reason I was compelled to write a review. Wish the store in my town, displayed the same attitude..I agree with the previous reviewer, in that you should read the protocol they set up, before you arrive, thus making your experience easier. Nonetheless, I am super happy with Plato's Closet. In fact, the few items they did decline, they suggested I take them across the street, to another consignment store, that would more than likely take them. Again, top rate customer service from the beginning to the end .. it sure makes a difference, and I am grateful for that.

I have been to this store multiple times and usually enjoy shopping there and buy a lot of my clothes from this location. I never try and leave a bad review but unfortunately, after today I probably will not shop there anymore. I was returning an item that didn't fit and was waiting in line to return the item. The girl that was working at the register asked me to stand on designated decal due to social distance. Okay totally get that, no argument there. But then once I went up to get my refund she accused me twice of being past the glass divider. First time she said that I shook my head as I wasn't past the glass.. But the second time..come on really! Why would I be past the glass divider?!I understand telling me to stand on the decal but abusing the rules and policies is unacceptable. Crazy times we are in and I understand everyone's concern for each others safety but this lady let having a little bit of power go right to her head. All the other employees are welcoming and kind but this lady must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Have had a good experience shopping. Last pair of shoes I bought here fell apart after wearing once for an hour. The buying is the issue. I followed the directions on the website yesterday and brought the items in in a sturdy totes, but since it was a fabric covered tote they wouldn't take it due to covid 19. Fine. Whatever. You're sorting through my FABRIC clothes to determine what you'll take but since my tote has a fabric covering you can't touch it. Tried again today. Toddler in tow. Was told the buying counter had closed 5 minutes prior. Thank you for not listing hours of buying on your website. I have wasted more than enough time here. Will sell privately and get more money for the items. Never returning.

Got a teen? They need clothes. Lots and lots of clothes. Not just any clothes. Clothes that have labels. Expensive labels like Lululemmon which I probably spelled wrong cause I don't care to spend the equivalent of a week's worth of groceries on stretch pants. Plato's Closet has the labels your Kardashian Kid wants. But cheap. The kid found a nice pair of those lemon pants for 30 bucks plus a few other items in good condition and priced at about 1/4 of new retail. Store is a bit cluttered and they need to set up a better check-out system.

Very poor service. Was standing waiting for someone to cash me out for a few mins while 6 girls were behind the counter. Two were visibly busy, noone acknowledged me waiting and one of the girls who was busy needed to instruct another staff to cash me out. So awkward and lack of any customer service!

Fairly new to the area but have been to the Plato’s closet outside of Toronto and had a great experience. Brought a bin of clothes in a few months ago to be told by staff that the items were “old and outdated “ did some shopping in the store and decided to do my research to see what the store was excepting. Returned to the store today with a bag of clothes of my daughters (juicy culture, lulu, roots, pink , coach , burton some lower brand such as joe , gap etc. ) some price tags still on them. We had reviewed all items the store was accepting online prior to the hour drive. Dropped off a bag and a half of clothes and were told one hour. It was the same staff member who had been previously rude and unprofessional but I hoped for the best. We returned to the store less then 30 min after drop off do some shopping. I was immediately told (by the same staff) the EXACT same thing as the first time I’d visited. That my clothes were “old” “used” not in good shape and out of style. I asked her if she had opened the bags at all because there were over 20 items with tags still on them (this time I had taken an inventory of them) She continued to tell me in front of all the customers in line that she would not even look into the bags because of possiblely getting hurt by shape objects of needles!!!! This young woman was not only rude and unprofessional, there were several other staff going through bags exactly like ours right in front of me. The clothes on the shelves were the exact same styles and names as the ones brought in and were not new! They were worn and faded. Absolutely horrible experience, we miss the old store but is a two and a half hour drive. This even after giving them a second chance. We will not ever be returning and felt it necessary to share this experience so in hopes that the management of this store will step up and perhaps train there staff (same staff member on both occasions) on professionalism , racism, sexism, stereotyping , and an absolute lack of manners. If it were optional to give 0 stars I would do so. Horrible experience not just once but even after following there online guidelines

Love this place! Lots of great items that are actually in style unlike most other thrift stores. For the most part all items are in excellent condition, I rarely find anything ratty. You can find some good brand name items for cheap! It is usually quite busy and the racks are definitely way over packed, so it can be overwhelming. You can also bring in your own clothing in exchange for cash back - but be aware they are quite picky with the style and quality of your item, so they may not even buy anything.

