Here you will be able to see all the feddbacks of people who purchase the products and services of Value Village (Costumes) in Alberta area (Canada).
Right now the firm gets a rating of 3.8 stars over 5 and the score is based on 127 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an feddbacks average is very high, and it's founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can be pretty sure that the score is very credible. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Costumes corresponds to the category of Second hand store.
Prices are ridiculously high for donated items.
Its nice to find good clothing for less but they also tend to over charge on things that don't seem worth it
Lotsa inventory
Good place to find used stuffs. My kids always like the toy section. Parking can be hard to find in this plaza. People drive very crazy because of the Ocean store next door.
I just love this place so much stuff to buy
Lots to pick from. Can get kind of expensive.
Great place prices are great to
Not a bad place to shop. I’ve found some really great items for an amazing price. Somethings are overpriced though.
Not a bad place to find a bargin. This year they were a bit lacking in the Haloween Costume Dept but still a decent store. The staff are polite and didnt force me to wear a mask which was nice too
Good
nice
Workers there are not very nice, and prices seem to be a bit too expensive.
Donated stuff. Good store
Big one.
GREAT PLACE TO FIND GREAT DEAL
I love treasure shopping here but i havd to say some of the prices are waaaaaaaay too high.
Sometimes you find what your looking for.
Pretty fun to look around but the prices are a bit steep considering the condition of product. Although I do like the large variety and the change rooms are cute.
Donate clothing and get 20% or more off your next purchase.. great selection of gently used clothing and items. ❤ VV
Good options if you dont mind used stuff
Didn't have what I wanted
Prices are getting too high for a thrift store.
Good clean stuff. A tad expensive. You can get stuff brand new for same price at walmart.
great value village
Great prices. Great staff. Always left with something great when I go shopping.
Cinnamon buns.
Great unique one of a kind finds. Good selection, lots of variety
Get the used stuff for cheap Sometimes they do hav some great tings on great price
Very expensive for a second hand store. I've donated clothes and other items there and find them on sale at Value Village for more than I paid for them new. The smaller local second hand stores are the way to go.
Always able to find whatever Im looking for
Lots of selection decent prices
It's got a lot of used clothes, lol
Its value village. They all smell the same lop
Easy to find stuff
Best place to buy jeans
Way too expensive.
Value village is good and serviceable. Sometimes there are good things at good prices. Most items I find tend to be over priced for a business that deals with second hand items.
FHelpful and a variety good
Super clean spacious!
Full of vintage and gentle used items!
Great location! Deceiving from the outside as it is quite a large store. Great selection of new and old.
My favorite store it's cheaper than anywhere else
Good prices and items to purchase.
Not the best store for selection but I've only been there once.
You have to watch the prices....the Post and Salvation army thrift store prices are much better. A 50% off sale at value village is worth it, though. This store is well-run. Halloween has taken over now, which means that a lot of the floor space is taken up by new masks and costumes, etc. I'll avoid it from now until November. Just remember that if you don't like something, you don't get your money back: they only do exchanges.
Amazing
Over priced used stuff
It's value village. This one is clean and well stocked. Nice staff
It's a very economical place to shop. Yes the clothes are used but you can find some good ones. I just bought my baby two bags of clothes for winter/daycare, if I had to go to a regular baby store I would not be able to get two bags of clothes. I think it's a great place to shop
I like it but you guys are charging too much for decor! I get cheaper things at home sense on the sale rack.
Quite expensive for a thrift store.
Little expensive
For used cheap items it's good place.for low income group it also good one.
Excellent place, great helpful staff
Deals are ok sometimes. Usually overpriced or at retail price on some items.
Called this location to ask if they had a desk as I live 30 minutes away, the guy that answered told me that I could come in & look at their furniture to find out & then proceeded to hang up on me. He was beyond rude ! Not planning on taking my business there anytime soon.
Used clothing
Far too over priced. It's ridiculous.
Its excellent for Halloween costumes that a lot more adults than kids wear to.parties es
Always love going to value village great place to wander around staff are wonderful wife found a couple of nice dresses will be back again
I love the variety of items they sell and the fact there's always new items being on the shelves. I love the prices of there clothes especially
We donate here often. But also a great place to pick up some inexpensive items. We needed brown pants and a brown top for school play. Kid would probably only wear it once. Found exactly what we were looking for. If he doesn't were it again we did waste a bunch of money on new and it will likely get donated back.
Great place to find used items.
That's nice place to shop but when you want to find a job it's almost impossible to get on their site
They were able to save the day with a toddler size swimsuit that I had forgotten while traveling
Huge place, lots of varieties but return policy sucks..
Good selection, friendly staff and well organized. A little expensive for a thrift store.
(Translated) Things are more expensive several times more expensive than second-hand stores in down town...There are a lot of things, but they are expensive. As a second-hand store, the most important thing is cheap (Original) 东西比较贵 比down town的二手店要贵几倍……东西挺多,但是贵,作为二手店,重要的是便宜
Little pricey, found used books were alot , once upon a child has way cheaper used bokks, and place seemed really dirty , needs update and more clean
Some stuff is junky but there are good deals too. I got a great deal on jeans. Fun to look around the store.
Cheap usable cloths ,furniture, and households.
SO EXPENSIVE. Since Value Village is one of the only well known thrift shops in town (and in a prime location) means these guys can charge whatever they want. I've been to many other VV stores and in Sasktoon I can buy a nice, name brand shirt for $1.99 but here for the same shirt you'd pay at least $9.99. These are all DONATIONS you're getting so I don't understand why everything here is so expensive when all you're doing is slapping on a price tag then putting it out on the floor. I was in New years eve and an old faded shirt with a hole in the side was being sold for $9.99 just because of the brand on the tag. Goodwill charges a flat fee for everything, this Value Village charges based on brands which is silly since everything here has been owned by at least 1 other person. It's also really obvious this store charges more for items when a sale is coming up so you're not really getting a sale price, but buying it for what you would have paid anyways.
Prices are way too high but I still like shopping there
Was once nice, affordable and great. I went in there in the past and found what I needed and for a good price. Nowadays what I can find is rare and having it for a decent price is even rarer. If you want clothes, the walmart not so far away is cheaper and new. Instead of paying 10$ for a shirt here, I can travel a short distance, and get 2 shirts for 10$ not worth it.
Clean, organized and friendly donation collectors out back
The store is a little disorganized, but it's pretty hard to keep up with the crowds. It's probably the most popular thrift store in Medicine Hat.
Some used items are over priced. Sorry
Great selection and very clean
I love looking for T-shirt here.they always have a good selection and reasonable price.
Wow have prices ever gotten high! May as well go to Walmart ????
My NFC tap didny work
I always have fun shopping there ...
Good place for used stuff and cheap
Great place to find used clothes at a somewhat reasonable price. They also have an extensive Halloween selection this time of year.
Just dropped off some goods I didn't need for resale... easy peasy.
Always great condition!!
Good customer service
Organized place pretty big store. Bathroom grossed me out though.
Well organized. Good selection and service. Friendly
Not good for indian stuff
Not sure why the clothes are priced so high when they get them for free.
Too deadleh...
Prices are crazy high on some stuff
Wow. First words. Overpriced walmart George clothes. WUt! price gouging small town where people are broke. Scared. Angry. Pandemic prices. Wake up. .its a expensive 2nd hand Store. By pass. Support local stores.
Not a lot of selection, but it is a small city.
Good selection of clothing
Good stock of stuff. Fair prices.
During my sojourn in Medicine Hat, I stopped by here to check out what they had in contrast to the VVs in the big city where I'm from. It had a decent enough selection and prices. Felt like they had more of a hold on the whole thrift store concept than the big city VVs that seem to have lost it.
Really good for women's clothing and sometimes (rarely) you can find some gems. They always try their best to keep the racks all in order and it's usually clean (except 50% off sale days)
This location has good stock. Really good used book section for Sci + Fantasy. Other VV's have only one row for that genre. This VV has almost 2 shelfs full (8 rows). The store is dirty , but its old.
The best Value Village I know.
Prices are atrocious and it's way too cluttered
Prices are too high for things that were donated.
It's a busy store so it always looks messy. The prices are a bit high also.
Good place to buy
Okay worth for spending time
Well-organised store with some great bargains
Unhappy with the return policy of only 2 weeks.
Staff are great. Prices are usually unreasonable though you can find the odd gem here and there.
It depends on the location.... But you can find some amazing things in here.
You can literally find what ever you want if the value village store.
Amazing selection, especially for Halloween when all their costumes are brand new. Their regular selection is great, too, and quite well organised. My only complaint is that sometimes their prices aren't as good as they should be. For real bargain hunters, check out The Post.
My fave!!!
Best place to get good things at a low value
Fun
Atrociously high prices on donated and used items. This is the only value village that prices items extremely high. You can go to value villages in other cities and see similar items priced 50-60% less than they are at the Prince Albert value village. Absolutely appalling, how are people who apparently need these lower priced places supposed to afford things from this location?? Especially in a city like Prince Albert which has a low economic status??
it's a nice donate store i hope u like it
Good second hand clothing store, but clothing is priced too high in my opinion.
This is the most convenient thrift/second hand department store in my area. I highly recommend because you can some very cool gadgets, furniture and shoes that arent sold anymore!
Great Value Village to shop at. New stuff all the time. Prices are good, and staff are REALLY nice. Been to this store several times and will keep going back.
Great place for shopping
Interesting inventory at amazing prices. And really good finds too.
Okay experience, value village visits are always exciting. But I'm finding that second hand stores are getting more and more expensive. Hold on , I know it's for a good cause . My theory is , if the items were a little cheaper , people would buy even more thus even more money of charity . Keep in mind that it is a second hand item, and pretty often requires repairs.
Great place to shop and easy exchange policy!
Donate to this value village all the time and you get a discount coupon for every donation drop off.
Good. Some prices high most reasonable
Great friendly service!
Great items not bad prices
Ok place but for it being a non profit place and a place that has everything given to them . There prices r getting very costly for getting stuff from them. I always was told it was to be a place to get stuff cheap, so that people on welfare and those that do not make lots of money could get stuff so that they still had money left.
Good place to go for shopping
Lots of used clothing at really low prices.
(Translated) Very good (Original) Muy bueno
Not as cheap as it used to be... Still some deals if you look hard enough
Great selection!
Nice and cheap clothes.
I love thrifting but it seems like vv prices are steadily being raised. So unfortunate since it's a "thrift shop"and everything is being donated. I'm not surprised they generates over $1 billion in revenue annually, but they donate just a tiny fraction of that to charity. Just so unheartning :(
Good value store!
Found what i was make my mind, good place
Great finds! But not really cheap ????
Books are too too too expensive in here.
Surprisingly, didn't find too many interesting things. A small place like Kitchener has a much better stocked store.
Wow
Great deals...
Good place to shop for all your family clothing.
This place is amazing and the staffs are also welcoming I think maybe because it's in canada that's why cos I always hear Canadians are nice and welcoming I went there twice during my vacation to canada and they have alot of stuffs too
Quality & price good services
Shopping was great
Staff are so nice
Great place to shop.
Although they do have alot of selection the prices are getting very high for 2nd hand , even a t-shirt some are over the cost of new ones At other stores , it's unfortunate they don't keep them low but this is a FOR PROFIT Business, and always has been , just ask how lil they support diabetes ,it's very little.
Favorite place.
Great service can always find something for everybody for very great prices
I get to take all the video cameras they get here before someone else takes them they hold them only for me and then when I don't like them or it's broken then the others take them, basically I take all the good video cameras from here :)
Prices are way too high especially for the quality of clothes. Might as well shop at winners
Usually has anything you need clothing wise. I would say the prices on most clothing are a bit expensive considering they were free. Their kids book collection is Awesome. And really fairly priced.
Great store, excellent staff, and cool stuff
Value village is too expensive now. Not how it used to be
Fast and efficient
Quality and things are not good as compared to what it used to be
If you are smart enough you get the best at valued price
Sometimes overpriced. Lots of the men's shoes should just be in the garbage.
