This was my first time selling clothing at a consignment store. I brought in 2 pairs of True Religion jeans and a couple shirts from Aritzia. A couple weeks went by and I went to check if any of my items had been purchased, I was told to look on the floor for them and couldn’t find any of my clothing. They told me to come back in a week or so because my items could be on hold in the back or already purchased. I came back the next week in hopes I had sold everything and was told the same thing. I waited a month this time to come back and they told me they didn’t have my clothing so I said I wanted to be paid for my sold items. It turns out they lost one of my aritzia shirts as well as a pair of true religion jeans. And since the items that “weren’t purchased” (aka lost) were greater than what was sold, I ended up making $0. Later I called to complain and they gave me $10 for each item that was lost. Very disappointed from this consignment store.

The staff are lovely and friendly and there's an excellent range of clothing and accessories, including high-end fashion. Some hasn't even been used! Great place to outfit yourself for the office, going out, or having a casual summer day at Folk Fest. Seems like their quality standards are very high, too. For example, I found a pair of like-new 7s for All Mankind Dojo jeans for $60!

If I would give this place less stars or negative I would. I had HORRIBLE experience with them.I brought a brand new expensive boots. 4 weeks later they didnt sell them and I wanted to pick them up. I ve got it back very badly scratched, dirty, looked like???? and they threw away or lost the original shoes box with expensive complimentary boots care stuff. My damage was over $300!!! Do not believe good revews it is fake!!! I did and paid my price!!! Insted of stars this place get ???????????????????? from me.

Great selection, very well organized. The prices are a little higher than some other consignment stores in some brands, but the quality and cleanliness of the pieces makes up for it. Definitely a great place to consignment shop!

Largest size they carry is like a size 14 women's. The prices are crazy high and some of the stuff is dirty and worn out looking. Some kinda neat pieces but unless your looking for like a fur coat,not worth the trip

I brought over 15 Joseph Ribkoff women’s like new fall pieces to this consignment store and I was quite disappointed they only took 3-4 pieces from me and they sold 3 of the 4 pieces. It was a waste of my time and energy to bring all of those pieces for them to only take four pieces! The store is lovely!

Always a treasure to find here. My mom, sister and I have been coming here almost a decade as our go-to clothing shopping. There are always great deal shopping days just around the corner..many unique items and gem designer finds. Most of the clothing compliments I receive are for a Vespucci purchase.

Really nice stuff, large variety of curated goods. Very interesting, unique collection of accessories and shoes. However, the sizing range forbclothing is really narrow. I'd advise skipping this store if you are anything other than small/ extra small. Quite a shame. For this reason I dont come more than once/twice a year.

I've never had a great experience at this place - racks are overcrowded and way overpriced, staff doesn't offer to help, and the change room doors are way too short - I don't like being able to look at other people when I'm changing. The only positive is that they have a large selection of items and I almost always find something; however, the overall feel is like a Value Village or Plato's Closet but with significantly higher price tags.

Why did it take me so long to stop in! The selection is huge, so give yourself some time! I was there for probably an hour. Amazing deals on contemporary fashion. I found the most amazing shoes and when I got to the till they were on super sale!! Sale items were not all clearly marked so that made it difficult to navigate. I can't wait to go back again when I have a good chunk of time. If you like a hunt, this is the place to go

I can’t get enough of this place! It’s a hidden gem packed full of amazing consignment finds. They have a variety of brands at great prices and are always having sales. The employees are so friendly and helpful, you don’t feel like a burden compared to other stores. Definitely come here for really cute clothes! (I bought a dress and romper from aritzia for only $50)

It's clear to everyone that this lady who owns the consignment store she will take the clothes to consign and then she will sell them and tell you that she lost them. Nobody loses clothes in such a small clothing store. But yet easy answer ######I lost the clothes so you get nothing for it ####and I just make the profit☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺ A typical scam artist so for anyone to buy clothes there I would not buy from a scam artist I would just basically go to another store why to support someone who is a scum??????????? I've gone to this location for years looking for consigned items. It has vastly changed over 10 + years. Personally, the store has become very cluttered and overwhelming to sort through. Prices are a little steep for used high-end goods (much better deals on Poshmark or Instagram - lots of legitimate sellers ). I agree with a lot of the other reviews....they take in clothing items that are too "used" - more Value Village quality, with higher prices. Sadly, this store has become a distant memory

I love the shop. The staff are as helpful and friendly as they should be, while letting me have the freedom to just browse and try on and experiment. And no one can complain about getting high end clothing at bargain prices!

I was underwhelmed with the selection. Designer labels far overpriced. No deals there. The store is overfilled, hard to hard anything of quality. The young red-haired saleslady was super sweet, met me outside after I'd phoned because I couldn't find their shop. Much of the clothing quality was similar to Value Village, and most of the footwear was scuffed and worn looking.

In the city for a couple days and thought I’d entertain the idea of looking at some gently used, well loved LV bags before going to Holt Renfrew. The owner was extremely rude and condescending with her comments from the moment I first asked to take a look at the bags. When I asked if there were authentication cards/numbers for the bags, she replied with “I don’t know about that kind of stuff but from seeing you already own one you should probably know what to look for better than me.” Also stated “I don’t understand how anyone could ever spend that much money on something like that in the first place.” Well honey.. that may not be your forté, but as an owner of a business selling those products, you shouldn’t be talking down to someone who is willing to spend a very pretty penny on one item in your shop. That will be my first and last visit in that store and I’ll continue to take my business to purchase new in the future. Be warned about selling your LV, or any other high end designer here for that matter, because it’s obviously not appreciated.

I come here once in a while, and have found some great pieces. However I can only give it 3 stars because some stuff is totally over-priced and some of the staff is really rude. The customer service is touch and go...I have often seen who I think is the manager talk down to her staff and other staff members bicker back and forth.
