Awesome spot to have a bite. I like the small cozy places like this one, with friendly staff and great food. There is a nice patio area as well. Local craft beers available for those who like pizza and beer. Very good price for an excellent quality pizza.

I would agree with these people, their statements are very true, and these people are thinking what I was thinking but their coming out saying it, and I would like to add that the only people that are giving good reviews are people who are starving to death. Also Tina Teddy & Poodaidai that would be straight out $5 plus a 15% tax fee, not like other places where the pizzas actually taste good and are straight out $5. Kenny's pizza is 2x the size and cost less than this cardboard.

Great pizza at a great price and super friendly staff! Even the gluten free option was good (it was your standard frozen square crust but they load it up with toppings and don't charge an arm and a leg for the GF substitutions). Will definitely be going back for more!

They have an easy, straightforward 5 dollar deal for a slice and drink but unlink other pizza places, this really is just a slice. Not a double and not a huge one. But they are really good!

Simply great pizza, made fresh, local recipe is one of the best pizzas I had. I cannot call it fine dining, but it's not typical fast food place - every five star review about is true, staff is nice, outdoor seating available. Since it's not frozen "food" - expect 20 minutes cooking time, you will not regret it.

Toms Pizza, what an absolute gem! Fantastic pizza, incredibly delicious, Cape Breton class friendly staff & service too! Struggled to choose a place for dinner during our stay, so glad we chose Toms Pizza. Believe me, my wife and I know pizza, we've been making hallmark pizzas for years, dough from scratch & tossed to size, when family comes over they beg for pizza. Toms is the only pizza we've ever had that rivals, well I'll admit, matches or beats our own. I'm biased a little, but good thing we are from Vancouver island, cuz if our family had some of Toms,.our reputation would be in serious trouble!! We just loved this place and can't wait to return to Baddeck for more!! :)

Stopped by for lunch after touring the Alexander Graham Bell Historic Site. We ordered the Tom's Special, which had pepperoni, peppers, olives, and pineapples. This is the best pizza I've ever had; the dough was crispy and soft, even the crust too! The cheese was deliciously stringy, and the toppings were delicious. Great family-run restaurant.

We just moved to Baddeck and are on 14 day quarantine. I call Tom'sand explained our situation and asked if they deliver which they do not however they offered to have someone run the pizzas up to us as we are just around the corner from them which we that was just amazing. Great customer service, great sense of community, and amazing pizza. We will most definitely be back for more!

We finally got a chance to drop in, the night before we did the Cabot Trail, and we very quickly so what all the buzz was about! As we entered the door there was a person playing classic rock tunes in which the workers and customers in the restaurant saying along with. Pizza was very very good! No shortage of toppings on these pies! It was a great family outing sitting on the back deck enjoying a slice of our favorite pie and listening as everyone saying Sweet Caroline! Bump, bump, bum! Good Times Never Felt So Good!

I was really impressed by the quality of the pizza. I has a tasty combination pizza (pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms). My friend had a vegetarian which had a whopping 6 or 7 ingredients! The price was decent: $5 for a slice and can of pop (taxes in). You can opt to have only the slice of pizza for $3.75 (again, taxes in). I literally ate 3 slices because it was so good—plus I was starving. Compared to the prices for entire pizzas, I believe it's a better deal to buy the individual slices, with the caveat being you only have the choice of plain cheese, pepperoni, combination, or vegetarian.

While the wait was long, it was worth it. Got in to town late on Tuesday and didn't want to cook, so we grabbed a couple of pizzas and some garlic bread. Everything was delicious! Garlic bread was so good we considered buying more the next day when we made our own pasta. Sauce is a good balance of acidity and sweet, mozzarella is good quality which is so nice these days. Would recommend!

I heard from the locals that Tom’s Pizza was the best in town, so we decided to check it out. We were not disappointed! The pizza slices were fresh and huge! The service was impeccable! The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely be back! The owner even came out to say hello and ask how the food was. I loved that they had a good selection of diet flavored pop too! Definitely check this place out!

I heard great things about Tom's pizza and was looking forward to going there during my stop in Baddeck. The pizza didn't live up to the hype. I ordered 2 different pizzas, vegetarian and chicken, and they were okay at best. The staff was pleasant and the restaurant itself is quite lively. They also open until late which is good because there isn't much to eat out there.

