I don't know the right term for a store like this, but it's too expensive to really be called a "dollar store". That being said, I really enjoyed shopping there - their arts and crafts supply selection was excellent - that's where I spent most of my time, but I was intrigued enough to check out every bit of the store. I will go there again, but with caution, because I think this is the kind of store you go to for unique stuff that you won't find in a normal dollar store, but for the basics it's probably not going to be the best deal in town. I still need to go back soon to see their Christmas stock. I'm sure it will be fun.

Two weeks ago I purchased a large quantity of decorations. I asked the clerk if I could return any that I didn't use. I was assured that I could do so. So I was shocked today when I was told I could only return within a week from purchase date. Apparently this is printed on the receipt.The customer service in this matter has really ticked me off especially considering many other stores are extending their return policy during COVID. One would think businesses would be bending over backwards to make sure they were keeping and promoting their business not alienating consumers.

A year ago the management stopped me from coming in in my wheelchair telling me that wheelchairs were no longer allowed there. After a phone call back East to the head office I received a phone call from the manager with an apology. I went back there today a year later and the manager watched my every move and told me to slow my wheelchair down. I won't be going back , I'd suggest you don't either.

They dont seem to want customer business. They are in a strip mall adjoined to a grocery store. You have to expect customers on foot bringing shopping cart from grocery store. But if there business is good enough to not allow me to park my cart inside the store. Then it is not good enough for my weekly trips I usually make.

This dollar store has a wide variety of products for some reasonable prices, though not everything costs a dollar, it's still pretty affordable. Some of the items are actually pretty good quality for the price. The store accepts credit cards. No cash refunds, but exchanges are allowed within 7 days if unused / unopened condition.

Has dollar store stuff and other more expensive stuff too... good stationary selection and has a fantastic party section... gift bags, boxes, helium balloons, wrapping paper, bows, party favors and anything else you may need for a party (kind of like Party City but not as much selection... color selections not character)

I used to visit this store quite often, but on my last visit I was with my daughter and had a staff member (older male, grey hair) ask me to remove my hood stating "hoods have to be removed". Once I saw that there is no signage requiring headwear to be removed and that there were other adult males with hats, and other headwear on, I put my hood back on so I could ask why I had been single out, but the staff never confronted me again. It's too bad, because I have spent a lot of money here on art and craft supplies. I will not be going to this store again and will be recommending others not go here either. Dollar stores are a dime a dozen in this town and the others have better pricing. Only a good place to shop if you like being treated like a criminal in front of your kids.

Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I purchased some balloons from their store about a week ago and came in this afternoon to get them filled up. The middleaged blonde haired cashier who also sold them to me now refused to fill them without a receipt (she never told me to bring one in when I would be coming back). So now I drive all the way home, grab the receipt and return only to have them tell me they are closing and won't fill my balloons today and to come back a third time. Keeping in mind the only reason I had to come back so close to closing was because I had to drive 20 minutes away and come back 10 minutes before they close. What kind of physco person or business does that!? I guess they didn't want my money so I will take it elsewhere. Don't shop here, the lines are long and there are never enough staff working the tills anyways.

Wow ???? Ali, or Ally Allison ... the lady who helped me and my wife get balloons ???? for our son's birthday was the kindest, most helpful, hard working clerk/helper I've ever seen working retail. She went over and above the call of duty, ensuring we were completely satisfied. I have never been soo impressed by a lady working at a dollar store. Kudos to you Ali! I saw her even give the change out of her own wallet so a customer would have enough. This woman deserves a raise/award for her amazing attitude, effort and ability. What a blessing to our community! She was working on sept 9th 2021 at around 730pm!

It's one of the bigger dollar stores here in Chilliwack... It has a good variety of house hold items and everything for outdoors indoors parties and if you care to spruce up your home with new seasonal looks they have that as well. I will go to this dollar store even though it's on the other side of town. I recommend you take a stroll through it.

I came today with my children, we decided to walk there because it was a beautiful day, when I got there in my bike trailer stroller they said they wouldn't open the second door to let me in because it was too big, when I explained to them that it could get stolen outside they were really rude to me. I just came with my kids to get bubbles and chalk and I wasn't going to be long. Then the lady at the till accused me of budging in the line when I was clearly there before the other girl arrived in the line up. Shocked and appalled they would be so rude. Great store, rude staff

Couldn't find crochet hooks. Asked cashiers and was told what aisle. Still couldn"t find them so asked for someone to help me ..that's when the same cashier informed me they didnt have any! Why not just tell me that the first time??

The self check outs are very small. If they were set up with more space, with the customers convince in mind. It would be an okay setup. If that can't be accommodated then remove them for actual tills with real people working. Cashier's need to be trained better, as she didn't help out much. There are enough other dollar stores to shop at, especially since there are two other Dollorama.

This dollar store honestly has the best selection. Compared to other dollar stores in Chilliwack, I've never seen as many options for party, gift wrap, and miscellaneous house hold supplies as this one carries. The winter holidays are just two weeks away right now so I've been frequenting the local dollar stores to hunt down the perfect craft and wrapping supplies. Knowing that this one was my favourite to being with I don't know why I didn't just come here first, because this one had everything I needed and was looking for.

Bought two pump action water guns, a $2 gun and an $8 gun. I didn't expect much from the $2 gun, but neither of them worked whatsoever. Tried bringing them back and the manager first tried to blame me, then blamed the manufacturer and in the end did not give me my money back. A store should at least stand by the products they choose to stock, or not stock them at all. Do yourself a favor and pick a different dollar store.

Pleasantly surprised by selection of party supplies. 5 stars for that! However, when you're looking for a specific color of balloon-don't come here. They will not blow up to show you the "real" color. Party city at least has more balloons on display( new one opening soon right next to michaels in abby! Plus dollar store in 7 oaks has foil paw patrol ballons for much less than here). Balloon Studio in van definitely helps you customize the perfect color combo and even delivers to your venue! Balloon Magic has been a pleasure to work with as well and is another local option.
