I trusted them to get one item right I ordered online, and they blew it. It took so long to get here that I no longer have the time to return it. Thanks for messing up Halloween for my child. Came in to see if they had old-style popcorn bowls and striped paper popcorn bags. Guess what?! They did! Probably the only place in Barrie that carries this kind of stuff short of robbing the local cinema. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Directed me to the right spot immediately. I should give it a 3star rating as when I asked a young man to help me get somthing of a high shelf, he just looked at me and said that it was not his department and walked away. My 5 star rating is about a you man in the meat department whom I asked if he could get me any help (I had already walked through the store 2x to find someone available) and this young gentlemen didn't hesitate he just ask where to go and he helped me. I would give that 10 stars. Unfortunately I did not ask first his name.

Nicely located and they have a bit of everything here. Do kinda wish they had a wider variety brand wise but they do have a wide variety balloon wise with different shapes and colours. My biggest pet peeve with Party City is alot of the merchandise is hanging from heights a 5'10" cannot even reach. It was easy to get things down but to put them back when you decide its not something you want resulted in me just laying it on the shelf cause I coulden't reach the Peg. I was only able to find 1 staff member working in the whole store which I thought was funny because there are 6 or 7 cash registers up front coulden't ever see them needing those. Check out was quick and I got what I needed so overall satisfied.

When I made it to the store there was no such costume there, double check on the website and they updated it within the last day, online only. Had they said that from the beginning I could have skipped going there instead of waiting a half hour drive and gas for nothing.

This summer, I planned my friends baby shower and visited this place probably ten times in a month. Every other time I'd have a negative experience. There seems to be an issue with staffing here, and instead of handling it with some grace, the employees choose to take zero ownership. I remember when the lights shut off 10 minutes before close.. "That wasn't me" says the employee, "it's an automatic system from the previous store." I find it hard to believe because I'm sure it's a safety issue. Made me feel like I was wasting their time spending my money at their store. Today, I went in because it's time for me to plan my engagement shower. I had 15 minutes to browse and pick up a couple things. There were 4 people in line and two cashiers. All of a sudden the second disappears and the one cashier is responsible for 4 customers waiting to pay for 1-2 items, and then a balloon order comes up. The customers are looking at eachother in disbelief. I was out of time and patience. I put my things down and left. I get better service at the Dollar Store. I'll probably just buy these generic items on Amazon. Never again.

One tip is if you're looking for balloons bouquets then have an idea of the colors and possible theme beforehand that will help you make decisions faster at the store. Also, I would not recommend balloon bouquets for outdoor events, especially on even mildly windy days.

I walked into this place not really knowing what I was looking for , I found all kinds of great ideas for the 40th birthday party I was buying for, this is when the staff kicked in one particular lady saw the lost look in my eye and came over, she set me up with balloons explaining transportation and set up once I got home . I will definitely be back again prices are very reasonable especially for a specialty place I was very surprised and pleased with the experience

Today, I spent around 50$ on a banner and balloons and when I got home and unrolled the banner I was very disappointed. There was a huge ink blot on the banner and the print job was very streaky. I’m mostly disappointed that the staff obviously saw these issues with the banner and still thought it was an acceptable product to give to a customer. I would recommend going to another location or even trying another party supply store altogether.

This store is incredible. The layout is well organized, with literally anything and everything you could possibly imagine needing or wanting for a party. Plates, balloons, decorations, party favours, costumes, they have it all. My only CON would be the price. I purchased 2 number shaped balloons (2+6) for my friend's 26th birthday, and it cost over $40. I can hardly believe that a little piece of plastic and some helium would be valued at that price... Overall good store though!

We had a question about products listed on the website that showed as available, but the staff refused to even look at what was on the site, saying that if it wasn't in the specific section then the didn't have it. We immediately found one of the products on an adjacent shelf. Maybe we caught them in a challenging moment, but it wasn't a good experience.