I'm well satisfied with the prices and stuff that I get from here and I've been here dozens of times. I have only had it happen once where a staff member was pleasant to me while cashing me out. It's not that they're rude or anything, its just that they have no personality. All they do is scan my stuff, tell me how much it is and ask if I want a bag. Most of the time they don't even say "have a good day". It shouldn't be difficult to train staff members to be more engaging with customers. It seems to me that 90% of the staff here are drier than burnt toast.

I've been meaning to visit this chain of stores for a while now and I wound up in the area. I could've probably spent ALL day in there searching for clothes. Found some really nice stuff for a good price. It is used though so watch out for the occasional hole. Honestly found quite a few items with tags on it and a lot of brand names. I use to absolutely love this place , don’t get me wrong it’s still great ! However I’m finding they’re becoming more and more picky and having higher prices .They’ve said no to perfectly good lululemon leggings but then I’ve looked through and I saw a dress with stains on it on there racks for $15. Just doesn’t make sense sometimes , I don’t find it very consistent.

When it comes to shopping this place is an absolute A+, by far THE friendliest staff I've ever seen and they're what keep me coming back, they're always super helpful and really will go that extra mile for you, and you can tell that they enjoy working there since they always have a smile on (even through their masks!) and are laughing with each other and with customers. The pricing is amazing and the items are usually great quality (with a few duds here and there,) and I can't believe how much I've saved since I found this place! The store is always neat and tidy and I can't say how much I appreciate the extra precautions that are being taken with Covid-19. The only complaint I have is that when selling it often doesn't feel like you get back what you put in, the staff has explained to my sister how their pricing works and the math does work out to how they explain it, but sometimes it is a bit of a shame when you know how much an item cost and that you're only getting a portion back. I don't want to harp on it much as it is a much smoother process than selling privately and I also understand that they do need to turn a profit, plus it seems like the staff already get yelled at enough by unsatisfied sellers, but it is a hard to only walk away with $10 for jeans when you know they originally cost $40. Overall a great store with some great finds! Definitely check them out if you're in the area and in need of affordable clothes!

Took various items in many with tags still on (billabong bikini for example ) from last summer and was told it was outdated along with a few other items. Also This store prides itself on name brands. While i shopped for over an hour waiting for my items to be evaluated, I came across many items from Walmart. Now I have clothes from Wal mart too but didn't realize this was considered a big name brand. Some of my Lululemon pants with no fuzz were turned down while I saw fuzz on other lulu pants on the racks. After this they offered to donate the items they had turned down for me. Why?? So they could be put out and sold? I won't be returning. I find other second hand stores friendlier, cheaper, carries all the same brands and provides the same atmosphere and shopping experience.

I've gone to Plato's for years, and never have I had such a horrible experience like I did today. I brought my friend for the first time, having told her about their buy and sell program. As she was completing her transaction, the cashier had the AUDACITY to look my friend dead in the eye and say she looked like a man. I repeat, SHE SAID STRAIGHT TO HER FACE TO MY FEMALE FRIEND THAT SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS A MALE, ALL BECAUSE SHE WAS DRESSED IN PLAID. Uncalled for and completely unprofessional. My friend was so embarrassed and self conscience for the rest of the day. Worst customer experience I have ever seen in any business. I will be calling in to complain tomorrow.

Don’t bother shopping here or donating. The staff won’t take your items in cloth grocery bags due to Covid, so only reusable plastic grocery bags work, and not the ones you pay .5 cents for at the store either. It’s the 3rd time I’ve tried to bring almost brand new currently in style clothes that they won’t accept. Waste of time and once again a bad experience.

