A year ago I found my perfect winter nighty at RMFC. Except... I never received it. I wrote however many e-mails. Apparently it was resent. No postage tracking, no communications. No pjs. No refund. Nothing. HOW DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

I had a really great shopping experience here with Jess (it was a few weeks ago so the name may be wrong - apologies), a very helpful Kiwi girl. The shirt I thought, at first, was a bit expensive for me (being here on a work and holiday visa), now though I see that the price is absolutely worth the quality. The shirt is so soft and warm, the only one problem with it is I struggle to wear it as my girlfriend likes it just as much as I do! Make sure to wash on a cold and delicate spin cycle, and hang dry to ensure longevity of the product. Recommended as a souvenir, or gift: the timeless classic Canadian lumberjack shirt will give me memories of this wonderful place for years to come.

Really nice good quality mens and women's products. They have lined shirts which are incredibly soft and warm. Good variety of sizes. Pj's, shirts, jackets, pants you name it they have it in flannel.

A women working at the store made an awkward and unnecessary conment on where I shop for clothing because of my "petite" body type .. no greeting at all. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will not be going there again.

The store has amazing selection, and great staff who will help you find sizes that work for you. After picking out some clothes, the owner answered some questions about where to eat around where we were staying. **Their location has moved from Canmore to Banff. AWFUL company. I modelled for them back in November 10th 2014, travelled from Toronto to Montreal for the shoot (out of pocket for the travel expenses because I was planning to get PAID). I have STILL yet to get paid for my time. They have been using my photos and images ever since. My agents and myself have tried reaching out multiple times with no luck. I called recently to speak to the owner Gayle and explained my story to someone over the phone who rudely interrupted me to say "I don't care about your story". Please don't support a company that doesn't care about people or their livelihood

Went there to buy some Christmas presents, I knew exactly what I wanted, it should have been an easy and quick shopping experience. 2 women were working, both of them on the phone. We were the only customers in the shop and yet completely ignored. We waited there for 15minutes when one of the lady (still on the phone and obviously annoyed by our presence) asked us if we needed something. We left the shop without buying anything. Not a hello or a goodbye from the staff. I guess they don’t need our business. Won’t go back there, there are other shops in Banff way more welcoming and respectful of their customers.

Unfortunately, this company is not size inclusive. Disappointing, especially at this point in time. I guess welcoming the business of plus size women and men is not a priority for The Rocky Mountain Flannel Company. Not to worry, I have informed my friends and colleagues, all of whom value size inclusivity (and please do not assume all of those I’ve informed are also fat. We have non-fat friends too- friends come in all shapes and sizes, just like pajamas should).

While visiting Banff my friends and I stopped by Rocky Mountain Flannel Company. I wanted to purchase a flannel jacket and Gayle was so helpful. They didn’t have my preferred size in stock so Gayle shipped the item from the Jasper location to Toronto (where I’m from) without charging me shipping! She was super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Quality of the jacket is 10/10 and it also came with a free tote!

I bought a couple shirts there about 8 months ago. They're really great quality and have kept their shape/ condition super nicely. The woman at the store was so nice when I bought it, and their Customer Service agents are absolutely incredible. I will most definitely be buying from here again.

This store & the products are phenomenal! I've been dreaming about my l-o-n-g flannel nightgown for the past year, after my initial visit! I didn't just get a fabulous nightgown, I also left with a flannel shirt!! But wait!! Not only did I buy the shirt, Gail, the owner, met my idea of a flannel, fitted shirt for a more tailored look! She added darts in both front & back for no extra charge. And, because I was leaving Canmore the next day, she shipped it to Saskatoon 2 days later with no shipping charge. I had a superb experience at the Rocky Mountain Flannel Company!! Not only am I recommending it to others, but I will also return!

I had a wonderful online shopping experience with this store. I received the wrong size shirt and when I contacted them about it, they apologized and immediately sent the right size. They also told me to keep the wrong one and included some chocolates with the shipment of the new shirt. Now that's customer service! I have already placed another order with them.