I love Party City. The costume selection is good. The products are reasonable priced. I recently was there to birthday supplies and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of wrapping paper. The one issue I had was not enough staff. That's to be expected a lot if retail stores are looking for staff. Now that they are part of Triangle rewards I definitely will recommend Party City for all you party and Halloween supplies and costumes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I highly recommend to stay far away from this store. Staff are poorly managed and no one has a clue how long a latex balloon filled with helium lasts for. I bought balloons less than 24 hours ago and the balloons are completely deflated. I was told prior to purchasing the balloons from an employee that they would last 48 hours. I was told over the phone I could get them replaced or refunded with my receipt. When I get there they say I can't do neither because latex balloons now "only last up to 12 hours". The manager Krystin was no help and took her employees word over mine. This location wasted my time, money and ruined my event.

Lots of supplies for any occasion or party. Not the cheapest place, but they do have a lot of different themes. A wide variety of balloons as well what day do cost quite a bit. For just regular helium balloons you can go to the dollar store and save quite a bit of money.

I made a balloon order to be filled with helium with a pick up time for 11:30AM and when I arrived none of them were filled. I made an order for 16 regular and 3 large balloons, 1 of the large balloons popped as THEY filled it with helium and I when asked for a refund they refused to offer any kind of compensation, not even for the helium for that one balloon($6). Very disappointing!

Tried to return my 2 year old sons holloween costume because it didn't fit apparently you can't return it because a policy that I was not made aware of the on the 24th when I bought the costume being the last day your allowed to return costumes so they aren't worn and returned which I understand but clearly my son being 2 and holloween still 6 days away and the receipt showing I haven't even had posestion of the costume for 24 hours should show it hasn't been worn and returned. Poor customer service if you ask me will not be returning to party city after my experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE---Very very inconsiderate of their customers--- very disorganized with the line ups for helium fill ups. I have supported this store before and nothing has changed-- not helpful or considering of their customers. On September 29th a young lady at around 1030am was at the till helping my friend and I preorder balloons for our other friends birthday that night. We were told the wrong lower price of the balloons we wanted to purchase when calling on the phone and therefore when we approached the till we only had $40 cash so we can prepay to order the balloons we wanted blown up. The balloons rang up to be $40. 65 and I had only spare change of $0.60 in my pocket. She wouldnt let us pay the $40.60, wouldnt let us bring the other $0.05 when we came back to pick up our order and we had no other method of payment therefore we immediately left since that is horrible service and we did not deserve the attitude that the employee was serving us with. We supported another better store, the local Dollar Store where we were treated with exceptional service.

Ordered some balloons for my daughter's birthday. .I didn't notice until we gave then to her after school that the peppa pig balloon she really wanted and I PAID for wasn't in with the rest of them. The balloons started to fall within 3 hrs of bring them home (before she was even home from school)

The managers are very racist, they act like they care but they dont. this is the worse place to work or go to shop for anything, people need to report HR cuz the manager hinself yelled at me and told me to fk off. This is very unacceptable behavior by someone of that age.

I am Giving a two, due to a halloween costume I was so eager to get! I seen that they had the toddler beast costume, and I personally went there 3 Different times to get one, and they kept saying they couldn’t find it? Totally was not happy. The third time I went back, the one women that was getting the costumes said call tomorrow and we will hold one for you! Okay so I did just that and jokes on me there sold out? I’m not impressed with how unorganized they we’re or the customer service.

Within Brampton I'd say this is the better stocked locations. Fairly big, remote and not often overly busy. Staff are friendly and approachable. Whatever you do don't rely on their website when it says they have items at specific locations. It's a total ruse to get you. Always call ahead!!! The website has fooled me multiple times and they need to fix it. You know it's bad if all their employees tell you not to trust their own website. Tsk. Other than that this location has never let me down.

Hit and miss depending on what you're after. Some years for Halloween they get awesome stuff for sale..this year no ouija so a bit of a disappointment. But if you want crazy stuff, never hurts looking here. Especially for crazy balloons
