Both brands, OshKosh and Carters are best quality children apparel and they do have them on sale occasionally. In any location, you can tell by speaking with their customer service reps how this company take efforts in hiring quality people as their store reps. Always best customer service experience any store you go! Well managed stores, well maintained website.

I went for curbside pickup but I didn’t read that only half my order was available. When I was greeted at the door I was instructed very clearly and happily on how I can still figure out how to get a new order in a timely manner. The staff was exceptional and amazing for having to work on a long weekend.

I personally had many great experiences at this location. The manager Chrissy is very patient and helpful. She has helped me put together beautiful outfits on different occasions. Recently I’ve called about a product I was looking for and she offered to give me a call if they receive it. Highly recommend visiting this location.

Awful customer service and management. I called in to confirm I could return baby clothes for my newborn, as we received quite a few duplicates, for a Carter's/OshKosh gift card. Store rep confirmed with the manager that it was possible. I drove 20 minutes to their location and they wouldn't allow it, said I could only exchange it for stuff on the spot. I told them that makes absolutely no sense when a gift card forces you to purchase from the same store, why couldn't it be possible, AND I spoke to someone previously about this. I'd recommend going to the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall location instead. Staff is much friendlier, helpful and stays true to their word.

Always had a great experience shopping at this location. Staff is excellent they go above and beyond to help you. You are always greeted and asked if any assistance is needed. This is one of the best Carter’s location to shop from. Satisfied customer!! Will def shop again from this location.

One word - Horrible Customer Service !!!! The store itself is fine however the customer service sucks. I asked one of the associates there for something and she answered very vaguely without assisting further. I needed to find something and she told me it should be around the store - OK that doesn’t help at all. The cashier who I think was the store manager was beyond rude - no hello or any greeting. When I asked her about one item I was purchasing she made me feel dumb. Upon leaving no thank you or even a smile on her face and she’s supposed to be the manager of the store - WHAT A JOKE !!! No wonder the store associates dont have proper customer service skills when the manager themselves have no skills.

I don't usually come to this location because some of the workers can be quite rude except for the British lady but I was helped by such a nice young lady yesterday who helped me pick clothes for my granddaughter. I don't remember the girls name but I think it was Abby. I would shop here more often if the workers were more like her and the British lady.

Horrible location. I was told they were closing in half hour so I had to leave the line outside. She said no one was close to done and they were at capacity. Literally a minute later 4 people walk out. Staff is rude. Avoid this location.
