Had a great experience here last week with Natalia! She was super down to earth and could hang with my loud group of bridesmaids. She offered honest, no sales pressure opinions (though I did end up getting the most expensive one out of my selection because I liked it the most ????) I would absolutely recommend Natalia for her on point consultant skills. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because my group had to wait quite awhile at the end while they sorted some shipping codes with the wearhouse, would have been nice to leave and have them call us if anything required clarification as we were there for an hour longer than we needed to be. Store manager was also very attentive and energetic! All around super nice staff and a great experience. Was able to find my dress and all my bridesmaids dresses in one place! Would recommend!

My consultant Hallie did a fantastic job guiding me to try different types of dresses, and was very knowledgeable about fabrics, trains, and silhouettes. Sure was mindful of my budget, and was very accommodating when I added some friends to my audience via zoom. I didn't think I'd find my dress, but I did and I'm super excited! The only negative is that there is no wifi available at this store, which was so surprising. Especially during COVID, it's nice to be able to have friends join through video conferencing. I had to use a ton of data for a 30 minute zoom call so my daughters in the US could be there. What kind of business these days does not have wifi?

I came in a bit frantic because my wedding was less than a month away... Natalia was incredible she literally calmed my nerves and showed me the most gorgeous dresses, she had the most genuine compliments and when I tried on the 3rd dress I knew it was the one when I saw the look on both her face and my sister’s face. The service here is truly exceptional. Price is very reasonable as well. The floor manager Shanaz and our sales Sarah are extremely friendly, patient, enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming. Even tho there were many customers, they were very attentive and caring nonetheless. This has been the most comfortable shopping experience we had in years. People shopping here all seem really happy and satisfied. I must give Sarah some extra credits, she went out of her way to help us source the dress we want, and we do appreciate the effort. I would recommend anyone looking for wedding dresses to come and give it a try. Remember to call ahead to book a slot for fitting.

I was here for a bridal appointment accompanying a close friend, Liana was our bridal consultant. We immediately felt welcomed and like we were right at home. She walked us through the store and gave us great advice, listening to every detail we asked for and making sure it was within the brides price range. She asked before putting her in each dress and made sure she had the right undergarments to make the dress look as close to the finished result as possible. After a couple dresses we found the one! Liana even shed a few tears along with us. We hand picked the perfect accessories together and put the final look together. I will continue to come back to David’s bridal and request Liana as my stylist again. Can’t wait to come back for bridesmaids dresses soon! Thank you so much to Liana and staff for making dreams come true tonight and being a part of this magical experience for such a sweet friend.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses and could not have asked for anything more! Ishanika was my stylist and she was so kind, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She listened to what I wanted but also chose some dresses that she thought would fit me, and I ended up loving (and saying yes to!) one of the dresses that she picked for me! My mom came with me and she also had a wonderful experience. We never felt rushed or pushed into a decision which was really refreshing. We actually had another appointment at a nearby bridal store and ended up coming back to David's Bridal to purchase my dress partly because of our great experience there. Kelly (I think manager of the store?) was also really lovely and she helped us with finalizing our decision about the dress and also assisted us and provided ideas for bridesmaid dress selections. Overall, I felt heard throughout the process and that the staff really cared about my experience there. I would highly recommend David's Bridal in Langley to anyone looking for a wedding dress!!

I spent a couple of hours a David’s Bridal in Langley this evening in search of a formal dress to wear to a wedding. The sales person that assisted me was Natalia. She advised on the selection available and allowed time for me to chose without any pressure. The store manager, Shanaz was very helpful in providing me with feedback on the dresses I tried on and even brought a pair of heels for me to have a better idea. The cashier Nareka was pleasant and booked a follow up appointment for alterations. Overall very positive experience and Shanaz is developing her team with excellent customer service skills. I will be back to shop for my daughter’s grad dress soon!

I send my dress to be made and customize, and a week before the wedding the person who made it didn’t do a great job! They saved my big day with great service! You must come here! And fix all!! Had a bridal appointment this past weekend and it was great! Location was easy to find, store was spacious, and our consultant was lovely. Sarah greeted us at the front, asked a few questions, and let us walk around to find dresses while staying close by to converse and answer any of our questions. She was quick to note down any dresses to try on and had my change room ready quickly. I had a few guests and we all enjoyed having her. She was also great to talk to in the in-between moments of helping me into the dresses, gave me space to think about what I thought, and made sure we were all comfortable and got what we needed. Plus, we were able to walk around and see bridesmaids dresses and was given a catalogue. I would say there is a bigger selection for bridesmaids dresses, so I will definitely be going back.

The appointment was lovely, I bought my wedding dress there. The consultant and every staff member I spoke with were amazing and sweet. The only thing I wish was different was more space. There were a lot of appointments happening and very loud groups of bridesmaids having a great time but I felt it got extremely hot I couldn't hear my group over everyone else.

My fiance I brought to the booking said that it was the most relaxing shopping experience he's ever had ever had and can't wait to come back. Not pushy at all and I didn't get the sense that there was a sales quota/that they were pushing you to buy something. Rishika was extremely professional and was able to give me a couple of very viable options to choose from. It is so nice in this day and age that one can go into a store and not be judged for their choices of clothing. Thank you to Shanaz as well for her welcoming hospitality. The appointment was only an hour, but I could have stayed all afternoon!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Sarah, she was so kind and encouraging. She made my experience wonderful and made me feel welcome and at home. I've been searching for my wedding dress for quite a while now and had tried on at least 60 different dresses but Sarah was able to pinpoint exactly what I was looking for with a beautiful veil to boot. I visited David’s Bridal with the intention of just browsing for wedding dress and bridesmaids dress styles. I left buying a dress that will be perfect for my wedding day. The manager, Shamaz, was constantly walking around greeting everyone and making sure things were running smoothly. She called in especially to see if a new wedding dress could be rush ordered in they take a while to ship. Liana helped me with my wedding dress fitting and was so skilled!! She listened to what I want and respected my budget. She was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her to do your fitting. I ran over time with my fitting, but they were able to find me someone to assist with bridesmaid dresses so I didn’t need to come back. Allie helped me with this.

I came into David’s Bridal not expecting anything as I had already chosen “the one” at a store just before David’s, though I haven’t made the purchase. I had also been to 5 other stores and I was exhausted. I just walked in because I already had an appointment booked and I thought, why not? I was introduced to Liana to help me find a dress. I told her exactly what I like and she took a quick glance at a photo of the dress I chose from the other store. She came back with a dress she believed I would love and I tried it on hesitantly as I didn’t think I would find any better than the other dress. I put the dress on and as soon as I looked in the mirror, I was floored as I had never tried anything on that I loved right away. My mom and sister who were with me were not expecting a dress that could look even better than the previous one either. We were all so excited, even more so after Liana picked accessories that looked beautiful with the dress. I said yes to the dress without any hesitation and purchased it that day. My sister who is my matron of honour also found her dress which is the first dress she tried on. I would like to thank Liana for helping me and my sister out. We couldn’t be more grateful for such amazing customer service. Her patience and eye for detail is incredible which makes her so good at what she does! I recommend this store and, of course, working with Liana!

A shout out to Ishanika for attending to me in the dressing room. She is so professional and made me feel so good about myself. Shanaz Nurudin the Sales Manager also jumped right in to suggest dresses and show me everything I was looking for. She also gave me the warmest welcome upon entering the store.