So I usually go to platos closet and have for awhile. I love to give clothes in to them and get some money back. It's better than them just sitting in my closet. but I went a few weeks ago and they took none of it. But the worst part is that I bought most of the stuff from their store and didn't even wear it for size reasons. I had some American eagle pants and some hollister and American eagle shirts but they didn't take any. They didn't specify exactly what they didn't like about them they just said some of it was "outdated" or something like that. I used to come into your store a lot. Now I don't see myself doing that anymore

They deny me services because I am medically exempt. A lot of people need to stop and “think”. What would it have been like and still like to be health medically exempt? What would it have been like and continue to be like for almost two years existing ninety per cent of the time on line, curb side, delivery only and a lot not even offering that. Think about how people have all sorts of different circumstances also, that can make it even worse (no car, can’t afford the extra costs involved in most on-line shopping, depression, no internet, no job, illnesses, cannot drive, no financial help (loop holes), small children or other family exempt, no internet, and the list goes on). The consequences physically, mentally and emotionally as well. Some of the statements in answer to this serious exclusion, such as “we offer on line, or curb pick up, or delivery, etc.” is extremely painful because it is NOT the same thing. Simply put, there is a need to do a lot of things in person, for many various reasons. They know this. We all know this. The truth is they can indeed imagine what it would be like, they had to experience some of it, but at quite a lower level believe it or not. The truth is just plain and simple that they simply don’t care about those others. Their own selfish needs are only important. Health exempt people are very responsible in the ways that count and care about “everyone” and are less of any threat to anyone than most of the mask wearers, you can bet on it. We are not “dispensable”. We should never have been and we should not be harassed, bullied or attacked, or denied services of any kind, inside or out, that are offered to others. We need them also. We have a basic trust in others, and it is about time those certain people stop being so selfish and learn to have a basic trust too. No matter what anyway nothing can be 100% safe. Never has been, never will be. To have the attitude that you want to be and think you can be 100 per cent safe or safer or gain something else by denying others the same rights as you have, is just not right. Thank you to any that know all lives count. This store is not one of them.

I have seen some negative reviews but both times I've used them I followed the directions on their website. Brought my clothes in neatly folded and washed (unless brand new of course) in a rubbermaid container. Dropped off and within the time frame they said I got a text telling me to come back for my money and items they didn't want. Yes I could make more selling privately but people don't respect your time and no show or they say yes then come pick up time only have $10 bucks to their name! This place I take my clothes in and sell them and then it's done! Follow the rules and you should have a good experience, both girls that helped me were nice and friendly!

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here, actually quite frustrated. I took some decent gently used men’s clothing (Volcom, Bench, Banana Republic) in to see if Plato’s could purchase anything. There were a good 10-20 pieces that I brought over. They didn’t even purchase ONE of those items... not one. Surprisingly, they gave me a little flyer telling me what they do accept as some of their favourite brands (some of which I brought with me!) It took them 2hrs to figure out they couldn’t take anything, so that was a complete waste of my time. Then, I asked why they couldn’t and one of the girls in front of other customers told me with a smirk on her face I had underwear I was giving away, which they do not accept. How does pj pants and shorts count as underwear!? To my knowledge that’s not underwear and I didn’t bring any to give away. Then she told me they don’t accept clothes in garbage bags (this is new I feel cause I don’t remember this policy in place). Maybe if there’s a next time I’ll bring my clothes in a nice Gucci purse, maybe they will accept that. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. I’d skip it and just donate to Value Village.

I have had a great experience at Plato's and going into highschool soon you don't always have very much money to go to stores to buy clothes for amazing prices and even get name brands so it is an amazing thing to have at Plato's. I also love how you can sell some of your clothes to the store for a little extra cash it is amazing and they may be picky but it is fair enough they want to sell items not hold on to them. The one thing I would like to know is if the Barrie branch has grab bag sales I have seen many of them on YouTube and am interested in going to one if someone could reply and let me know when there next one may be for 2016. Thank youto everyone at the Barrie branch for being so polite and for the help you provide.

Brought a tote in filled with brand name clothes apparently they only buy women's clothes as they had zero intrest in the male clothes brand name jeans and sweaters in great condition. Don't advertise buying these things if like you just don't? Doesn't make sense too me.

Easy to find some good deals, most associates are friendly. I went in there and noticed a sweater with a couple stains on it and asked an associate what we could do about the stain and if she had any stain remover I could try. She was very helpful and friendly and offered to ask the manager if we could take a couple dollars off or try stain remover on it. The manager refused to discount the price any lower, (which didn't really bother me since all I wanted was to use stain remover) and she refused me using the remover too, saying "well if they are stains, they'll come out in the wash" and told me the stains were a part of the sweater, which they clearly weren't, and they also prewash their clothes.... No help or accomodation from management, but will return for super amazing and friendly associates.