The store it's self met expectations, clean , bright, organized, not cluttered, smelt good. The staff how ever were something to be desired being that they were quite absent. Walked up to the till where there were three ladies were chatting. After a short while and some sideways glances they all start walking away with out a word to me or acknowledge that Im waiting for some kind of assistance. A few mins pass as we're standing at the tills, now only employee in sight is the ones tending to the entrance. Few more minutes go by and a lady walks over to the till farthest from me and starts doing something. Few more mins go by while I'm observing no other employees besides the aforementioned, the one at the till who's kept their back turned to me while she's keeping busy. Finally, without having her till light on or any kind of indication that she's a cashier and her lanes open. Sheepishly turns around and asks if I'm waiting in line. Now the simple process of her scanning my items, stating the final total, bagging and handing me my items could not if been met with less motivation, while her demeanor gave the impression that I've interrupted her and am an inconvenience.she rings the items up each of which she's snatches up shuffles it around to the tag frantically, then fumbles the hanger finally tossing it on-top of the pile all disheveled. She then states the total incorrectly twice before I corrected her which was met with a snap response of "I know"! After paying she simply gestures to my pile of items with out offering a bag. The entire experience left me looking for to the cameras as this couldn't actually be happening. Gotta be some kind of hidden camera show or a prank. And really I wish It had been given the level of customer service by the staff. Except the lady at the door, she was very friendly both coming in and going out.
I try to limit my shopping at Value Village to 'Member' days, as I find their prices on average are high. I do like that I can find items I may not see elsewhere, but when I find a retail price tag marked less than the VV price tag over top, it frustrates me. How is it that a place that has most everything donated, has prices comparable to retail in some instances?
Awesome stuff. Thanks to the one sales rep who helped me find what I was looking for!
Overpriced
Have never cared to shop there as regular price tags have been left on items and they sell that item for more. Have to look over clothes to avoid buying stained clothing
Great staff friendly
Never know what you'll find, but the staff are very friendly.
Isa good place! Don't go der
Their prices make no sense. Totally arbitrary. I've seen Madden shoes cheaper than no brand name in worse condition.
Can't believe the amount they want to charge for used stuff?!! Why do we donate when the low income can't afford to buy stuff there? I've bought brand name stuff cheaper at winners
Awesome deals!
One of the best places to shop for great treasures.
Got the help I needed and the cat carrier. Very friendly young lady helped me ????
Great store, I found the Jon Snow costume from Game of thrones. 100 stars for Value Village ????
Staff is very friendly
Lots of items to choose from.
Great visit today. Found a few things we can use to build a school project. Very clean, well organized store.
Best VV yet
Decent thrift store. Sometimes over priced items!
My wife likes stopping here even when I don't feel the need. But then I'm a man. Staff always are friendly and selection is organized so even a guy can figure out where he can look for something he doesn't need.
Staff rude and makes you uncomfortable.
good place to have everyday items
Large variety of things and its soo cheap.
Great variety. Organized store.
Alot of variety items.. Great prices.
Great value . Wide range of cloths n household items. Friendly staff.
Found some cool stuff, friendly staff
Found everything I needed for $28.00
Had a blast Halloween shopping.
Value village can be a good place to find something unique. Pretty big location.
Big inventory and great items to be found, but prices are high compared to thrift stores I'm used to and can only find true deals on maybe the tee shirts. The items I find still reel me back to buy more goodies.
Great products but I do not care for the lack of professionalism shown by the employees.
Prices can be crazy for a place that gets everything free. Value is part of the name right.
Since our city has a high range of middle class society and above, the Value Village actually has really nice things (lots of name brands). The problem is.... the store has raised their prices so high that it no longer seems like a deal. The best days to go is the 50% off days that occur once per month!!
Its ok
If I could give this place a 0, that's what it would get. I went there last night and needed to get a few pair of jeans for my son and pants. Well, I'll tell you, for a place that gets all there clothes donated, 34.99 + for jeans and jackets....I don't think so. Some of the jeans that were priced way out of range had holes and stains. The track pants were horrible priced way and to high for the quality. I was disgusted, I will not return and I hope people stop donating there as the profits go towards box stores. So upset! A good place is Super Thrift on 7th. Please donate there (there is also a thrift on Pacific). They give back to our community.
The price is getting ridiculous after covid
Prices are quite expensive for being a used or gently used store.
To expensive ????
Donna happy ???? day nice weekend
Excellent
It's an ok place
Great place to kill sometime
I love the bigger store!!! Staff is great as well!
Always find something
The cashier was super friendly. It made for a great experience
Use to be a great place to shop on a budget not anymore sometimes it's better to Walmart and forget this place
Tonnes of parking outfront, large store / selection (and lots pof small sizes too which was a win for me!) and friendly clerks!
It's always interesting there how customers interact with my partner it seems that it doesn't matter what age you are he always makes sense smart remark and makes people off its really nice to see the cashiers fantastic wouldn't ask for other cashiers there it wouldn't be the same if they weren't there Debbie, Bev, Leona awesome people awesome awesome I'll take my hats off to them.
Prices are ridiculously expensive for a second hand store.
Nicely organized, clean
It's always fun to come here.
Good quality wear
I find it over priced. I thought is was supposed to be a place you could go and get what you need for very little when you just don't have the money..... it seems they price things very high even I've seen more expensive then when I saw the same item in its original store! Crazy town. It's great if your just interested in Thrifting, finding that one special thing.... and having a look!
Great selection of nice clothing at a great price!
Great value. Fun shopping through other peoples hand me downs. You will always find a gem in this place. It's like a treasure hunt each and every time I come out with a nice find.
A good place for picking up things or just even window shopping
A person could take a text file, split it into a running list of 200 characters, and count the number of complete words (either starting or ending a line, or ending in a punctuation mark or space — hmm, you’d actually want to use 201 characters to test what the last character in the set is, if it’s a letter then don’t count the word, if it’s a space or punctuation mark or end of the line, then do) in each list. Then plot out the histogram and take various univariate statistics. A peculiar but fun project if you took texts from different languages and different time periods. There are tools in python to do this. You might have a few head scratching moments about how to think about UTF-8 character sets, as they are encoded not in 8 bits but in 8 bits + 4 bits for accents, other alphabets, etc. In Chinese, otoh, there are about 1.5 logograms to a single semantic unit (“word”) but each logogram is in variable byte encoding (Big5, Guobiao), so, 200 1-byte (8-bit) units might translate into 150 or so logograms, giving us about 100 words in Chinese, or about 126 if you count each “character” as a single unit. The encoding of Chinese characters in Chinese, Japanese and Korean is the source of, err
I like the new expansion!
The best grandmother costumes in the entire city
Not a lot of good selections from this location.
Awesome
Was very good and the prices ok
Always good food. They warmed the egged buns this time so it was extra special
Things are getting to pricey, for a second hand store .
Lots of treasures to find... but not any sort of deals on prices - especially considering everything has been donated. Only thrift store that sells pretty much everything though.
I love Prince Albert value village it's always got better prices then the Alberta ones.
Quality goods
Great shopping experience at Value Village today.
Not friendly staff. Price's to high
Really busy and small on the dressing rooms.
Amazing deals & helpful staff. (:
people of all ages can buy economical 2nd hand items... clothes, shoes, jackets, sweaters, coats and household goods too
No good loot
I donated several boxes of used items from my closets. Staff was very accomodating unloading my car and gave me a discount card to shop in the store.
They are practicing social distancing and doing a good job to inform their customers how to do this.
Always find awesome and unique items I simply love!! Rare findings!! Well done people... Only if someone could refresh the air there... And make it smell nice... Minor..
Good store but I honestly think all The good stuff gets picked up by the staff. Because the merchandise other than clothing was a lot better before they re-modeled and hired more staff.
Too expensive for a jacket 49.99$
Really clean store and nice employees
Don’t even get me started on how much of a rip this place is.
They have good stuff, but they are a bit pricey.
Good stuff there, some over priced but value is there
The prices are too high for the items that are DONATED!
It's gud place to find old things
Prices are becoming too expensive. Can find same prices for new clothes on sale or mar down
Lots of selection. Usually find what I am looking for.
Always rare finds to be had but dont expect garage sale prices unless its half price day. All in all one of my wife's favourite store for my work clothes!
Best
Has really gone downhill. It used to be our go to for everything but now things are waaaaay over priced and they started selling things that don’t work and when you try to return those items they won’t take them back. Seems to be exclusive to this location as we have travelled across Canada recently and every other VV we hit up was good.
Good place to shop for Halloween costumes. They have a variety of options in costumes to suit your needs on Halloween night. They also have a decent selection in clothing other than some other thrift stores I've been to. The staff here are also pretty decent. Good time visiting here.
I didn't go to value village. I was next door at a different business Google. ????
Great prices
Staff has a poor attitude
Very friendly staff
Overpriced on many things especially footwear.
Always have loved Value Village, the prices are amazing
Very Nice Place
Fun stuff at every corner maybe you will find a hidden gem
I got this exact shirt at VV boutique. For $3 'nough said. 5 stars!
Insane prices
????
Great place to shop ...great finds
Prices getting too expensive
Lacking in the Halloween costumes compared to other years
I see it as a place to take unwanted items that still have some use. I never shop there.
I want and got what I needed thanks
I don't hate this place
Lots of variety. Just never quite what you need
Has really good stuff at giveaway prices
Hands down the best acrylic nails I have got done, great fast service. My go to place Highly recommend ????????????
Great staff
Prices are too expensive for what you get...
The place was neat and clean. The price was a little bit higher than I expected.
Dropped off some cloths and grabbed a few shirts and things!
Very over priced for clothes and books, parking can be a hassle. Nik naks and toys are decently priced.
Cheap. I usually find a gem every now and then when i come to this one
Getting expensive for donated goods ..
Too expensive
During this economic downturn, its a big relief to have a store like value village. The items there are of high quality, surprisingly, the prices are very moderate.
The store was clean and organized this morning. The prices seem to be a bit high tho.
Service was good..very organized..have a great point program..
Good deals done cheap!
Well organized, friendly service, washrooms available, a small coffee, waiting/resting area would be a nice addition...even if it is self serve...☺
Best one out there
I think some items are overpriced
Good place to find cheap things
It was great coming to pa
Prices are fair and good choices
Excellent option for dress clothes
This place has gotten so expensive, not impressed!
Overpriced and kind of dirty, but you can find nice stuff as well if have time.
I love thrift stores, and as far as trinkets, and really cool DIY project things you might need, like fabric, curtains and odds and ends. Clothes on the other hand, while I still occasionally purchase from there, have noticed the prices gone WAY up, on used clothing. It's not a great sign when you could get a couple shirts at a leading chain store, for the price of one shirt at Value Village. However, like I said...it does have its purpose, and I will still keep going back there, maybe not for clothes as much, but other items. It's also very worth it to become a Club Saver, and sign up to recieved emails. Club Savers get pre-shopping events a day or two before the rest of the public, and it costs NOTHING! So absolutely I will go in a day early to save 30%, 40%, 50% on everything I buy that day, and make great use of being a Club Saver!!
Litte pricey for a secondhand store but otherwise very nice
Found everything I wanted.
Good
Love this store. So many things to choose from. Great service
Found something
We always go here instead of Lethbridge. They have a lot of young/new used clothes, its clean, lots of choice and a very clear store. Their stock changes pretty fast so there is always something to find wich fit for you. One of the best value villages we visit once in a while ????????
its very good. Affordable and good place
Fun to find something you did not know you needed.
Good selection!
Nice clothes
Clean and well kept store. Easy to find things. The prices are ridiculous however. $20 for a t-shirt? $10 for a candle? For USED AND DONATED goods?! Wal-Mart and Winners have cheaper products and they are new. Staff here is awesome at least so I keep returning for movies and books
I like it but some of the products are too expensive
Back to school shopping
Nice place to buy used things! You can find lots of kitchen stuff, clothing etc
Very organized and well clean.
This place is so homely, it has an amazing atmosphere and a huge selection of amazing clothes! The prices aren't bad either (unless you are looking for shoes, the shoes are a little expensive) it's a great place to shop at.
Not good!
Prices are really high
It's a better place for second hands stuffs.
Nice place to buy the used goods Friendly staff
Especially on 50% off days!
Good
If your immune system is stronger than your bank account, then this is the place to buy pants. They also have great deals on books. They are all worn and clearly read, trick your friends into thinking that you are smart and read for leisure.
Good selection of new and used items at reasonable prices for such as clothing, outerwear, shoes, toys, baby items, books/magazines, housewares, jewellery/accessories, and more. Sometimes you can find some really great stuff if you take the time to look through the store. I love shopping here for items to use for dress up, Halloween costumes and Cosplay.
Used stufff
Great place to donate
Large selection with some good prices. Media like music and movies are priced high.
Great selection with many different sizes
Over priced / 30$ t shirts ? 40 $ sweaters ?
A bit pricey ( for some items ) for a store that is suppose to be thrifty, but they have what you need in a pinch
I know it's not the businesses fault but really wish they had a largeraternity section!!!
I love Valley Village great place to shop
Love this store. Found some great finds here.
the prices are to expensive . for used stuff . its cheaper to buy new .crazy wont come here no more what a waste of time .
Overpriced for some items
Good customer service
Always find great deals.????
