I have been a Cleo's customer since the 90s, and a Ricki's customer for the past several years, but now I found these two stores combined. I used to look for business wear, now I am into casual attire for most activities. I can always find something that I like there without breaking the budget.

They know my wife on sight, even though she only goes once in a while. They make her feel welcome. Their clothing styles are really good, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality. My wife always looks great when she wears their clothing.

I really like this store. The staff are very nice and there is a lot of selection since the clothing from both Cleo and Ricki's can be found in this place. It didn't matter when I visited just before their closing time, the staff was helpful and I found great tops for my mother. Also, the store is always clean and organized. I gave it a 4/5 because once they are busy, 5 clients in the store, it was very hard to grab the attention of any of the 3 staff members present at that time, and it took a long time to get help. Overall good experience whenever I visited.

Friendly service & helpful staff. Styles are for older women (Cleo), fabrics mostly synthetic & not always comfortable especially for hot weather.

Absolute terrible customer service. I usually find these products to be high quality. I purchased a blazer and washed maybe 2-3 times on cold hung to dry. It pulled like crazy and stitching unraveled. Brought it in and shift manager told me it was absolutely a quality issue and that I needed to call their customer service line. Customer service line then told me that it was a wear and tear issue (as per the store manager who didn't even see the product) and they would not do anything for me. Unbelievable. I was a regular customer but after this I will not be purchasing anything from this brand again. Not to mention that they sent me this in an email instead of trying to speak with my directly. Just blatantly did not care one bit about their customer. Clearly no longer a good quality brand. Wear an $80 blazer a couple of times don't expect it to last. I would love if someone tried to resolve this issue. Otherwise I will not be reccommending anyone shop here.

As soon as we walked into the store she made sure to help us as much as she could and put a smile on both mine and my wifes face.
