I bought tongue rings awhile back from you guys and put a new one on and it started to peel off in my mouth it was so gross and now my tongue ring is white it was pink. I am really angry right now like it was absolutely disgusting.

Store is good.customer service is really poor,seems as one of the employee don't want to be there doing her job.never willing to help customers when they ask for help.that girl doing the counter is always super rude.it's my 4th time i was there and everytime the same employee when i asked for help she get mad without any reason.better change your staff or you guys gonna loose many customers.otherwise spencer is great.thanks

Staff here is a joke. Rude and unhelpful. Then has the nerve to get mad at their customers when theu had enough waiting and decided to help themselves. Maybe you both shouldn't be standing at the till talking or two of you to look for one sweater while we are standing next to you looking for help. J had veen in the store a a half hour beforehand whith no greeting or ask of assistance when it was clearly needed. Then "um you could you know ask for help" is NOT the correct response to someone shopping in yourstore. If you listened to me ask for help 3 times before hand of did your job and rounds to see if your customers need help then i wouldnt have to do your job!

We live out of town but whenever we are in the city we have to stop here. They always have super interesting items and it's fun to just go in and browse. The staff are super helpful and even though it's always busy in here they are able to keep their lines down and put the customer first

the people working here are so nice, they're always really helpful. they always seem to have happy spirits, and they're just so sweet. i always go here when i go to the mall, even if i can't buy anything. the store has some awesome products, and i love checking it out.

The store is amazing. I definitely would recommend, the people there were so kind and incredibly helpful. The assistant manager Leia knew what she was talking about especially when it came to anime . The products they sell are all good quality and at amazing prices. Over all it is always an amazing experience shopping there.

Disappointed, I went in on the 20th of October & there was a staff member in training. You could tell should wasn't sure of what everything was & as I was checking out the other two staff members stood there taking. The lady ringing me through tried to get one the attention of one girl because the machine wasn't working but they were clearly to busy talking.

Standing at the till waiting over 10 mins to be rang through. Nobody is even in the store and the staff seem to be avoiding even greeting customers. Not sure whats going on but damn this is sad.

Went in to purchase a Christmas sweater with my son on Dec.15/21 around 6:30pm. There were quite a few customers and only one staff member on the floor. The music is often a bit edgy when I shop here but not usually too harsh. On this day, though, there were kids and an elderly lady shopping and the song playing was over the top with F-bombs, hate, and was totally inappropriate and offensive. It was playing very loudly as well. We stood at the till waiting to pay for at least 10 minutes and there were about 6-7 of us in line and we could not find a staff. I walked around and finally found one dealing with t-shirt stock in the corner and told her she had a lineup waiting to pay. Right away she went to the till, and then magically, there was a second staff that appeared from wherever and started telling everyone that they were closing in 5 minutes! It was not a great experience.

Walked in the store not wearing my mask as I have health conditions preventing me from wearing face coverings and when I explained the situation she proceeded to say that it's store policy and if I don't put on a mask I would be escorted out of the store... Denied me their service in front of others and violated my rights by denying me service due to my health conditions