Good place
A great place to buy other people's junk. Very clean and well organized. Usually buy my Halloween costumes here as they're new and inexpensive. The staff are friendly and helpful when looking for something specific. Prices aren't too bad, some items are overpriced though.
Good
Staff were super polite and friendly. The cashier that served me was right on her game too! Will be back- got some amazing pieces!
Lots of stuff way over priced
Good
Good Service and Wonderful Service Thought..!
People are helpful most of the timeits good
The workers are very friendly and helpful it was well organized
Pricing is outrageous
Seriously? Full retail prices? Give it a pass.
Very friendly staff and always a wide variety of treasures and unique items! And always keeped very clean!
Lots of selection and good pricing
Great place for buy second hand
Good place to find a good book to read.
Over priced for used, warn, old , smelly clothes.
Great prices. You need to go to the store early in order search through the bargains.
Pricey! But able to find so nice items.
Great selection of thrift items. Prices are decent too.
Great products and service but some ridiculous prices that make it hard to justify donating honestly
Large value village store. Lots of pre owned clothing. Good prices.
Its clean and you can find a pair of jeans for a few dollars and like new
It's an overpriced store. I've researched the value on some of the items in this store and they are way overpriced, few items in that store are a steal of a deal. But the rest is not worth the price tag.
Excellent job new ways of going and getting out so view for the store is magnificent ???? ????
Good selection of used goods but at good price
Hate hate what VV has become. I avoid this place in principle! I support SA and WIN
Smell really bad.
Rather over priced on too many items - they hit more than the new price, not nice given that these are donated, they are for profit, and competing with charities
I love this store, can stay there for hours
Didn't have much time to look around but enjoyed what I seen, plenty of something for everyone
Great selection of merchandise here, and very friendly team members facilitating a safe shopping experience. When we arrived, the store was at capacity so there was a lineup, but it went fast. The book selection was especially vast, and I was happy to see product for a variety of ages.
Lots of choices and organized
I bought a dress there last week and its really nice
Very organized
Clean store(never the washroom tho) Store has a fantastic assortment of clothing, books, household items, everything is pretty clean! The only problem I see is the prices they have increased quite a allot! I find my myself going there less now because of it:(
You can get straight deals after deals with this place.
New tasty menu was a surprise this time around...delicious meal so let the food coma ensue???? thank you Ricky's
It wasn't clean or well kept
It is good place for best price, who can not offer high market price. The best part is they accept donation, so you can donate any home items, any personal belongings, books etc. I use to donate any thing I wish in Mississauga store when I use to live in Mississauga.
Love this place. Always clean always approachable and super friendly!
Very good, friendly.
Poor selection and less than helpful staff. There are better thrift shops in this area.
Nice and clean location. Lots of hidden treasures to be found.
Nice place to shope very good place to find someting special. And price is rigth
Found prices high
Clean & organized
Good. Shopping
A very good place to shop and better promotion's and service.
My girl can always find something she "needs" at this place, sometimes you can find a really great deal..
Great place to buy used clothes
Some good finds, a lot of items are overpriced and tend to smell funky
The person behind the price tagger is a little screwed up stuff from dollar Rama is a dollar 25 in value village it is double the price broken toys are $10 or more if somebody would give me stuff for free I would put a decent price tag on it stuff
Some Good stuff, mostly economical prices. I felt that some items are over priced for a second hand store. Few times I saw prices in clothing more or equivalent to the new ones. Still, Sometimes One can find something that's worth more than money they paid. Like this wonderful jacket, I bought with all original tags. ????
Helpful staff, clean and reasonable prices
it is a shame that prices are so high for used clothes that VV got for free... i don't feel like donating there anymore
This is my favorite place to shop! There's always great treasures to be found.
Great thrift store.
Good place for work clothes and even ever day clothing. And not hard on the wallet.
It's a very unkept and dirty place.
Was Good, Overpriced for donated items. Was not too stressful, Everyone was following covid protocol.
Very friendly. Clean. Well organized. A bit pricey on some items. Great deals on others just need to keep your eyes open. Great book selection. Will return
A monument to the amount of useless stuff that we make and our toll on the environment in making it, Value Village is a peerless example of how we are unable to figure out we don't always need more stuff. If you want useless trinkets and nicknacks, shop here first and at least cut the market for new useless junk. Finding useful things can be a bit of a trick, but I have actually found useful things at Value Village and you can too! If you need kitchenwares and aren't picky this is an excellent place to outfit a kitchen for <$100.00
Nice place very friendly staff, some of the prices are a bit high tho.
A good sized second hand store
For profit secondhand store.... Pfffffftttttt hahahahhabhahahhah. Go to the post or the salvation army instead
Great clothes, but disappointed because there was no furniture. There might be furniture here when it's not Halloween season, through.
I don't like, everything's too expensive for used items.
Brand name clothes for cheap
You can find so much stuff for good prices.
Ridiculous prices for most of the stuff in there. Occasionally you can get lucky and find something that's basically new.
I frequent a lot of used book stores (value village included) and I can't believe the prices that this location charges for books. Sure if you want your James Patterson, Dan Brown, or Nora Roberts than this is the place for you. Anything remotely interesting is automatically jacked up in price regardless of condition. (torn or missing book jackets, broken spine, mold etc). Today I was there and they had magazines from 1990 (cover price 5.00) for 2.99! 20 dollar books with ripped covers for 9.99. Value village pays nothing for these books. Your company already posts a billion dollars a year in profit and gives very little to charity (in spite of your claims). Stop trying to appraise the value of books. You are very bad at it.
Nice antiques
Way too expensive
Used things are available here
Good deals if you can find what you're looking for.
Really good pricing on everything. Most items don't show very much wear.
Affordable. Nice shoes collection. Amazing book collection. Limited sections.
Amazing!
Clean store. Clean washrooms. Selection is not perfect but satisfactory.
I bought a full set of metric and imperial allen keys for 4 dollars.
Clothing selection isn't the greatest, compared to other stores in cities of this size, but there are always deals to be found at any Value Village.
Never found anything
Service isn't great but it's not terrible
Best thrift store in brandon. MB
Good
Donate to them lots! Goes to a great cause and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Found what I was looking for. A little more than I wanted to pay for 2nd hand though.
Over prices gross smelling
Good place to shop when you don't ha lots of money this place I'm giving a five star place for good clothing new and used
Nice place for unusual used stuffs
If you love to read it s a great place to look for books at a reasonable price
Just an awesome place for beginners of canada to buy winter stuff
It has good clothing
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great environment to shop in.
Never leave empty handed
Great finds
Only for people who are looking for used clothings. Other used stuff such as gift items etc looks over priced keeping in view of its used condition.
Good stuff if you take the time
Good Stuff!
Lots of items to go through.
Great store, always enjoy being in here.
Great, very orderly.
Brand name clothing for ultra cheap prices
Don't always find what I'm looking for, and don't always seem to be able to find an associate for assistance. Store itself seems fairly clean, and lots of parking.
The price of those items are those of new items..
Good place with so many things to find out
Great. Always something to find!
Great place to find some hidden treasures while helping out local community charities. (Queen and 410 location) Helpful staff especially Christine and Cathy. Lots of free parking.
Everything is always great here except for the bathrooms, really wish they were cleaned more frequently.
Getting kinda overpriced for clothing that is donated. Keep a watch out for their 50% off days.
Acceptable
Value Village needs to stop pricing their gaming stuff as if they’re a retro/used gaming store. I can at least be 100% guaranteed it works works from a gaming store or even a pawn shop. And guaranteed the ability to return or exchange it if it doesn’t work once I get it home and set it up. Your electronics stuff is As Is stuff you cannot price as is stuff like it isn’t. That’s not very thrifty. Also if you’re having such a problem with theft that you have to make customers leave their bags at the front or search their bags when they leave you might want to reevaluate your prices, they’re probably too high.
Great deals!
Donovan (sp?) made our latest trip to value village extra special. His exceptional customer service is to be admired.
Overpriced goods that are donated to "charity". It's a "for profit" chain. Don't go here unless you're bored and you've already been to The Post on South Railway St.
I got there to find some old music discs and they get it all the time
Was nice enough but no change rooms which can be a bit of an issue
I like browsing around it's bigger (more room) more selections and like buying second hand clothes need to take your time to find a great deal
Way overpriced
Was mostly left to shop for myself. However they have discontinued their point program and I was very close to getting my next discount coupon. I wish they would stop changing their rewards programs!
Prices are always very high, I'll rather spend my money on something new than buying something here. Also, I can never find something of my size
Come here almost every week.
Best but not better than Renaissance
Use to be alot better back in the day. Way over priced. U can buy much of what they offer brand new for the same price or even cheaper. Not worth shopping there
Great place
Ali Robin is the glue that holds this place together!
Fun to go there
Definitely recommend. 10/10 quality, and low pricing (aside from shoes). Got two CD shelves for only 12$, what a steal!
(Translated) wonderful place (Original) مكان جميل جدآ
I can generally find what I'm seeking here although I do find it overpriced for most items considering it's a second hand store. Service has always been good and store has always been clean.
A tad pricey for used goods, but an overall good experience
They are now limiting the number of people entering the store. But the wait was only 5 minutes on a Saturday morning. No trying on clothes during this time. Otherwise, same old thrift store with hidden gems.
Over priced
Lots of great items, super nice and helpful staff
If you come at the right time you get first pickings when they redo their inventory (I don't know when that is tho), and you get a discount when you donate!
One of the worst hand transplants ever
Best place to hunt for vintage clothing
Awesome place
Super expensive. Just buy new, its cheaper!
Lots of treasures, and great staff....prices are rediculously high, lol. Wait until 50% off sale and go wild!! Movie selection not what it used to be.
You can really get so many clothes here and some with the tags on still. Worth the trip. Take your time to sift through everything to find the right piece.
Place is good for people having some real financial issues.. you can get clothes, shoes, furniture, books and other decor stuff.. some items were in really good condition.
They ask way to much for their stuff. Stuff that was donated to them for FREE
Low price store good
Cleanest Value Village I have ever entered.
It was a typical Value Village
I can always find sth value is beyond its price ????
I love Value Village, always so many great things!
Prices too high might as well shop at walmart
Never know what you will find.
Prices keep going up, even though the clothes are donated.
You can help diabetes Association when you come to buy here
This is go to place for bed linen, it's always well stock and friendly staff.
There were so many good deals to be had, and so many brands you wouldn't expect to be at a second hand store. When dropping off donations, we were helped quickly and the people were very friendly.
Lots of choices
Very messy
Great service, store dusty
Clean and friendly atmosphere
Some items for sale are more expensive than they are brand new at the original store they came from... frustrating when you are trying to save money ????
Corner stone busy that's good too see ppl up and about
Good
(Translated) It's Oki (Original) It's Oki
I always enjoy shopping in this clean friendly place
Way over priced
Awesome pastries and the place smells freshly baked breads
Prices seem to be going down lately which is awesome!! Staff are great and treat you with respect and dignity
Great prices, awesome finds at this VV. This is my favorite in Saskatchewan/Manitoba.
overpriced but if u are willing to put in time daily there are some amazing finds!
Open convenient hours to donate my used clothes and household items. Part of they're profit goes toward the Diabetes Association.
Great place to find unique items at reasonable prices.
Overinflated prices.
Lots of bargains to be had. Friendly staff.....
Its alright. U need old stuff antique they have it but most of it not all.
Got a couple good pieces for my Halloween costume here :)
Pleasant experience
Merchandises need to be more organized is either they don't have enough staffs or maybe it is us the people that go there
Too high priced for some items
Just went to drop off donations. Like being able to donate to Diabetes without using the bins. Nice young girl helped unload.
Polite and Friendly staff! Got good items!
You never know what you will find! Well laid out secondhand store.
Nice clean and well organized. This Value Village is also very well Covid prepared with sanitizer at the entrance and good signage.
Aside from a funky smell, this is a pretty standard value village. I found what I needed. The store is organized well and there are plenty of staff members around if I needed help.
It can be hard to find something you like but when you do its a great deal.
Expensive
Okay store, but the prices are unreasonably high; especially since it's used items. I found items with rips and damage on it, but priced $30 just because it's brand name. Used Forever21 dresses are around $15, which is ridiculous because you can buy Forever21 dresses new (on sale - and sometimes original price) for $10. Another example is an old, pretty gross looking wedding dress for $50. Just go to other Value Village locations, as this one is overpriced. Or, you can buy new for cheaper in some cases.
The only real thrift store in town, does a pretty good job at it.
That is a sexy gtr
Some good finds but the prices are too high for a second-hand store.
Well organized, reasonably priced
Good experience, a little crammed in but lots to view and see.
