Every time I go in there no one says hello or asks if I need help. I was completely ignored. Not to mention there doors weren’t open on time and ppl were waiting. The were chatting while ppl were waiting outside. There just so rude and in my opinion they need to revamp and get ppl in there that know what there doing !

Lazy staff and Incompetent Staff. Would not allow me to try clothes on 15 minutes before they closed. Only had a couple of shirts and was only going to be 5 minutes. This isn't the first issue I have had with this store.

Cyber Monday I bought items online. The processing was slow. It took two weeks before they shipped and the I was informed that some of my order couldn't be filled as they were out of stock, due to their slow procedding. A week after they shipped my items to their store. It has yet to arrive. I ordered a running vest off ebay and got it from Cina in a week. The online store is horrible. Do not use it.

I went before closing with my mother and bought a pair of shorts that had a security tag on them, the tag didn't go off and the cashier didn't remove it after we paid. I noticed it was there after the store closed. I was incredibly frustrated and had to spend 15 minutes trying to remove the tag which could have been dangerous.

You can tell that kids run this store, first of all there is nothing bigger than a Large and good luck even finding this. Second of all it is like walking into a friend group of judgy teenage girls who don’t care you exist and offer no help. They let their friends budge in front of me in line and didn’t even look in my direction while paying just talked and talked to every one but the customers. Terrible experience here.

Went there to buy a pair of jeans. Was greeted by a nice employee who told me the specials. I was the only person in the store (who didn't work there) so one employee greeting me seemed sufficient. Not 15 seconds later, another person, who i assume was the manager, came over and started yelling at one of the other employees for chatting with a third employee while the second and third person folded clothes. The situation was so awkward I left the store immediately and bought jeans at another store. Tldr; Employees were nice. Manager was so terrible I felt I needed to leave so I did.

I just love their jeans. However I was in the store early January 2022 and a young lady working there informed me that the change rooms were closed but I could bring back the jeans if they didn't fit. Then the moment the sale was completed I was informed there are no refunds. When I contacted the manager and she apologized and offered me a full refund. . Looking back now I can see why this mistake happened.Overall Im happy with the service and love my jeans. They feel better quality than past pairs which lasted a long time.

I bought several items at this location. I never got the ladies name yet she was extremely helpful. As well as that the store was well organized, for example the sweaters were the smallest size to the largest. I'd recommend you go to this Blue Notes over the one in the Village Mall or Avalon Mall

Poor customer service! Be carefull with the price tags. Wrong price tags with so many items and the cashier wont even help you and cashier is very nasty when you ask its shows different price when they scan and the cashier wont even change it. The price on the shelf is different too and once they scan it shows different price, the price is more than what its shows on the tags and the shelf. Be carefull when paying. The price is deceiving but make sure they will give you the right price! I used to like this store but after this incidents I will never coming back!

the workers being nasty. i came in to buy my daughter back to school clothes and no one was help me. i was totally ignored. the one young emo (i think that is the right term) female with dark black eye make up and black shoulder length hair that i went to for help looked at me and fully ignored me. she obviously heard my question and then walked away and sat at the counter. (not even doing work) after finally getting my items ready to make purchase the cashier sighed at me before not making eye contact with me fully. felt very disrespected by the cashier and young female employee (i want to apologize for my bad english)