Absolute rip off. Doesn't matter if you're buying or selling. They pay next to nothing for clothes and charge the same prices as Marshals or Winners. Donate your clothes to a charity..... At least then you're helping someone out.

Staff are amazing but I honestly would advice you to not waste your time going here if you're trading for money. I brought in MULTIPLE, like brand new mend products (Nike, Polo, Tommy, Guess, etc) and the only thing that was taken was a shirt from Old Navy (not like brands matter... but still). They told me they were "out of style and old" when I literally received them for Christmas, these t-shirts, long sleeves and sweaters were never worn because they didn't fit and were at the back of my closet with tags still on and didn't have a gift receipt so going here was my best option. It had nothing to do with "overstock" because the mens section is small...I came in with hundreds of dollars of clothing and walked out with the majority of them and a few extra dollars. I would not reccomend selling here at all, you won't get any bang for your buck.

I took in a number of gently used, some never worn at all, some with tags still. All clean (except for some pet hair, I have two furry dogs). The only thing they offered money on was for the pants that still had tags on. Tags were $55, they wanted to give me $20 for three pairs. Not sure why no other items were taken, there were 4 beautiful coats in the box during winter season too. Same thing happened last time I went, I won’t be returning.

I wasn't really please with the service when I walk in to the store. I wasn't greated at all when entering the store. Not a single associate had came up and asked if everything okay I had a hand full of stuff and no one asked if they can open a fitting room on anything. Once I was at cash she just balled my items and shoved it in a bag. I had to take my item out and refold everything. There was no care in banging the items. And I was just shoved off at the end by saying your all done here. There was No thank you for shopping have a great day nothing. I have been working in customer service for 9 years now in retail and as a cashier so I know that if customer service is really important so it just wasn't pleasant coming in to the store.

TIPS TO BRING IN CLOTHES TO PLATOS : Be clean and neet folded clothes and clean !!! Would you like to buy or even go through someone’s dirty laundry ? No. Be resonable with the price you are going to get. Items that are used aren’t worth the same price as brand new, and they have to profit as well. If a price offered is not to your liking TAKE IT BACK !!! I have brought bags to the store and took it back because I did not think the price offered was eneough that’s ok ! There is no comimmet just take it back . The wait time depends on the day and how busy the store is. I have waited 10 min but I have also waited 1h , be prepared! Garbage bags are not accepted, they are really nice as to try they’re best to go through garbage bags but sometimes they do deny going through them . Bring new styles . Even if it’s brand new, if it is old they won’t take it. Great place to shop ! You do have to hunt a little bit since there is a lot of product in the store, I would say go there often because the good items sell right away. Some of the pricing doesn’t seem fair when you are selling, so I would say not to bring much of the higher end since you won’t get much, for example I was offered around 12 for a coach purse so I just took it back .

not the first time being disappointed coming here, Half the things I brought in were things that I have never worn (I bought last year from forever 21) so they are definitely not outdated. While looking for jeans while waiting I found a pair with a big rip down the side that clearly wasn’t suppose to be there but they took that? And didn’t take anything from my basket! I’m tired of wasting my time, i don’t recommend wasting your time because they don’t take things that they say they are looking for...

Not taking boxes or paper containers for clothes. This is not indicated anywhere. I was told 45 minutes and waited over an our watching people who'd entered after me leave come and go with their boxes. They hadn't even touched mine. Update your cover regulations and make them well known or post them. And be more specific about timing. Very disappointed

Went there for the first time today with my mom,we had two baskets of clothes to give them for cash like the add states. We shopped around while they went through our clothes, and when we were done we asked if they were done. They told us that they found stains, and outdated clothing, and they weren't going to take any of it. There was some brand new clothes in there that had never been worn, and we went through them before we brought them down. We had Roxy, Adidas, Hurley, and more brands in there. Not to mention while shopping we saw some things that were horridly outdated and would not sell because they are definitely not "trendy". Also, while shopping we saw names that are not huge, such as Joe Fresh, and Streetwear/Stitches, and Ardene's. So they're not strictly the top name brands they claim to be. I was not impressed at all, especially since they didn't give us anything for our clothing that was indeed perfectly fine. I will not be shopping there ever again, this is not some where I would recommend someone to shop.