Variety of options
Damn good deals
Make sure when you see something that you like you get it but say to yourself " I will get it next " because sure enough it will be gone. Never fails ????
I love coming back to this store. Always some good finds. I got a Legend of Zelda shirt today and it's awesome. :)
No treasures today - maybe tommorrow!
It was decently large, but Only average selection and quality for electronics and other non clothes items. Store was organized well enough though.
Good deals! Nice custom service
I really think this is a great store to buy accessories.. but it would be great if you could get Internet
I find occasional treasures here, just must have patience to look.
Found what wanted and left lots for other people
Even though I feel some of the stuff sold here is more expensive than what it's worth I give this place 5 stars just because of the nature of this business (helping people). Store is always clean but not always organized nicely but I attribute that to a lot of people messing with the product. The staff members always seem to be busy and mostly helpful
your hands smell after looking through clothes and its over priced for stuff thats donated ...salvation army is smaller but cheaper...
Little bit pricey for people that cant afford much.
Donations appreciated
As the name implies you have value for every dollars spent, good reception,i liked this place.
Pricey.
Its getting pricey, for some almost the same price as new clothes,, Good variety,
Prices are almost new prices they get everything for free but sell at a high price
I always stop in here when I’m in town. It never disappoints!
Never not bought something if I've visited this value village
Always a neat and tidy selection .
Clean and organized.
Pricing varies. Yes, name brand stuff does have higher prices than the no name or george. But i mean, only a few bucks and there's plenty to chose from. The bathrooms were dreadful though. It may just be that busy in there that regular cleaning doesn't look like regular cleaning?
Friendly staff and great prices.
Was great costume shopping
Lots of stuff but the prices were pretty high for donated goods
It takes a Village to raise a child.
The staff are always really friendly willing to help you and it's clean
Bought a $4 screen protector for my ipad. Trusted that they checked their products before putting a price on it. Got home and found out theres only plastic inside ???? It was indeed a "Invisible Screen Protector", can't find it anywhere in the box. Had a good laugh about it though ???? Should've been more suspicious buying it because you were selling it for that price when I can clearly see the original price in the box ???????????? Oh well, y'all enjoy that $4 . EDIT: Made the mistake of coming back and bought gloves for my 3 yr. old and they're both right handed ???????? My mistake for not checking again, but still. Why sell both right handed gloves? ????
I've always loved to shop for great deals. Having 8 kids I want to save money... Its pretty sad when I can buy retail clothing at the outlets for cheaper than what I can buy used items for at value village. Great concept poorly executed. This location I find is the worst when it comes to over pricing USED merchandise.
Very overpriced for used items that have been donated to them. New Sale items at a regular store are often cheaper.
Cashier was great
Lots of neat items! But expensive, considering all items are used.
It’s a bit “meh”, a bit overpriced but i never really liked thrift shops, and also never found anything worth wasting my money on????????♂️????
Good deals, great prices. Could be better organized like Talize.
Very slow and uninterested in serving you at all
V.V. Boutique! I needed a book, a few kitchen items and a bit of me-time!! Choice of jewelery, shoes, kitchen items, toys, games... It's a big store with lots to chose from! Just like any second hand store... sometime you find more... sometimes you don't!! Keep an open mind! And have fun!
Some items are priced well, some are way overpriced. If you know what to shop for there are some good deals
Thieves! I go to this VV about 3 times a year. I recently had a PC monitor die on me so I want to VV to grab a used one. I asked if there was a return policy and they said no but they will exchange it in 24hrs. I get home and the monitor doesn't even turn on. I bring it back and they tell me they don't even test electronics but yet still took my money. I ask for a gift card for the monitor but it is exchange only. Which means I have to (quickly) pick out random objects up to that amount and hope I don't blow over. So basically I tested their monitor for free and then I have to owe them more money because its impossible to land on the cent exactly what I paid for. THERE IS 0 DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GIFT CARD AND AN EXCHANGE, I DID YOU A FAVOR BY TESTING SOMETHING YOU COULD HAVE EASILY PLUGGED IN YOURSELF. JUST GIVE ME A GIFT CARD!!!! I understand that its not the managers fault for this horribly unfair policy but VV wake up and help out your customers! Long time patron no more
Best place to look for kitchen accessories... I would say before we look in to shops we have to go to this place if tge day is favour for us you get may even get unused items for almost 80% off
I like how it has a LOT OF clothes!
Not too bad of place to pickup clothing at reasonable prices, but should rehash seconded hand clothing.
Affordable items fit for purpose.
Prices are to high for clothing that is often tattered
The store is well layed out. The customer service was awesome. It's only 4 stars because the prices are way too high for a second hand store.
Always fun to shop here and very friendly
I had been quite a regular shopper. That has ended. The reason is; I bought an RCA DVD player a few weeks ago, after playing 3 DVD's it stopped, just died and would not work. I brought it back, no receipt hoping for an exchange as I saw they had a smaller cheaper unit. Was told V.V.'s policy required MGR's approval. MGR was not on the floor. Employee said no can do. Customer (me) please keep your DVD player, and policy, in fairness I cannot return to support any more. There are plenty of options in Brandon and they are actual charities.
Love finding good bargains in collectables.
A decent place to go for second hand stuff. They had some books, toys, and household stuff as well as clothes. Unfortunately not all that clean. The changerooms had dust bunnies and weren't kept well. However, it was very easy to find what I was looking for. As others have said, prices are also rather high. Not crazy, but all things considered too high. The one staff I talked to was friendly & helpful.
Good selection. there is alot of overpriced items however .
Store is generally clean. Selection is dependent on what's there. Women's section is 3times larger then the men's. My only gripes is 1) no change room during covid though Thier exchange policy has widened 2) they have a counter with goods of "higher value" it can range from rare, clean, modern or new. I've bought stuff from behind that counter that were Fair deals before but most of the time they are priced unreasonably high . Other locations have lowered Thier prices for me within a reasonable margin upon showing evidence of its proper value. At this location they seem stand behind these high prices. So don't waste your time arguing
I used to enjoy shopping there but $8 for a stuffed bear? Really? You are getting more expensive. Look to the market to the people that you are selling. We shop there for a reason. I find things are getting more expensive there and driving me to other thrift shop locations. Yes please remember you are a thrift shop. But everyone thinks they are the only ones to donate too. There is MCC down below rosser who is almost entirely rum by volenteers, and they help the community very well not only locally but globally. They help people when they have nothing. And they are not greedy. They are a Christian organization and there is always something on sale there. So please donate there, and really see you stuff help you community. ❤
Robby is the best!!
Four stars just because the prices seem to have gone up a fair bit
Good place
Always found exactly what I was looking for & always more
I love finding a good deal and on occasion you do find one here. But I have found their pricing is getting a little ridiculously high for second hand items. But go anyway to find the odd jem
Staff were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed the change rooms are currently out of commission due to COVID; fortunately they have an exchange policy that's good for any of their branches. I took a gamble with the shirts and thankfully they all fit! It's reassuring to know that had they not I could exchange them. We were also able to score some beautiful Easter decorations. Store was quite clean.
Starting to price themselves out of business
Friendly helpful staff
Eye opening tour dispelled negative attitude!! Amazing teamwork at play here!!
Didn't buy anything today. Looked at some clothes thought some were a little expensive. My friend bought a few baby items.
Not a bad spot to find a couple of hidden treasures from time to time. Found myself a seabearers map from the late 1800's, it's a replica but looks amazing
Change rooms are not open. Very inconvenient for out of town customers, also over priced.
Clean store, staff are friendly and helpful and their support of the Canadian Diabetes Association is much appreciated. However I'll withhold commenting on their prices (read into that as you will).
Yup. Value village
Prices are sometimes a little high on brand names... Otherwise love it.
It was very clean, the staff were very informative as to the procedures of the store.
Not so crowded
Overpriced considering its a second hand store
Good place to find a deal. Prices are not in line with other Value villages. Both in Saskatoon, Calgary,Toronto, and BC are cheaper.
Good customer service staff is very helpful and friendly
Go to find great deals
Love browsing the iles for little gems. Fun and safe place to shop
It's a clothing conveince love it
The store is clean and organized thanks for the great products, and friendly staff. Thanks joan e.
Clean and orderly!
Sell cheap goods
Good
I'd give em more stars but most stuff are way way overpriced. Like come on! It's basically 99% used stuff.
Good store, decent prices. A little chaotic and messy at times but the staff likely are a bit overwhelmed as it's a very busy store!
Sale day super busy. Most things are priced way to high for second hand. Two stars.
Favour place to shop
No longer any change rooms and no returns allowed -- only a 14-day exchange. Prices are outrageous compared with other second-hand stores.
Always a fun time at this secondhand thrift shop. Very well laid out and brightly lit. It is not the most organized store but that is due to the heavy volume of people that come in and mess everything up. The staff has a great job at putting things back, but of course they are greatly outnumbered. LOL. I get everything from work clothes, dress clothes, my kids clothes and toys.
Find lots of good stuff here. Sometimes shoes for 3 dollars! Very helpful and nice staff.
My go to place to thrift!
Great customer service.....will to help you!
There is a good stuff around here... not all in sale. They have a very good Halloween stuff, sometimes is quite messy around but I understand they have tons and tons of things.
The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a decent selection of clothing.
Way to expensive for donated items and cloths
It was certainly a clean store well organized. It wasn't as big a selection as other stores though
My Daughter loves shopping there and I like saving 96% on clothing!!!
All mix everything all sizes every where. They should fix this so people can find under the proper labals
Great place to shop if funds are tight or just looking for unique second hand item. Donations are also excelled here if you have items that you don't want anymore. As they say, "One man's garbage is another man's treasure." The staff here are very warm hearted, always great to interact with warm loving people. If you go around back on the right hand side of the building there is a loading dock for donations, again this is a really excellent place to give back to the community or pick out some of the rare items for your collection.
Great place for bargains. Practising social distancing and asking if you have any covid symptoms as you enter the store
love the finds.
Great stuff for cheap prices.
What can anybody say bad about Value Villagè Oui Oui... I saw a full length mink coat the other day it was no fake fur ... You can be styin' and Profilin' at the Villagè whooow! And the jewelry that shine with crystalls and precious metals anybody could signal in airplanes and boats if you wanted!
Great Place for buying and charity
Overpriced.
Good selection of used items at fantastic prices
Overpriced
bought a fee decent frames...wasnt bad
Great when they have their 50 % off sale
Charging way too much for items that were donated freely.
Always new stock!!
It is expensive for used clothing
Love it
Good place to go when alone and have time to look through everything. There have been times of disappointment where items have been over charges more then what the brand new price is. That has been a disapointing thing. Great place to go to for Halloween especially if your making your own costume.
It's getting to pricy for used clothes
Prices have jumped and I'm not pleased
Good for Cheap and best used items looks like beand new.
I love shopping at Value Village.
Lots of stuff, but getting followed round and stared at by the staff is unsettling. I spend money everytime I come there and everytime I turn my head there's a staff member standing at the end of the aisle staring at me. I've been going there less and less and trying to find things online more because of it. For a place that makes nothing but profit selling things they get for free, their staff wastes a lot of time watching people instead of doing actual work. Because if I'm being watched so closely when I'm not even stealing anything, I imagine they have more staff watching other people too. Can't imagine it's logical to have 3 staff watch me for 2 hours at $15\hr to make sure I don't take off with an $8 t-shirt and 2 bags of random hardware worth $4 EA. Spending $90 to ensure they get my $16 sounds like poor business practice to me.
VV is where I go to get my clothes. Nevermind expensive clothing shops. I go here on the 50% off days and $200 gets me a whole new wardrobe, not just a pair of pants. Nothing is better than coming home arms full of bags and feeling like you went on a shopping spree and then feel even better when you realize you did, but at a fraction of the cost.
Some pretty cool stuff. It takes a lot of looking but I found a couple of cool gems.
Nice prices!!!
I love this location. There's so much to choose from, great prices and the staff are friendly! I've found so many wonderful treasures here.
Always a great place to go when thrifting
Good place to find cheap clothes or nick knacks.
Good customer service
This is a very well stocked store, with a variety of goods. Only drawback is that is rather pricey for a thrift shop. I have found comparable items here that are much cheaper at two other local thrift shops.
Greeted by the staff upon entry and found what I was looking for. Great place to find second hand and lightly used goods. Cashier was also super friendly. Really enjoy popping in monthly to see what kind of new finds there are.
Its great and lots of nice things but overpriced thats for sure, especially for donated clothes! Prices sure have went up!
Good place to find deals.
I bought my dog here
Price consistently lower than Petrol 1 block away
Very clean store to shop. The personnel working there is very helpful when you need a hand with some information.
