Great selection of gear and amazing staff! I had bought mittens that were too small a couple of days before having to isolate. When I reached out to Unlimited to ask for an extension to return them, they were more than understanding and took a lot of stress away! Really appreciate having such a great local store.

Jaime was so helpful and kind. We had a broken binding and she worked with us for nearly an hour trying to fix it. When the binding turned out to be a lost cause, she helped us find new ones and installed them for us. Awesome experience and the store had a great selection.

I had the BEST experience yesterday (march 5th 2019) at Unlimited! I came in with my 3 month old puppy, Timber and we were instantly greeted by all the awesome staff! They were super rad and friendly! One of the staff (I think Jeremy- Tall Aussie with long hair and beard) offered to hold his leash and walk Timber around the store while I shopped. It completely made my day! Timber's first day to Banff a total success thanks to all the amazing people working at Unlimited! Huge shout out to all the homies working yesterday cant wait to return regularly! Cheers, Em and Timber!

Great store for snowboard gear, with a good selection of products and super helpful staff that is focused on taking the time to help people find the right equipment. I had to ask for help but their sales person, Sarah, was enthusiastic about explaining the different options in the new goggles and helped me find a pair that worked great for me!

As a skier... I should remove a star as only sell snow boards... but that is just a philosophical thing. They have a huge selection of snowboard gear... and a whole bunch that even skiers would enjoy. They carry every brand you would want. Very knowledgeable staff who are always friendly. If you need gear go here. Not a souvenir shop.

Spend a few thousand dollars on snowboard gear for a family of four every year. Have pledged no loyalty to any shops until now- We get such great service here that we will return and get all our gear here. We have bought two new pairs of boots here, two new pairs of bindings recently and some other small items. Always friendly, always great service. Like that the staff don't try to fill you with bullshit jargon rather explain it--- ie. Frost bite edges and magnetraction etc etc... Will return- can't say enough good things!

You know what separates a great gear shop from the normal ones? Staff and customer service that legitimately cares. I've had some nightmares with other places I've bought gear from, but Unlimited Skate and Snow stands by their products. Had a pair of otherwise amazing snow pants that started to fray a bit early that I bought last season at this shop, and when I looked into the warranty on the manufacturer's website, it said to contact the store I purchased. Was super worried I was going to get the run around, but not here! I sent an email in the middle of the night about the warranty and getting the gear replaced and they responded nearly the minute the store opened. No fuss, no argument, just politeness and helpfulness from their staff. Prompt and effective service is so rare these days and I really, really appreciate it. Shoutout to Tyler P, your boss needs to give you a raise!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! These guys were happy to chat to us about prices when we were inside their shop however proceed to abuse us online. They made it clear that they are only interested in tourists money and nothing else. The only thing "unlimited" about this company is their fake customer service and unprofessional approach business. Don't waste your time. Cheaper and better service elsewhere in the local area.

I had a problem with one of the hats that I puchased 3 months ago, and I have to said that the people from Unlimited shop help me a lot and gave me the best solution and support. Of course this things hapens in life , and some items can be defective, so is totally understandable. Bought snowboard boots in October 2020, and had a great experience with getting help with sizing & fit. Returned in November for some Untld-branded shirts (the med-weight grey & red plaid ones - so good !), and again in Jan 2021 for bindings. Got great advice when selecting a binding for my skill level and goals, and they walked me through the entire installation process, in case I need to make any changes once on the hill.

Relaxed, helpful, so friendly. I was grumpy and tired when i walked in and they perked me up with good chats. I was served by a long haired kiwi guy who understood exactly the style of jacket i was after and was spot on with his suggestion. Walked out with a sick jacket a few minutes later (had been looking for weeks). He also took the time to go through ALL the goggle brands in great detail and which ones fit glasses underneath. Appreciated the honest opinions and advice! Everyone else was lovely too! Cheers!