Pizza was good but prices seemed exceptionally high for….pizza. Seems to be a locals favourite, but for someone who comes from a place where you can throw a stone and hit 5 chain and independent (some artisan) pizza places, what I paid almost $30 for here would be $15 locally…for arguably better pizza. Friendly staff and a solid check on vaccination certs for eat in however which was a plus.

Arrived in Baddeck quite late on Saturday and found that most eating establishments were closed. Our Bed and Breakfast hosts recommended that we visit Tom's as their pizza was very good, and they were open late. The pizza was very good, also decided that we would try some of their garlic pizza as well. The pizza arrived fairly quickly as well as the garlic knots. The amount you get for the price you pay is amazing. Would highly recommend eating here.

For a small piece of wet cardboard, and for this price it is pretty much robbery to everyone who buys anything there, this is ridiculous. I would say add more sauce, cheese, doe, and no more human hair or foreign object in my food.

Tried the 9” garlic fingers and 9” pizza. Both gluten free. Overall wasn’t too bad. Wasn’t a lot of flavour. Next time will try regular crust. Garlic fingers were not served with sauce. Advice to the owners. The place could be a little cleaner. Several tables were dirty and we had to wipe down our own table.

Looking for dinner place after 9pm on a Friday night (Aug 3). Just off puffin tour cruise originating from Big Bras Dor (Old Route 5). Not many places open, and decided Baddeck was our best bet. Arrived at 9:30 and found Tom's Pizza On the Main Street Baddeck. Very casual. Busy when we arrived. Medium sized dining area or pizza for take-home. Modest menu. Many full dressed pizza choices. Tom's special is a great choice. Pizza was outstanding and brought to table if eating in. Staff helpful and courteous. A great place for a casual meal pizza. Would be great for a family with younger kids. Would definitely go back.

People only visit this place and buy pizza from it because it's the only pizza around, not because it's good. If you were to have another pizza place anywhere in a 15 minute range, your place would be like the Sahara desert in minutes, and people from miles around would be flocking to the other pizza place.

Pizza is a bit overrated. Not bad but not amazing. Somehow they ran out of cheese slices so I was forced to get a pepperoni and remove the pepperoni pieces as I do not eat pork. Wouldn't recommend unless it's late you have no other option

One of the best pizza shops in CB! Great service. Did takeout and service was on time for pickup. Combination pizza was awesome. My wife loved her veggie pizza as well. Takeout only due to pandemic at this point.

Our host from High Street Inn recommended this pizza place. It was good but too much crowded for a small town. Take out wait time was more than 45 minutes. The staff were good. I think the price was a little over, but I don’t have anything to compare nearby. They have a patio sitting area.

Dined there on two consecutive nights because it was one of the very few places that had vegetarian options and was open late well past the closing time of most of the restaurants in the area. Simple and fresh food. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stop for freshly made pizza. They are open late night. Staff is super friendly. They can make half pizzas so that you can mix and match your favourites. They also have a good selection of local craft beers to choose from. I would highly recommend Tom's Pizza!!!

Stayed in Tom's apartment above the pizza parlour with my family - 2 boys and my wife - we loved the 3 bedroom apartment, great deal and loved the pizza just as much. Everyone at Tom's is so friendly and helpful I would recommend the pizza and the rental property!

Tom's pizza gets a high rating for the quality of its product. We sat with a couple who make their own pizzas using quality products. Purpose built ovens, and with passion. They underlined our own assessment of the pizza. The crust is is not too thin or thick, it gives a great base for the quality and plentiful toppings. This is a quality pizza at a fair price. You'll need to book ahead as this place is popular in season. The only downside I see is service in that you need to order at the counter and find a table. While this approach could keep costs down it does mean that you may not find a seat that works well for your party, especially for larger groups. This is must try if you're in the area.

First time ever coming to Baddeck. My family came from Cheticamp to explore Baddeck. We came here for lunch and it has to be the best pizza I have ever tasted. I would drive from Ontario to here just to eat some. Highly recommend. The staff is lovely too which is a plus.

Great pizza and quick service. They have Parmesan cheese and spicy pepper flakes at the tables as well as salt and pepper. This was the only restaurant I've been in where they offered an extra plate for the toddler before we asked for it. The toddler's hat got left behind and somebody ran out after us just as we realized we had left it behind. Friendly staff and customers, and a beautiful view on the balcony.

We called at 6:30pm on a Friday night and still only had to wait 20 minutes for our pizza. Service was fast and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the pizza was delicious. Heads up that Tom's Special pizza packs a bit of heat. It's great if you're a fan of hot peppers. ????