One of the bigger Value Village stores that I have been to. It is in a great location in Brampton. Staff are super friendly!
It's a nice place with good parking space, wheelchairs access. Their used products cut across anything you can think of from clothing to electronics. Good place to go for anybody interested in used product
Gor second hand clothes it's rather expensive. I only go on 50% off days any more
Great selection on everything
Never entered the store, but the staff accepting donations in the back were very helpful and kind.
Great place to save money
I find this value village to be overly pricy for donated second hand stuff. Other locations are more reasonable.
I always like to see what they have
Great deals. Lots to choose from.
Rude and full on nonsense. I would think twice before I do business there again.
Its ok
Lots of new item's sold at a reasonable price.
All sorts of donated goods and good Halloween costumes
Terrible place to go I love Value Village but this location is terrible everything is on organized that place is a mess and the staff is rude and arrogant
Currently under construction expanding into the old Pet Land next door. This is great as it can be a bit crowded in the aisles. Friendly staff but whoever is pricing need to do a bit more research as 7.99 is excessively priced for a no name t-shirt.
Crazy prices for used items!
Great Store - It's gotten 25% bigger too
Always a great place to find most anything! Just wish some stuff wasn’t so pricey as items are all donated. A jacket I was going to purchase was over $300!! To much for a donated item in my opinion.
Awesome thrift shop! I got 4 seasons of House M.D. for $34 and they were still in the plastic wrap
This place sells too expensive. I like Talize's prices better
Very expensive, considering things have been donated.
The prices seems like winners.
Good selection of gently used clothing
Great place to shop, great and friendly staff.
While it's one of the cleaner and less-crowded thrift shops in the city, it's not always the best place for a bargain. Value Village purchases the donations from the Canadian Diabetes Association at a dollar per pound amount, but then they check labels and mark up anything brand name/designer to a market-reasonable (but thrift-shop-ludicrous) price. If I wanted to pay $80 for jeans, I'd go buy them new. Realistically, if you want your purchase to do some good, go buy things from The Post.
always a good place to find those awesome gems !
Couldn't find anything for running trip that matches Forrest Gump
They changed the layout of the store . Better to find items. Too expensive on some items for Value Village. Get same items at $$$$ Store but new. They should wash alot of the kitchen items.
Although there is a lot of great finds, be prepared to spend a pretty penny.
It's ok. Its value village. Wish they had more unique items.
Best place for Halloween costumes and decorations
High prices.
Can find a lot of brand name clothing for cheap, definitely can find a few hidden gems.
Need more dropping and sorting area in case of rain or snow
Prices are pretty high, but it was well organized
Staff are friendly and lots of great items for sale
Its good to find some quality items for cheap! Would like more options for tech.
Take value village for what it is. You can usually find something you'll like if you check often but the prices at this one are a little outrageous sometimes.
Over priced mens long sleeve dress shirts 12-13 $ for used clothing while they get it for free they gouge the public. People you can get a brand new shirt and tie with clip at the flea markets. Head office is to blame for their pricing , I guess it's our own fault for not speaking up to them in the oast and boycott the stores until they come back to reality.
Cant try on clothes there anymore. Have to take them home and bring them back for exchange only. So once they have your money, you are stuck picking something from there
Prices are pretty close to retail, sad that donated clothes are so expensive
Horrible place, dirty and extremely overpriced!
One of the smaller store that I've been in.
Its like everyone value village, typical salvage.
Expensive clothing the price was like brand new
No bags available
Change rooms aren't open and its hard to tell what will fit in a second hand store
Valuable products...good for fast shopping, check regularly for new items. I recommend it.
The store is really unorganized and staff are unfriendly
Store expanded, prices went up. Have larger selection or is it just more spaced out
The supervisor on duty disturbed my spirit. I spent close to 2 hours browsing the store collecting the things I wished to purchase. When I got to the change rooms LINE UP at quarter to close she had most the change rooms locked with only 2 that were in use available. We all had asked for her assistance to open a couple of the rooms so we could try on the few items we each had (mine were in my arms... no cart) and she refused 3 times to come speak with us. When 1 of the 2 rooms became available and the lovely young girl in front of me offered to let me go ahead of her... The supervisor had that room locked as well, now leaving us "spending customers" in line waitng to use the one still occupied change room. I was not the only one complaining... and I'm not a cranky shopper. There were 3 other people waiting that also spent a great amount of time shopping in the store and more then 3 rooms in front of us locked. Not that this matters at this point but she did not, nor did any other staff members (all pleasant) announce the store was closing or give a heads up that the change rooms were closing. She said she locks the rooms at 10 to and that was that, it's always been that way.. I made her aware that she locked them at 15 minutes to 9 and she just argued with me in front of everyone (keep in mind it wasn't even 10 to yet at this point). She told me to purchase my goods and if they didn't fit when I tried them at home that I could simply exchange them... with all due respect, It's Value Village not American Eagle where if something doesn't fit I could go back the next day and get the correct size. I was looking for specifics and I was spending over $100 on notedly overpriced used goods in that store and I myself have donated thousands of dollars worth over the decade I've been shopping there, (before this supervisor was even old enough to work). I'm not new, I know what time the store closes. I am not confrontational either but I felt she was being ridiculously unfair. I was so unhappy that in all this time she's arguing with me, I could have easily tried on my items. She let the time run out. I was disappointed that my time was wasted and embarrassed that I was left standing there with 3 minutes to spare. I dropped the clothes where I stood and left the store upset. When I was leaving I took notice that out of the 3 other customers that were waiting, the couple had left and the other 2 (including the girl that offered me her spot in line) were still standing there. For a retail supervisor that works in a store that relies soley on the customers donations as well as the customers purchases... You'd think she'd be a bit nicer. There are other thrift stores around where the staff is grateful and understanding. #talize #salvationarmy #goodwill However, I think I'll spend my time and money at the mall and donate my used goods to people who'll appreciate it.
Price are to high for some things.like a used winter coat is $69.00 for $30.00 more you can buy a new one
Actually decent prices on woman's pants and really good for games. Book prices I don't like, (things you can get online for same, if not lower prices are actually higher than expected), so giving 4/5 stars for that.
I don't mind Value Village! I get my books through there. Also have found some clothing.
This location is very big and you can find everything you're looking for from clothes to electronics and toys to home décor. The staff are helpful and I've found some treasures that I will cherish forever at this thrift store.
Good stuffs, though used, but still nice
Live this store, you have to send the time but you can find new or almost new name brand items for half the cost.
Not top notch products, but lots to look at. A little junky really.
Found some dress clothes for my 8 year old under $40. Kids grow fast thank goodness for secondhand stuff!!
Great little second hand stores with treasures for everyone Always leave there with more than I need. Prices can be a little outrageous for a goodwill store but I found some amazing treasures to.
Great place to browse for used clothing.
The price and products are great. They might be used but all the stuff I bought there works great.
Clean and organized
Super busy location and Talize's quality and prices are better. Staff was helpful though.
Book selection is great.
Prices are horrible...way over priced..you can go to the stores buy it cheaper.
Nice place to get good furniture at cheap price
Prices are too high for everything they get donated.
Picked up some wool sweaters during the %50 off sale. The customer service could be improved, often a long wait in line at the till. It would be helpful to call someone up to serve during a rush.
Prices for second hand is somewhat overpriced
Prices seem to growing substantially. No men's jeans under $13. I understand the policy, and donation counts by weight, but $21 for a pair of donated jeans, and $6 for a table does not make sense.
This place is good for buying clothes. All are not second hand. Only thing is to use your skills to find new ones.
Always fun to look around and sometimes find some excellent deals. Hard to find stuff in my size..but worth looking at.
Lots of choices
Love second hand shopping, was in mb and spent 100 bucks n got a bunch of silver Jean's a harley sweater more shirts some frames and more to bring back to calgary with me, one thing I didnt like was the email list I set up there for deals etc,,was not honored by their store when I returned,
This store have has become to expensive for used clothing
Terribly high prices for a "second hand" store. Very disappointed.
Great treasure hunting store
It's like any Value Village. The prices seem to be going up though.
Once upon a time you got affordable items and good deals.... now its more expensive than buying new on sale or from winners. So what's the point anymore?
Always an adventure hunting for second hand treasure. Prices have gotten really high which is unfortunate
Some pricing is outrageous but most is fair.
Grumpy people.
Usually find odds and ends for low price when you need them
All the stuffs are just too good.. mostly are doesn't seem to be used...worth it..
Some times you find good stuff. Some times you don't.
Good shopping experience with helpful staffs.
Low prices
Love searching for treasures
It's the poor man's Walmart! ????
Clean and well lit. Employees I interacted with were professional and polite.
Awesome.place to find that little something you need or a part. Good for electronics for the kids room. Also they take you old treasures and give you points.
(Translated) Not enough imformed staff (Original) Not enough imformed staff
Selection.
Always something I want or need!
Lots of good stuff but WAY to expensive! Value Village needs to lower their prices on their DONATED, USED items! Why should the citizens if Brandon help you stock your shelves when you don't have prices that allow us to purchase used items at an affordable rate. I will be taking my business to other places.
Omg.. worth the time to shop around
Looking for that odd item, you might find it here. I consider this more of a third hand store, broken items for repair, holes in clothing, stained items, chipped ceramics etc.. It is rare to find second hand stuff here. Friendly staff though, and usually a great place to get Halloween materials. Happy hunting!
I was annoyed by the Manager and how I was deal with. I felt talked down and disrespected when tried reason with her about my purchase and stared at me blankly and went over the company policy
Prices not too bad
Staff not very helpful
(Translated) pleasant staff and we find everything (Original) personnel agréable et on trouve de tout
Smells weird. Prices are high. Go on special days and save 50% or more is pretty good. But the good stuff is gone early unless you go early, or are a uncommon size.
Meh...it's pretty much what you expect for a used clothing store.
Good selection and fully stocked. Standard value village prices.
This is my go-to store for my love of thrifting. Especially right now during covid-19, they are thorough with their procedures making sure everyone is aware of the rules. The clothes are lovely, I always find at least one thing I adore; and the prices are even better! Thanks Value Village!
Very pricy on used items
Nice place. Found awesome clothes
This store has to be the best Valu Village I've ever been too!! Charli and myself go almost daily . Great new items even while you are here shopping . Staff are awesome as well .
Ok
Over price... sometimes
Cheap prices
Great junk and randomnstuffs. It is like Sally Anne except it is certainly not "non-profit" People give them stuff and they sell it and keep the money. Awesome idea really.
Was able to find what I wanted
Nice place for used but usable items
But dirty, but, cheap and has some good deals
I go there twice a month. And when they have deals. They had 50 % off and was worth it to go there. Good people work there you can ask them for help .its a good place
You can almost guarantee that you will find what you are looking for.
Return policy is not good.
It's a great store some of the items are overpriced for being donated I didn't feel that was right
Agreedgreat
Got a better hand warmer for work there
Overpriced get there stuff for free
A new assortment every time you go there!
Staff is always very polite on the floor! And very helpful.
Love thrift
Never know what you'll find...lol!
Good items for a good price
Decent prices for decent merchandise if one can't afford first class living
Great service, clean store ????
Clean and very well kept.
Place is a RIP off way overpriced for used garbage
Good service,Good people.
Well organized store
I like shopping here because the money goes to help people with disabilities to I think that's a good thing because someone is going helped thank you Rp????
Awesome place l love it
Cashiers are ????
(Translated) My first option to buy branded things and very low prices ... ???????????????????????????? (Original) Mi primera opción de comprar cosas de marca y muy bajos precios... ????????????????????????????
Enjoyable shopping
Most items are priced affordably for a second hand store. There is a nice variety to choose from too. Keep coming back and you'll find what you're looking for for a good price
Lots of selection
Okay, some of the items are a little bit expensive and some are cheaper.
So much selection
Prices are too high for used clothing
Classic VV
Great friendly staff
Found some beautiful shirts!
Pretty decent value village. New items frequently.
Affordable prices!
Over priced.
Good collection...need time to select
They had better selection than any other time I'd been there so that was nice
Huge selection and if you love a deal, this is the place to find it.
I didn't buy anything this time, I didn't see anything I like or wanted.
Good
Great
Super great place to take the wife and not break the bank. Lol
Well run. Fun to shop there.
Clean and organized. Friendly staff. Pricing is too high though for used DONATED goods. ie: a used Polo style shirt.... $7. A brand new one at Walmart....... $10.
Great place for good deals! And you get a thank you coupon for dropping off donations!
To overpriced for used.
Some items seem quite overpriced but there are tons of items to suit almost any need
sweet deals on some items but others are too much, its supposed to be a cheap second hand chain not a retail chain.
Good places to purchase used items..
Expensive for a second hand store
The young girl at the till was very nice and friendly. Only complaint was that while i was waiting in line 2 ladies came and opened new tills and offered them to the people who just walked up instead of me who had been waiting much longer
Found lots of great deals
Always a good place to pick up items. Very clean store. Impressed with th store
Found a hat that cost $3 at Dollarama(had price tag on) Value Village price $6.99 talk about rip off.
Very expressive!!
Was just looking to see what was new in the christmas stuff
Some time you can get good deals
Very expensive I find
Found exactly what I needed!
expensive
Prices are ridiculous
Always good valued products
Good place to shop if you spend time looking for great deals
I find the place is getting expensive.
Lots to choose from
Great deals and always new inventory.
Great place to get bargains for my new place
Great service and a clean washroom. I find some prices are a little high. People with low incomes will go to the Salvation Army or other used clothing shops.I donate clothing 4x a years. I have family and friends gather their gently used clothing then I donated it all to Value Village. Please try to lower your prices or set a standard price for items like Jean's.
Yeedoggy
Absolutely garbage store and trash management
It's a well organized garage sale. There are hidden gems if you take the time to look.
Grate deals
Found Everything I Needed
I'm torn about this place. It has some great secret purchases but it's a for-profit organization. I'm morally at a quandry between being second-hand for the benefit of society or the benefit of capitalism. I guess, since I still shop here on occasion, instead of charity thrift stores that I also shop at, makes me a dichotomy.
Found what I was looking for great place
For used donated stuf prices should be lowerservice was good
Prices are too high
way to expensive for secondhand store friendly staff
Value village charges too much for used stuff.
I found a neat tshirt
Good clothes
Great place to buy second hand clothing
It's cheaper
Was very clean
The prices seem to go up and up
Good finds
The public has to pay too much out to go waiste money here
Bought three pair of pants and two shirts cheap, but almost new .
Prrt
Cool place to check out. Lots of hidden treasures
good used items
Prices near full retail for many items of any value.
This being a "for-profit" (own description) thrift store, I no longer enjoy going there. It has become a very expensive second-hand store.
Very friendly staff and always willing to work with you. Hardest part is going through the vast selection to find that mystery goodie. but the search is half the fun!
Everything is nicely set up.
A lot of variety
Expensive for second hand/used stuffs
Line up was too long .could have opened another till
Good 2nd hand clothing.
Not bad,got couple of things VV in Yorkton is nicer!!
Great stuff great books great prices
Beware of their prices and exchange policy. I saw some item priced more than regular new. And one cannot exchange anything except clothing and shoes. They just want to maximize their profits and customer service is non existent.
Great place for bargain hunting or for decent clothes and homeware at affordable prices. If you donate some of your old clothes before your visit they'll even give you a money off voucher to use!
Value Village is getting entirely too expensive! They are asking new prices for things that are used it's not worth it they used to be a good store
I enjoyed my brousing for a good buy..
Nice place to shop for less money.
Great deals and a friendly staff!
Been there in past and pleased with purchase.
Nothing great about this place. I visit Value Village to treasure hunt elections., unfortunately this venue has got electronics section all messed up.
they have excellent prices and you can find unique things there
Not to bad at all. Can find some decent deals. Always wash before use ofocurse.
Nice clothing if you just look around.
This visit was not bad pricing is somewhat fare
Great selection
Hit or miss. Check back often. Lots of great finds.
Good
I like it
I love the service and a lot of name brand and brand name clothes
Excellent customer service
Prices have gone up so high that it's hard to afford to shop there. These items were donated for nothing. Now they slap on high price tags. Should shame themselves. I quit donating anything to them
i donated over $ 2000.00 worth of clothes, mostly new, after my wife passed away. vv gave me a bunch of coupons to use in their store. nice gesture. went to use them yesterday and sorry they are expired. what the hell....
Lots to look at.
Over priced for used items
I love them all.
Great place for books and little treasures.
Not eye catching
Love the knick knacks. A bit pricey for used stuff though.
Getting expensive for the quality.
Ok
Most of the items are dirty or dusty. Over priced and smells wet. I bought a comforter that had bed bugs ????????. I recommended you do not shop at this value village.
Prices are very high don't go as often as we use to
Nice
Got what ya need
Things are costing to much in there. When you things in there and see things cost more then when they were brand, you know it is just a rip off place. I for one will not shop there again or donation to them again!
They want too much money for their used Goods
Rudest customer service I ever dealt with.
Getting really expensive round shirts they were charging $7 for mountain ridge (giant tiger) GT charges $6 or 2 for $10 and George (Walmart) charges $6... or I found 1 that was marked down at Walmart for $3 that means they are marking up over retail. Their stock is all donations and they are a FOR PROFIT retailer and donate an undisclosed percentage of profits to charity...
To crowed for me. Will try later.
I like the way people helps you at the store. They are always friendly and respectful.
This store is the only store that are very shrewd in business. I goto value village alot in the week and I'm able to use the coupon no problem in all stores. However, this store likes to change the prices on some items to be more than what is usually charged in other stores. Also they don't let you use the coupon on the books I explained to them that any other store allows the coupon to be used but they did not care. Very bad customer service by the cashier as well she did not even know the prices and tried to overcharge me until I argued back with her. Hopefully someone in charge looks into this.
Lots of good used merchandise
Always finding great deals! ????
Good place to get hood used stuff
Great people great selection great prices.
It have good collection of clothes, but is not much electronics here. I was looking for more electric stuff. Some kitchen stuff is what you can get here in abudance
Full of people all the time can't find parking the price is almost the same as da Giant Tiger behind this location
I go there as little as possible. Their prices are outrageous and there's no excuse for it.
Always great finds
Prices are outrageous. Seriously?! They sell dollaramma stuff for 2x what u pay in the store! And worn out shoes that should be o the shelves in the first place for $20!
If u shop at Value Village and agree with me that some of the merchandise I way overpriced,i am asking you to post your comments about that. The manager doesn't agree with me and I'm not the only one commenting about this problem.
Great deals
So overpriced that it should be criminally charged!!! they are getting these items for free and because it has a name brand tag on it they charge 20 bucks less than retail? I will never give this place another dollar until they give their heads a shake
Dont bring your wife here. You will stand for hours wondering what went wrong with your life. Constantly thinking how does she spend so much time in here.
Store organized not as well as could be but could be because of all the Halloween stuff. No toilet paper on washroom.
More household stuff now it has been expanded. It was doubles in size so there is more merchandise. Prices are bit high for used, but there is always that one good find.
One of the best value villages both me and my girlfriend have been to the, Halloween section alone is worth the visit in October. Great staff and always friendly
Cashier was very pugnant and caustic to some Hutterite people making a purchase who asked about return policy before purchase. Prices are very high in that store...some items priced higher than in retail store where item may have been originally purchased.
Awesome
Very large operation, good finds. Friendly staff
The only place to buy pants you know your going go wreck
Ok expensive for a reusable store
So.much to choose from
Very good customer service lots of stuff
I've noticed that the prices have risen steeply for most worthwhile items. Used clothing that costs the same as they would brand new at Walmart. It's still a fun place to shop though and to find unique items but I do miss the old deals.
Best place for used stuff
Staff is great! Great prices and great clothing. Love this store.
Always lots of choices, good selection n great deals.
Wasn't there
Good store. Lots of selection and clean.
Clean organized helpful associates
Lots of art supplies and many shoes.
I think some of the things are a bit pricey.
Great place to find hidden gems.
Was a good place to get halloween stuff
An interesting collection of stuff.
Good handful of selections for men's wear. Relatively large store as well. However I do feel that there is a lacking amount of dressing rooms.
Horrible experience.humiliated Was followed around the store by staff. Got to to the till and the staff ripped off a double sticker and tried to charge me a more expensive price. Manager admitted was a mistake by them as item was a previous display cabinet item. No apology by staff. Would not recommend shopping there. Go to Wal-Mart
Nice place, to have used stuff at low bucks,
Runs out of stock fast
Good
Rediculous prices for used stuff
Got lots of odds and ends here. It's like a huge garage sale. Bought a helmet TV that didn't work. You can't return things here so be careful to buy what works!!! Test it out in the store if you can. Lesson learned!
Amazing finds for cheap prices!
My thrift conscious daughter shops here all the time
bought some nice clothing
Kool Halloween stuff
Cheap place to find one of a kind, unique utems
Over priced crooks
Way too expensive, low quality items.
There prices are rediculously high for second hand stuff
Good place for used clothes. Sometimes you can find what you're looking for right away, other times it can take much longer due to not being organized or just being packed. Sometimes the items are priced at normal retail prices, others are cheaper than buying a coffee. It's just a roll of the dice, but it's generally worth it.
Found the perfect dressed at a very reasonable price.
Went to make a donation at the drive thru section, just two small bags of times rang the door bell a few times, No one was coming 15 minutes to close, finally an employee came out and said were closed and wanted me to come back a different day kinda laughed. Drove there to make a donation and they didn’t want it. Dropped of at the Salvation Army instead more than greatful
Takes donations of clothes, cookware, ect. Some good deals to be found. Getting a little more expensive than it used to be considering they get there stock free. Sells decorations for major holidays, Christmas, Halloween ect. Sells bags, jewelry, books. Like I said some good deals to be found, good for finding cheaper stuff, to help someone moving into a new apartment for example, pots, glasses, bits and bobs.
Gigantic selection, however way over priced for some items. You can get T-shirts, polos and short sleeves sometimes cheaper at Walmart, Giant Tiger or Bluenote.
The hunt is exciting
Really AMAZING place, I like buy a lot items like new!!!
Okay...so I get it, it is a store for people who struggle financially. Thing is... is it SO OVERPRICED!!!! Some of the prices, I can get brand new clothes for less at a store... i think they would do better they kept prices lower. The post is much more affordable.
Go behind to drop off.
Excellent selection, food quality and value. If you are actively thrifting though you will want to check the other stores in town (POST, Salvation Army, etc) and compare prices. Value Village is good, but they are not the best for everything. Always worth the visit. Feel free to satisfy a splurge purchase with one of their goodie bags. For the cost of a nice chocolate bar you can come away with some fun and useful knick knacks.
Found a few good deals, not much though, prices getting to expensive for second hand stuff.
Sad... the prices are just below bran new, and for the difference I will buy new
A bit pricey.
Luv it
Dropped off donations in back. Staff was very helpful in unloading. Very friendly and hard working.
Great store and in a great location too.
Your prices are high
Not to bad staff is nice..
Great but changerooms are still closed.
Good clothes cheap
Great selection and lots of parking. A-
Great selection, unless you have 1 specific thing in mind. Then, of course, your selection is limited! ????
It's ok but their prices are getting really high. When u can go to a store and buy some new items cheaper than this store u know pricing is stupid high.
Easily found what I needed, and at great prices.
Nice place for buying used items
Cheap stuff and no line ups. They give you a discount card for dropping off donations.
Love it
Great
Great place in find used items for a fair price
Good parking easy access.
Best and cleanest vv I have ever been to
Over priced used clothes
Nice store
Good selection of items. Very reasonable prices.
Same stuff in stock.
One of the better a&wbs in hat.
I used to love shopping here as they have lots and lots of stuff. NOT very well priced for people living on a low budget. it's getting really expensive...
Reasonable prices on used things
Friendly very clean store.
Good sales
I love the Value Village in Brandon. For a thrift store the prices may be a little high but you can still find some nice gentle used clothing for a decent price. The store is clean, very well organized and have a large variety of clothing. Staff are friendly. I never walk out empty handed.
Overpriced for what it is
Horrible company, half-decent staff, horrible worker/employer relations, poorly cleaned selection
I go to value village for 11 years in different places but so shocked! This place i find it very expensive it feels like its not even a value village anymore. Its very sad and disappointed i dont want to come to this place anymore.
Get same stuff at Walmart for the same price and brand new
Always find a treasure :)
Best for general public.
I love going to value village in pa. There are some pretty expensive stuff. But I'm always on a lookout for deals. I'm so happy they have more plus sizes too. I've purchased some real nice clothes there for myself. Please get more plus sizes up to 6x ????. I've also found some disability products like a cane and and walker for half the price of new ones. All in all I'm very happy to spend my time there. I've spent up to 6 hours there once!! Lol.
Always good here. Missed a deal because I hesitated.
I got amazing deals with yesterday's 59% discount. I found great clothing pieces
Not open right now to do Covid.
Well organized and friendly staff ????
Has a fair selection. Of clothes and a few dishes books and other articles. The prices have gone up quite a bit lately.
Very organized always find what we want
My only regret was that I sent my husband to the back with 3 bags of donations, and he did not get any coupons. I guess he needed to ask.
Lots of stufg
One of the best value villages I've been to! Amazing collectable items show up quite often.
The only time to shop is on there 50% off day. They are way over pricing themselves.
Clean and well organized
This is my funnest place to shop!! I love bargains & variety & this store offers both. It's also clean, organized & the staff is pleasant to deal with at the tills
It was a nice experience, everything was arranged accordingly.
They took the dressing rooms out, so pretty pointless even going
Never had a reason to complain
Most prices are higher than the items are new in store.
They have added onto the store. Which has made it bigger, brighter, organized, and room to move around.
Very overpriced for clothes you can buy for similar prices new.
Again good collection of clothes. Was able to find quite a few good ones. This one bigger than the Value Village on the Bovaird-Airport.
High priced
I think it's a way of helping people of less previlege, things are cheap there.
Over priced
Expensive and not very clean.
Very expensive for donated second hand items.
Lots of items but kinda expensive
Great
Expensive for a second hand store
Great nice people
Same priced items as Walmart . Rare to find any good finds here at this Value Village, very sad.
Lots of different things
Branded products
Over priced might as well buy new
Kind of pricey being that it's second hand. But decent quality products.
Neat stuff
First time at a value village. Very nice
Large variety of items to purchase from
Good deals
I find this stuff very helpful but I find it very expensive for a second hand store
good one place cheaper price all staff are good
Department store feeling with aisles of clothing clearly marked, & rows of furniture and household goods nicely laid out. Lots of check-out assistance and clearly displayed pricing. Large overhead Signs indicating departments.
The prices are pricey.
Value village was not the store it use to be. To have it completely rearranged made me walk out. This was simply an unpleasant experience.yheu didn't,t rearrange a little, they completely rearranged everything.
Fine
The location, Staff are very friendly. Some prices are ok.
cheapest place in town
Stinky
Donate your baby clothes here. They dont have much of a selection. They have good pricing though.
Awesome but getting expensive now
This isn't a "Value" village anymore. The prices are ridiculous and have went up 500% over the past 5 years. I'd like to see the balance sheet in their books to see if its justified or if this is just another natural cycle of corporate greed. You can go to Marshall's and get something new for maybe 25% more. Thats just a shame when used clothes used to be affordable and buying them contributed to being more green overall. Clothes production creates a lot of toxic waste. I've been to the countries that make clothes and have seen it first hand.
Variety
Cleanest and most organized store I have been in. Great experience.
Getting expensive for used stuff
It was crowded when we were there but several staff were doing their best to keep things organized and flowing.
Finding what you're looking for is really hit and miss. And some items looked like that hadn't been cleaned before being out in the shelves or hangars. They have a seniors discount which I was excited about, but it only applies on Tuesdays.
Good size and atmosphere
Well as much as this place is fantastic for Halloween costumes and supplied I don't think that is enough for me to change my opinion on Value Village. Don't get me wrong I used to love this place but I have noticed over the last 2 yrs the prices are a lot higher and in my opinion they're absolutely outrageous for second hand items.
Friendly people and easy to shop around
Lots of interesting treasures and needed items at reduced cost!!!!
Well organized staff..
Do not take your purse inside with you. You will followed and watched down every isle you look down.
It's Value Village hit and miss depending on what your looking for just keep checking in
PEOPLE CAN BE VERY RUDE WHEN PARKING....AND EVEN DANGEROUS TO THE PUBLIC.... BUT MOSTLY....VALUE VILLAGE....SERVES A LOT OF LESS FORTUNATE PERSONS....EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THEIR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH... THANK YOU VALUE VILLAGE...
(Translated) Good place to buy clothes and the like (Original) Bon endroit pour acheter les vêtements et consorts
An excellent place to find good nu2u clothing and anything else you might need
It's free clothes and you charge so much wow look out for the rich homeless lol
Very disorganised
Usually good finds. Prices are abit higher
Decent prices and love the stuff in store.
Don't be fooled, the Savers corporation who owns the Value Village name is a seriously " for profit" enterprise. Its CEO earns millions of dollars, and it does " pay" these charities money for the donations. Merely cents per pound for these graciously donated items from you and me. This is a huge organized network of polished storefronts that extract maximum value for the executives and stakeholders of this FOR PROFIT enterprise. Always know that the majority of your local store revenue goes back to the mothership corporation that these multi-millionaires surely dont live the " have not" lifestyle. It is utterly appauling to understand these big business tycoons earn a platinum living on the backs of people that are far from the golden palaces of the elite 1% of society. Shame on these people that profit from "charity", and live lavish lifestyles. There are many other actual real charities out there that directly support local charities and organizations in your community that have far more modest pay cheques. They may not be as tidy, clean, or organized as Savers Corp., but they obviously aren't pumping those big dollars into a " For Profit" structure.
Really over price . It not new stuff. So the price should be afforable tk everyone.i i used to go there and spend $$ .not anymore . Lose a valuable custome.someone need to look in the priceing there.
Very helpful people, and I would recommend anyone to go there to experience this kind of kindness for themselves
Prices higher then Salvation Army amd The Post , but with the cupon when giving donation and waiting for specials better price
Prices can be fairly high for items that are donated
Awesome place , in today's world we need everyone to step up... And try to make a difference.... We need store's like V,V... Not everyone has$$ right now... Be happy, need money right now... People don't have.... ????????

Prices are getting to high.
Full of old people
For used stuff too expensive
Great place
Good enough pricing. Really great staff.
The smell. I've been to other locations and they never smelled like this one.
Great place to find deal
Courteous friendly staff.
Not too bad a place to shop for clothes
You want affordable stuff, fearly used products for yourself? This is the place to visit.
I live halfway between Lethbridge and Medicine Hat, so I go to both Value Villages. Medicine Hat is consistently more reasonable, but still a little silly in its prices. It gets points for being better than Lethbridge, and I even got one really great deal on some little boys boots, but they need to take it easy on trying to sell decade old styles for ridiculous prices just because they are brand name. And they are a little out of touch on what some stuff costs new- like scarves that were 3/$10 brand new at Ardene aren't worth $4.99 at Value Village.
(Translated) You get good things (Original) Se consigue buenas cosas
Prices r too high considering it's a second hand store.
Too expensive
When you take time you always get a great deal and top quality clothes .But you have to look.
I do think Value Village has the best selection in Lethbridge for a thrift store, but the prices are high and the customer service is mediocre. I rarely go here anymore.
My husband needed some shorts and that's the only place he can find them.
So expensive these days. They really need to lower their prices to meet the needs of the people who shop here.
Kinda pricey on some items compared with other second hand stores and felt eyes on me whole time I was there
Best in the province!!!! Call out to all the other resellers this place is a gold mine! There are tons of electronics that are collectible and could be resold! There is higher end Brand Name clothing from very nice men's shops most is new …
Good customer service, but I believe prices are too high for what you get.
Friendly place
Prices are a bit high. For charity I know but if they want to sell they need to be more reasonable.
Great place to shop , staff is friendly.
A little pricy
Great selection staff was helpful!
I deliver goods to this store. Always can find something good
Good place to shop, and save money while you're at it.
It's ok if you're there at the right time
an abundance of low priced items for all income levels.
Love this place
They are getting lax in their inspection process. It is becoming an all too frequent occurrence to end up with damaged goods that they missed (I ended up with 5 in a week in 3 different shop trips!!! How is that even possible? They must have a huge percentage of damaged goods on the shelves). And if you buy something damaged, beware, they have an "all sales final" for many items so you will be on the hook for their carelessness! They put the responsibility on the consumer for their errors!
Love this place
Great deals today and tomorrow! 50% off lots of items!
Used to shop clothing here all the time. They've raised their prices to where it really isn't a good deal. Fitting rooms have been eliminated so you have to return item for exchange (no refunds) within 2 weeks and you hope they have satisfactory inventory or you have to keep making trips back. This company support diabetes but is an American based company that makes huge profits for themselves and a portion goes to charity. I will never go back to shop here nor will I donate clothing for a company that is 'for' profit under the guise of a charity.
Got all my Easter Goodies there today. Sure the kids will enjoy them. Thank you.. Lynda
Great value for your money!
Cheap junk
Some items over priced
Love our vv. It's so great
Sales and the club sales
I love it. I can always find something to take home
A lot of varaity for used stuff kids and shoes.
Not a bad selection
Not happy at all, bought a pair shorts, did not fit trying ???? at home . I phoned the store about bring them back to store with receipt, Lady on the phone said OK bring him back and we'll see what we can do, Drove back to Valley village and Talk to one of the sales person there and they told me no they will not exchange for another pair with there a pair with the receipt Why was I told on the phone , ???? See what they could do to exchange them with the receipt without the tag , Would have not went back to the store with them if I wouldn't be getting to exchange them that actually fit me because it was waste of my time and specially Lee wasted gas, They should have not told me that on the phone not to impress at all I'm on a budget I would have not went back went back then
Went shopping in Brandon MB
Messy disorganized pricey for what they supposedly represent.
Things are getting over priced.
Really good selection at this store, but find Value Village more expensive than most thrift stores
I love shopping at value village under normal circumstances but truthfully a little frightening as far as shoppers ignoring social distancing and wearing their masks, not sure what the store can do to to inforce more diligence.
Good friendly service
Good treasures
Not a great selection, overpriced for otherwise discarded items. They only pay 3 cents per pound to the charity they claim to support so not much when a used pair on nike runners .2 of a pound are priced at 30 dollars(for used/worn shoes)
Loved it!
Love thrift stores.
Excellent
The products are on minimal prices, it has lots of shoe sizes to choose from. Though, I was getting hard time looking for the other pair..But overall experience, 8/10
stopped going to this value village.. the thought of going into the store and KNOWING I'm going to pay way over what an item is worth is getting kind of old. When I can clearly see the old price tag for less than what you’re charging, it makes me want to stay away... Very inconsistent.
Stinks and prices are too high
Just like supporting a worthy cause
Extremely over priced roughly used items. Toys especially are a rip off when they charge 5$ for a broken toy truck with no wheels.
Lots of clothes in my price range
I went to drop off a van load of donations. They were extremely helpful and courteous not to mention grateful
Donated a lot of stuff, but the experience of buying even the booka, sucks. Prices are so high. They don't deserve anymore donations if they will charge more than the retail value of an item.
It's alright, prices are way to high. I would rather discount shop at the salvation army
There's alot of stuff.
The prices are ridiculous these days....
Crazy high prices on used clothing I will not donate to Value Village.
Same high priced. Over taxed used items.miserable staff.
Every few months they have 50 percent off day! That's when I like to shop here!
Good selection of everything. Some things were dirty. Saw some jeans priced at 34.99! Wow!
The prices are getting to expensive for used clothes. But over all it is a good place to go
It is ok .but they sell the stuff a bit expensive ,for a second hand and used item store..
The staff are very friendly, the store is very clean and tidy. I like it so much I shop there at least twice a week looking for treasures and I usually find one.
Very nice and clean
Hidden gems galore
Had what I needed and it was half off day. Great buys.
Excellent staff...good stuff in reasonable condition as used stuff ...reasonable prices...variaty of items ...free comfortable parking lot...I recomend the place...
I was able to get what I wanted
Great recycled products
Prizes are to high on worn out shoes
Watch the misleading signs during the sales at this location.
Always a good bargain if you want to spend time looking. Some of the items are pricey, especially if they are damaged. You have to watch or you could be paying full retail on some things.
Great selection of items, unfortunately the toy section is a mess from parents letting their kids sit there and play with toys. Any clothing items that is a recognizable brand from American eagle to H&M is overpriced, even if that item if obviously very worn out or old. I once got a shirt at Ardenes and found the same one here a year later but I’m certain I paid less for the brand new item.
Found some early Christmas gifts. New items as well as gently used.
I dont like it, got a printer for 15 $ and is not working and no warranty
Good safety protocols, but customers aren't following very well
I like value village. Things are neatly organized and visible if you are in a hurry. They are creative and bundle the small stuff so you aren't spending hours looking. Everything has a place here. Wish they had more material for sale for sewers. Otherwise, its there if you look hard enough. Prices could be a bit cheaper.
Rip off gooffs
Very clean and lots of selection
Found some great deals on very good quality clothes. Having grown up with my Mother sewing all my clothes. I find that I have some pretty expensive tastes
I want with others
Super clean and organized. Long wait times in line tho...
We went into this location to look for a spice rack. Ended up seeing a game we wanted which was behind the counter. We waited with no arguement for the manager to finish doing something for another customer , she explained she had to finish something before tending to us which is appreciated however she said it in a tone as if we complained. We brushed it off.. then my husband tried to point out a certain game to her as she was having troubles getting it correct. He went to point over the ledge of counter and she literally GRABBED his hand and tossed it back away. As if there was gold behind the counter and we were about to rob the place. We were so taken back but still didn’t say anything. She was so rude to us and we didn’t even say a word back to her because she comes off as the type to cause a scene . She then told us she’s busy and to take the items to cash ourselves. If the 4.99$ game was so precious that he wasn’t even allowed to point to it then why can we just walk off with it? I went to counter to pay and asked if she’s the manager. Just my luck she was. I told the poor girl working I don’t know how you can deal with a manager like that and she explained she’s just trying to get money for her education . I felt horrible for her. I came home to read the other comments about Kathy the manager and figured I might as well add my two cents too and hopefully no one else experiences her rudeness. Also the boots I brought to counter had a broken buckle which she denied any discount. They were 24.99$ and I just paid it so I wouldn’t have any confrontation with her. If you shop here and need any assistance. Like a game out of the glass counter.. stay clear from her and just do yourself a favor and go to another location
I always donate a vast amount of stuff in here. And always get a coupon. Most of the time it expires as I don’t really have time to shop and see inside. Mind u they were close for most of the time because of the pandemic. But they are always open accepting donation. By the time I want to buy something and use the discount. They said that my coupon is expired. Told them how can I use it if u were close for almost a year? Nobody want to say anything even the manager. That’s the mentality of of the crew and managers living off of donations from other people. Pathetic if u ask me.
Expected more way better store in yorkton sask
Good
Average, but who ever is doing some of the pricing needs to seriously rethink , giant tiger, Walmart have NEW items priced less than these used items.
Just making donations, friendly staff
Too many ghoulish Halloween things. Couldn't take my young grandchildren there.
If you have a lot of patience, there are some hidden treasures here! I have found close to new and even new items here that still have the original tags on them!
My first choice for used clothes. Prices can be a bit high but still some good stuff there.
Great place with some cool stuffs
Over priced no service
Ok
My wife and i shop regularly at Value Village. Medicine Hat provides friendly staff, change rooms, and good selection. In some cases we've gotten so much good values, we don't have room for more. Sometimes the selection is more to our liking than one of the big box stores.
Polite service great deal of the cheap things to buy
Top 5 Value Village in the area. Value Village benefits, directly, zero charities. So don’t feel bad about switching tags. Not that I’ve ever done that.
Love the great selection and price of kids clothing here. Sale days are even better!
Ok. Store smells stale
(Translated) Very good place (Original) Muy buen lugar
Great customer service!
Good service.
There is a camera that sees over the dressing room doors , not sure if it’s pointed that way but it’s pretty uncomfortable. I change up against the door but if it was facing my way, you could still see my reflection in the mirror .
Can always check this place out for hidden gems.
Go anywhere else but here. I used to buy blankets for my dogs bed for 5$ a blanket. Last time I was there the same type of blankets were 39-59$!! Same price they are new in the mall. Total trash.
Good selection but find overpriced.. Can buy some of the stuff new for less than what they're charging
Sale on monday Jan 21 2019
Nice extension
I love shopping there
They have become very expensive for items that are donated at absolutely no charge to them. Some of the items were more expensive than if you had purchased them brand new. I was not impressed.
It was eventful
Good place to buy clothes some prices you could buy the same new thou
So expensive.
I just dropped in to see what was happening in side the Value store.. Guess what i saw this new nice Hollister winter shirt for $ 5 dollar Canadian.... I just bought it!!! Best deal i ever had ...it certainly was worth the visit ...love it.!
Picked up some pots for my plants
Its always great to stop here whn ur looking for a bargain deal. If u don't no what you're looking for, you might be there awhile checking out all the awesome stuff.
Was not happy because just get the stuff for free and then they sell it for the highest price your nonprofit organization but then you guys are making way too much money off of free stuff that's donated to use
Lovely staff
Kinda cheap
They will take everything (as long as it does not require 2 people to carry it)
Good selection. Although I found a few good deals prices were generally a little high.
It was great & they.answer all questions
Just the right sizes
Great service! Offered an extra week for returns because we live further away.
Nice to see clothing and items being recycled, but I find their prices on the high side, considering they are donated items
I like shopping for some things here but I find some stuff over priced
Some items their items are priced reasonable and others to high but was a good visit
A big store with lots of stuff. The price is ok comparing to other value villages. Nice place to stop by.
Different every day
During weekdays, without promotions, very good & positive shopping experience. No rush, no hassle, bunch of selections & was able to get all the stuff that I planned.
Favorite store
Good Bargain's
Fantastic shopping experience. Staff was so incredibly helpful and super polite and sweet ????
New portraits at another store is almost half the price for the used ones they sell. At value they were about 45 and at the new store were $20 . Not fair and disappointing. Most stuff is way too expensive like you're buying them new .
Awesome as always
Price are outrageous.
I cannot imagine how it is okay to charge the prices they do on donated merchandise. It should be cheaper to shop there than WalMart and in many cases it is not.
Great discounts on most.
Mostly over priced used item and clothes. Not big on how much they donate, to how much they pocket.
Always great finds and great stuff. Excellent way to recycle.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with what theu do carry. Its a good place to go
We had a great time browsing through value village tonight. One of the best finds was in the book section - enough math and science text books to teach an army! Unfortunately the books proved to be far too heavy for the new paper bags even though they cost twenty cents (high quality?).
Well managed and good selection.
Way ,way to expensive for a second hand store,I use to buy button up shirts there for 5 -6 $ now hardly anything under $10.00 thats decent.Dont think I'll be donating there anymore (or shopping)
Always my favorite drop off center drive thru
Found some good deals
I had bought a few items and when I was at home taking the items out of the bag I realized that there were a few books missing, and no receipt was in the bag so I couldn't even go back to be reimbursed. Like I know it's only a few books but I did pay for them and should recieve all my items at the checkout!
Found what I needed...cheaply. staff were great.
Same as any value village
Ok could be cleaner .
For used clothing , prices are kinda Hi , to Hi.
Great place for cheap clothing love it
Clean and lots of variety
Always something interesting there
Found items easily and service was great!
Nice place
waiting to long in line
U find treasure for nothing
My family accidentally bagged up my brother in laws jacket on a long weekend Ashley took all the information and within 2 hrs called and said she had it everyone involved was very thankful for their efforts
Can get some good deals, must check items well.
Outrageous prices for a second hand store
This place is way to expensive for a second hand store one can buy new at a better price
Good deals
I like the clothes
always have something for anyone
Great clothing, great quality.
Awesome place got everything I needed and more
Busy
Clean, well kept but deffinitly not reasonable priced.
nice place to shop
Ok for now. Give them time. Will monitor their behaviour pattern as time progresses
No change rooms , lots overpriced , service is good most of time
Great for shopping, affordable!
They provide a good service for gently used stuff
Unfriendly staff and very overpriced items.
Some of the employees aren't the best, but other than that it's a pretty good place! Good prices too :)
(Translated) very good (Original) جيد جداً
Always seem to find a deal when i stop in
I'm not too sure where value village gets off charging $6.50 for a spaghetti strap tank top
Love this store. Prices are bit high for a thrift store but always have great selection.
Good place to find deals
Can find a hidden gem every now and then.
I love value village and the people who give to it
I think the staff does a great job in organizing the store, and have always been very friendly
Clean enviroment and alert restriction enforcing staff members...in attendance. ..wide range of choice opportunities.
Our favorite place to stop in PA. If you look hard, there are some great things you can find!
Nice place to get cheap stuf
Very small and overpriced.
Selection was low. Didn't have what I was looking for.
Way overpriced now they expect you to pay more for an item than was even payed rip off !
Getting expensive
Nice and clean.
Good assortment
love Bargins.
some of the prices are too much for what thay are selling and it's a total gamble on what you'll find so go to the other Value Village in Brampton at Boulevard and Airport next to the fitness gym it's smaller but I find better prices
Great costumes
Love this place
Love Value Village. Great friendly staff. Great prices. got an AMAZING $3000 ted baker suit there for 24.99
Mostly broken stuff on shelves
Not a huge selection, but extremely clean and well organized. So much nicer than Winnipeg's or Halifax's. Walked out with nothing except a great impression. The staff must be excellent!
Expensive.
It's a great store. This nice guy named Kevin took my donations and was very helpful
Friendly and clean
Good to find things when you need them.
Love love love this second hand store they have everything you could possibly think of and more I highly recommend this store
Extremely organized! Clean...
The prices have gone up in the last 2-3 months
You can get some good deals but there doesn't seem to be consistent pricing on some things and a lot of things are over priced. You can buy some things new at walmart or dollar store for pretty much the same price.
I love going here to find books and normally end up leaving the store with a lot of books. Value Village has the most nicest staff there. I love that the place has something for everyone.
Too expensive for used clothes when I can go to wallmart buy something brannew.
Prices are too high. Most of the time you can buy NEW for less price that they have priced.
Too expensive
Hospitable staff
I would like to know how much CEO of Value Village donates to Diabetes from ALL the Free items he gets in and then sells
Well organized
Good selection.
Allow customers to take the carts outside, at least when they purchase heavy items.
Good place to find used clothing
I always find something
Organised, clean and more choices but the used clothing were overpriced and equal to price in stores.
I live value village for finding old VHS tapes and horror books but find they are over priced compared to other thrift stores
The store was very messy and quite crowded. There were many unsupervised children screaming, running around, with various toys, smashing into people, and two fights broke out, between supposedly adult women, over USED items. The entire experience was uncomfortable and left me with a splitting headache. I, for one, will NOT be returning, to this location. I recommend steering clear of it, entirely.
People are great with helping people with what they are looking for
Not bad but they have a lot of over used items at a very high price
Staff friendly, helpful and respectful.
Friendly staff, lots of product. Just wish they had more size 11 womens shoes and that their boots were properly organized by size. Spent 10 minutes trying to find an actual pair of boots and not just singles thrown everywhere.
It has great finds here but sometimes very over priced and i think thats ridiculoys when they get them dinated
Only went to donate. Can find brand new stuff. Price quite reasonable.
Too expensive
Getting expensive and cannot do returns
I love this place but my spending is bad here ..
Sometimes the prices are too high
It was awesome, thanks for everyone's help,
Very clean and organized, always enjoy shopping here
Every time I go here I buy some clothes that are marked as a certain size and they are almost always the wrong size. Not a problem if you try them on I guess but fitting rooms aren't open. These days
Fantastic location to find second hand toys. I found some discontinued monster high dolls here, and also a few unique Elsa and Anna dolls for my niece! I also love to pick up baby onesies here, but remember when shopping second hand to always wash, I got a lovely blue sweater that smelled very heavily of perfume! I've also rescued a few hand knit items from this location.
Great finds
Good place to browse. Prices lil steep good selection on xmas stuff
Clean but really look at your prices !!
Bright, clean, friendly
Very clean but also great quality second hand items
Prices are high service was good wasn't very busy.
Need better customer service
there are not a lot of lps .
It's a bit overpriced for second hand goods, still a staple store
Good prices
Prices creeping up over time. Often you find dollar store items marked higher than the original retail. Electronics that can't be returned or exchanged set to very high prices. Items with clearance tags markered out and VV stickers at double. New store layout still needs a tone of work. Shelves are sparse as donations can't keep up with new store size.
Interesting place. Some real treasures can be found.
Lots of new selection
Always a wide variety of clothing to choose from
Prices have really gone up and selection down. They used to be selective on if it’s ripped or town or broken they don’t sell, not anymore, broken clocks, ripped shirts, stains on shoes. Terrible. They should be ashamed. If I could give negative feedback I would
Loved it
Amazing place. Amazing staff. Great finds.
Great savings! Friendly staff and clean.
The clothing is a pricey but it's dammed near brand new Fantastis selection. Hardly anything there was ready for the rag bag! Other items were priced lower than expected. I could of shopped all day and come back again the next! Good to great quality in this store.
good
Best sales
High prices
love this store
Great prices for second hand.
Great selection but pricy for used cloths.
Great selection of items, even name brand items. All at low, affordable prices for everyone with all incomes.
Found what was looking for
If you take the time to look through all the stuff they have, you will find good things a low price. New to almost new.
Overpriced....receive free donations then overprice the stuff. That is suppose to be for people less fortunate
ANYONE KNOW WHAT BRAMPTON BUS GOES NEAR THIS VALLE OR OTHER LOCATION
Prices are too high for second hand clothes...most of the staff friendly with the exception of a couple there
Awesome
Same complaint as others. I'm a regular donor to Value Village, however the prices have gone through the roof. From favourite store to last resort store
Prices are so so staff is friendly
